Chaos smiled warmly and pet him a bit, murring as he started to climb up the ladder, carrying him as they walked up. As they got to the top, Chaos laid James down on a bed and pet him again, "Now, rest up." He said with a chuckle, going over to Alison and whispering, "Hello, sweetheart." and kissing her on the cheek, turning toward him and pulling a blanket over him.

James sighed, "Alright..." he said, a little disappointed that he had to lay down and let others do the work. He closed his eyes, See you soon, Matt. he thought, then fell asleep.

Chaos sat down next to Alison and kissed her cheek, wrapping his arms around her and cuddling into her, falling asleep as he yawned a bit, murring as his tail swayed back and forth.

James woke a couple hours later, he groaned quietly as he sat up, and limped over to the edge of the roof, he looked down, seeing a group of zombies shuffling about aimlessly beneath him, he sighed, "I came so close to being one of you." he whispered.

Chaos woke up as he heard that, getting up and walking over to him, wrapping his arm around James and smiling at him, "But you didn't. I'm glad you didn't turn into one." He said with a chuckle, murring.

James jumped, startled by the sudden contact, and natural reflex made him push Chaos away.
But the problem was, he was standing on the edge, and the backwards momentum made him take a step back. But there was nothing there. He fell and tried to reach for the ledge, grabbing it with his infected arm, which made it burn with pain, he screamed, in both terror and immense pain, making the zombies moan louder and reach for him. he felt his hand slipping rapidly.

Chaos yelped as he saw him fall off the edge, diving and grabbing his hand, whimpering as he looked down at him, the zombies pooling below them, "James! Hold on! Don't look down!" He said with another whimper, trying to pull him up.

James shook his head, "Chaos! Just let go! Or we both go down!" he shouted, he looked at the zombies, then back at Chaos, "Just do it, you have Alison to take care of..."

Chaos whimpered as he started to cry, losing his grip on the floor as he kept his hand on James, "I... I've never met anyone like you, James... I love you... You saved my life... I don't want to say good-bye... I'll see you when it's my time." He said with a little smile, whimpering and letting out a yelp of pain, bawling as he let go, looking at James with a horrified face as he fell, his tears falling with James.

James looked back at him as he fell, "Goodbye..." he said, and he fell into the group of zombies...

Chaos winced as he looked away from the crowd of zombies, bawling as he growled, pulling out his pistol and sliding down the ladder, they didn't pay attention to him because of his zombification. He started to take down the zombies, growling and crying, tears running down his cheeks.

James, or, what was James, slowly started to get up, his teeth were put in a permanent snarl, his claws extended, and there was blood mating down a large portion of his fur, he wasn't really paying attention to Chaos, not knowing much better, instead, he just shambled off in a random direction, looking for a victim.

Chaos gave him a look of horror as he saw James, whimpering out, "J-James..." as tears continued to stream down his cheeks. He went over to what was James and let out a tear, shooting a couple of bullets into his brain after saying, "You don't deserve to suffer..." He stepped back up the ladder and pulled it up, sitting down.

James made an odd noise before falling to the ground. _______________________________________________________ Name: Dimitri Rascolov. Age: 22 Species: Brown Timberwolf (Really big wolf.) Team: Survivors. Weapons: An old Dragunov rifle with a scope and a KukriSpecialties: Accurate, but has a 'slight' drinking problem, can carry a lot of gear. Dimitri was walking toward the prison, he had gotten of the boat not three weeks ago, and already encountered several problems. He listed them in his head, most urgent first. 1.) No signs of alcohol... (or life.) 2.) Zombies. 3.) Not enough ammo to take care of #2 4.) Finding a way to solve #3 He sighed, "Well, lets hope for the best at the prison..." he said, right when he heard a gunshot, he looked though the scope on his rifle, just soon enough to see another wolf killing... another wolf. Odd... he ran over, saying, "Aye! Comrade! Don't shoot, I am human!" it was more of a shout.
