at the scenery whipping past.
"You know, Kyouya, things could be a good deal
worse," he said, noticing the other's morose expression,
"I mean, look on the bright side: your not the one in
a dress."

Tamaki stepped out of the limo to the sound of cat-calls
coming from a car parked nearby.
Tossing his head, he strode into the restaurant.
Scanning the crowd he soon made out the figure
of Chizuru, waving happily from a corner table.
Pasting on a grin, Tamaki waved back and tottered over.
"Chizuru, darling!" he said, exchanging air-kisses,
"I do hope you weren't kept waiting too long?"

Automatically she reached out and grabbed her hand.
This was going to be harder then they thought.

Lady of the Lily....Chizuru Maihara... Chizuru waved happily and trotted over to them, giving Hitomi a light kiss on the cheek.
"Oh, I'm so happy that you came." she said. "I was beginning to think you wouldn't come, after all. Forgive me, Kyouya sempai, but I was strating to think that perhaps the Host Club was playing some nasty prank on me."
She looked at Hitomi again.
"You do look very pretty today, dear. You'll sit next to me, I hope? Our tanle is over here."
She sat down, pulling Hitomi beside her.

They sat down at another table at the far end of the reastraunt with Honey and Mori. Keeping asharp eye on the proceedings at Hitomi's, er, Tamaki's table.

Lady of the Lily....Chizuru Maihara...Chizuru jumped at Hitomi's almost screech. She seemed very nervous, not like yesterday.
I wonder what the problem is? She thought, looking at the woman she was pointing to.
"Yes, dear," she said politely, puzzled, the woman was wearing a rather ugly peach dress. She looked back at Hitomi.
"Is something wrong, dear. You seem awfully stressed."

Kyouya frowned at Tamaki's antics, he was going to give them yway if he kept this up. The man was practically dripping with sweat.
"Yes," he said, before Tamaki could say anything. "Hitomi's been very excited about the drama and her part. Not to mention that this is her first date." he added conspirationally, telling himself that this was all too true.

Lynette frowned at Tamaki's behavior. He was going to throw off the entire plan! They had to do something! But what.... That's when she knew it. This would be funny.
She looked down at the coffee in a delicate cup sitting in front of her. It was something they had all been offered but only she and Kyouya had accepted. She needed something to calm him down and this seemed like it may work.
"Hitomi, dear, what do you think of this coffee? It seems a bit different from what I'm used to. Don't you agree Kyouya?"
She offered the cup to Tamaki. And picked up her water to take a sip. Everything in this restaurant was over the top. It seemed like a little too much but that was just the way it worked. She didn't like it but she'd have to deal with it.
I'm happy to just watch...

in regard to tonights little debut?"

Kyouya realized the ploy Lynette was trying to get Tamaki from acting like an idiot. Correction, like a suspicious idiot and raise Chizuru suspicions.
It seemed to work as Tamaki put his impressive knowledge of the absolutely useless and senseless to work.

Lady of the Lily....Chizuru Maihara...Chizuru smiled at Hitomi. It was nice to see her relax into her usual pleasant self.
"Oh, yes." she said. "Benibara has even shown us the doll we're going to burn in what is probably the most dramatic moment of the entire show. When the evil Von Rothbart is defeated, he becomes incinerated with his own evil intent. Of course, it won'tbe the actress we burn bu this rather ugly pink stuffed rabbit Benibara has gotten from somewhere..."
