Fenrir Graveheart dg: I'm not letting you create instant explosions several feet around your person without it even hurting you. Thats why its denied. Plus, I despise skills that do more damage with rank or with how much energy you put into it.
shruikan: Eh, point taken. Alright Gaining Air and the two sand paper skills we can keep. But Primal Rage and Gliding are still denied. Primal Rage is nothing even close to what my Power Rush skill is. For one my skill doubles the power of skills used in one post at the cost of all of the skills losing half their power the next post, and it can't last for more than two posts at a time. So my skill is a fair trade. My skill doesn't dramatically increase your speed, strength, power of skills, ect. So no. That stays Denied. By saying you despise them you admit that you are biased and that another mod should judge DG's skills. As for the second part, your skill DOES increase the power of skills. By douple... Thats WAY more than an extra rank. Frankly, your power is ten times more useful and powerful than Tenshi's.

Sample: Turning around, Amaya dashed towards her opponent who was standing several yards away from her. The man continued shooting, yet Amaya continued fueling her energy into the cape, using it to power through the bullets. As the bullets richochet off her armor, Amaya continued until she got to ten feet away from him. Letting the cape fly outward, the cape spiraled as it formed a bladed edge. Filled with Amaya's energy, the cape drilled through the man's stomach, blood pouring down his mouth as he dropped dead.

Two posts active, two posts recharge. Mine? Only increases strength and speed and power of dragon skills for three posts, and recharges for five. My backfire is I attack anyone pretty much, and Im stuck to one set of skills. And my recharge posts is double that of yours. Im only arguing because this makes no sense, that your skill is acceptable while mine isn't. When yours doubles everything and mine hardly does. Example, Energy Surge. Boosts stats for five posts by one. Thats better then this, and your power rush doubles its effects. +2 in both and doubles length of use. Another is Magna track, boosts speed +2 for the rest of the fight. Power Rush doubles it, making it +4. Your regenerations effect is doubled, everything of every skill set. You use it, after second post backfire occurs. Then as soon as its done u use it again. Your second use I'll be just ending my skill and you'll be able to finish recharge by the time I do first time around. Again, it just makes no sense when yours does more then mine. I can take out the speed part, but your skill is still more powerful then mine

Skill description: This skill uses the power of the armor to create a large blast-wave of holy fire and destruction. Sample: Kaelrikk had about enough of the group of skeletons. He decided to put an end to them for good. He threw up his arms, letting a large portion of his energy flow into the suit. White fire swirled once around it as it flashed with a white light for just a split second. A large explosion of white holy fire burst from around Kael. It tore up the catacomb floor, and pushed against the ceiling almost collapsing the place. The skeletons stood only moments in the blast before crumbling into dust. Satisfied, Kaelrikk continued his search.
Posting this for someone besides Fen to look at. Biased critiques are biased.

It's because Fen's the captain and he gets his way. You're not so you don't get overpowered skills. See that logic? Its great huh?

shruikan: Thats not how my skill works. All my skill does is give my character the equivalent of using a technique twice at one time. It wouldn't have any effect on Magna-track, which my character doesn't even know yet btw, because it would just be like magnetizing the ground twice which wouldn't increase my speed any more. It may work with Energy Surge, but I'm not going to do anything that increases my stats by that much. It'd be like saying I used it with Full Transformation so I get +2 instead of +1, but transforming twice doesn't do anything that one wouldn't so I only get +1. And my skill doesn't just have a two post recharge, its two posts of ALL of my skills sucking a**. And lastly, that may be my technique, but this is yours. And they ARE different. Bottom line is, Primal Rage is Denied. Thats my decision on it. Really this is just like the werewolve's Rampage technique anyways, but way op. The werewolve's Rampage is S-ranked with only a +1 speed increase. If you really want something like this then I'd suggest looking at that skill and then accomodating to make it more like that.
@wood: No my skill doesn't increase power to anything over one rank than what it is. And I never said I was biased against DG, I said I don't like skills that increase power with rank. And I say that because when characters become Expert or Master rank they start blowing crap out of the water with S-rank level skills they shouldn't even have. My judgement to deny things is justified, and I shouldn't even have to explain that to you who has absolutely nothing to do with this and are making assumptions that disrespect me and the crew that judges these skills. So stay out of it.
@dg: Goodbye. Don't come back this time.
@manpish: Cool technique, but striking faster than somebody can even see might prone users to auto-hit. Do you think you could put something like a one charge post so people don't autmatically cut others in half as soon as they're within striking range?
@witch: These all seem like reasonable skills, but unfortunately they're taking away from the White Nightmare bloodline, which uses cloth like capes and such as a weapon. If I accepted these, then it would be like giving you another bloodline's skills without making you have the bloodline.

So I applied for the talent, which Tenshi approved. Then I got the armor approved because Mayvine practically said, if I get the talent approved then the armor is approved. Powers: -The Cape itself has a mind of its own, able to give a natural defense to the user. -The Cape can stretch out up to 20 feet, or reduce to the size of a handkerchief. -The Cape has its own set of skills (applying for them in the Custom Skills)
Weakness of the Cape: -Being originially made of cloth, it can set on fire -Drains 10 points of energy for every post the cape is used in battle in addition to the points an energy required cape skill is used
Weakness to the wielder: -If the user has a talent, the cape takes up that talent because wielding the cape takes so much energy -The wielder can't possess any other armor than the cape

By reaching the peak of rage, Typhon enters a state known as Primal Rage. During this state, Typhon's strength raises by two points, though throughout the duration cannot recognize friend from foe. This lasts for three posts, and afterwards the user cannot re-enter Primal Rage state for five posts. Sample: (already made one before)
Is this better Fen? The only boost is the strength, nothing more. Thought of the recommendation, so I hope this is better.
Type of skill: Personal Skill Name: Crunch Rank: D Limits: - Skill description: This skill makes the jaw muscle of a draconian stronger and the teeth becomes as sharp as that of a full grown dragon. This gives Typhon capability of biting through iron like its nothing, thus making it dangerous if Typhon is able to get his jaws on another. This also helps if he is bounded by some form of chains or rope. At Expert Rank Typhon is capable of biting through three inches of steel. Sample: This vampire was getting too happy about throwing punches at Typhon's face. He hated when anybody struck him in the face. The vampire threw another quick punch. only to have it being snatched by the wrist, and Typhon's jaws clamped onto the arm where the elbow was. Biting into the arm, so much pressure and the draconians teeth becoming extremely sharp, Typhon bit through the bone and effectively bit off the vampire's arm from the elbow down, causing the undead to panic.
(This skill would be hard to use...as I seriously have to bite someone lol)
