Well we have ranks for energy.

No, you can't have a SS or SSS rank effect. I will not allow it.
It just occured to me that rank and energy are both accounted for in the letter system.
Just take each letter and put an equivalent effect.

RPC Name: Makyo Nagareboshi
Rank: Trainee

Talent Description: The talent is called "Black Blood". It hardens the blood within its user, and may counterattack during battle by the use of it turning into needles.

Talent Weakness: Makes the user insane, and confused in his own anger. Also causes inconsistency in emotions, and sheer rage.

How did the character get this talent?: By years of being alone, and making a personal hell of his own, his blood rotted inside of him in an unnatural way, but by rotting, it also gained subsitency, and strength. His blood turn hard like stone, but his heart slowed down, and felt cold.

Sample: Makyo is walking along the streets, and suddenly he falls down screaming from his random anger, and insanity. People surround him to kill Makyo, which is an abomination of nature to everyone, and a sin from hell. Makyo then changes suddenly from screaming to laughing, and looked around with a psychotic look at everyone, and said with his deep dark voice "I'll kill you all... haha... hahaha... HAHAHAHAHA!!", and someone attacked him from the back with a sword, but weakly, and it cut a little bit into Makyo's skin, as the blood slowly flowed from it, and Makyo whispered "Bloody Needle..." and the blood turned into needle that aimed for the boy's small body, and instantly killed him.

Then Makyo stood up crying, and said "You're all so scary! Get away from me!" and ran away from them like a child, right after he killed the boy, in a sudden emotional change of cowardice.The smell of his rotted blood covering the air, being able to be smelled even much more easy by vampires, and werewolves right now.

Abilities

Bloody Needle: Rank D
Allows the user to turn his blood into either a big needle or a small needle.
A small needle consumes 5 energy, a moderate needle consumes 10 energy, and a huge needle consumes 20 energy.

Bloody Rain: Rank D
Allows the user to make his blood levitate mementarily, and use his blood as an attacking system throwing needles to his opponent. Of course, with a good shield this can be easily blocked.




There it is. Those are the only two abilities to use, and their not really much of an attack system. They're just a defensive system for his skin. I did the best I can. I still don't understand this system well, sorry for my ignorance at this system.

RPC Name: Azrael Noce Pharos

Talent Description: It prevents the songs of a Bard or Siren from working on him.
Talent Weakness: It prevents the songs of a Bard or Siren from working on him. (Yes, I know they're the same but I'll explain that in the sample or in the next section.)
How did the character get this talent?: It was a side effect from being exposed to a Siren Bard (He doesn't know she's a Siren) while his Aura of Despair was active. For some reason, the Aura fought against the soothing song that was being played, and afterwards negates all attempts at using music on him from people of equal rank. This extends to both positive, healing songs such as the Song of Restoration, to songs that increase how effective combat skills are, to those that can weaken him. This talent only works when Azrael's Aura of Despair is active, if he doesn't have the Aura fully unleashed he does not have the protection.
Sample:
Azrael spun his blade around as the trio of Novices faced off against more of the Reapers from the other plane of reality. In the background, he could hear Tsubasa beginning her song to help boost her comrades as she stayed out of the fight. He nodded to himself, that had helped a fair bit in the last encounter against these creatures. So had something else though. He grinned beneath his mask, a dark expression that promised pain, before he unleashed his Aura of Despair fully. He knew it would hamper his allies, but he had learned that it also threw the creatures off as well.
The first that the Shadowknight knew that something was off was when his teammates began glowing the soft hue that he had come to associate with people who were under the influence of one of Tsubasa's songs, and he didn't. He could tell that for some reason their attacks were stronger, like they should be, but his weren't. His Unholy Shroud ripped into one of the Reapers, acting as if Feather wasn't playing her music at all.

After the fight, Azrael was too tired to restore his control over the Aura of Despair, which meant it was still running loose. The rest of the group was a short distance away, close enough that he could hear Tsubasa's song, but not close enough that the others would be affected by his aura. He closed his eyes to rest and recover his energy, knowing that it would be a quickened process due to the Bard's song. Thus it came as a great shock when the others approached him tentatively and asked him why he wasn't rested yet when they had regained full strength within a few minutes of rest. He realized that Tsubasa was no longer playing her song, and realized too that he couldn't tell a difference between when she was playing and when she wasn't. This worried him - it was almost as if...as if his Aura was blocking Tsubasa's songs from working their power on him.

fall: I'll overturn urban's decision then and make this Accepted. The weaknesses justify the strength.

It's small... And makes no sense. If he's small, he won't have as strong a body as say someone normal sized, so he'd be slower?
