"I thought you might say that." He gave a smile of understanding. "It's alright. It may not even ever work. But if it does...I promise you we won't be human. I don't know what we'll be...our DNA would be completely stable, our bodies would be even stronger than they are, now...we'd be nearly immortal. The perfect vessels to carry the legacy of the human race on into the next world. Humanity will be only a a memory." He shrugged, and stepped close to Ellie, placing hands on her hips.
"I won't ask you to do something you don't want to. If you want that we should stay vampires...then that's what we'll do." With that, he locked up all his research materials, and locked the entire lab off again. Once he was outside, he cast a sidelong glance at Ellie, and then at the thick drifts of snow. His eyes bore this message: Race ya to the snowball fight!

Zshvago was back at the malice base of operations on the roof sipping what was actually blood. He was thinking of his severely broken cane and sword. He would have to find another one from somewhere. Though the fight with Tyler had gone well. He made his cup levitate out of his hand and onto the small table. He now knew that Tyler was short tempered when it came to insulting his wife, intellegent, reliant on weapons, and completely defeatable. Zshvago made the door fly open. "It is rude to linger at doorways." A malice had been watching Zshvago through the cracked door. Now he ran back down. "Hmmm, zombies." Zshvago shut the door again and made his cup floa into his hand taking another sip of blood.
Russ walked over to Ellie and Tyler. "So how are we gonna clean that up I wonder?" Russ pointed at the collapsed building. "We'll need heavy lift equipment that we don't have. What do you think Tyler?"

Grateful that his husband understands her reasons, Ellie sighed a bit and smiled as she kissed his lips before heading back outside with him. When he challenged her playfully, she shook her head as she motioned to her dress. "Not today, hon. I'm still not feeling up to date after what happened this morning." When Russ approached them, she told Tyler that she would be back at the apartment before heading back. She also felt unnaturally tired, even though it was late morning and she shouldn't be this tired. Figuring that she'll take a small nap to refresh herself, she entered her home before going into her room.

"Alright," he said gently. "I'll be back home before too long. How 'bout a candle-light dinner, and a backrub, later? Since you're still feeling a bit under the weather," Tyler whispered, winking. He trudged back to the drifts where his daughter played with Nicole and Troy. He silently crept up behind them, a freshly packed snowball at the ready. He motioned for Russ to join him.
"I dunno about that building. I guess we'll just do it the old fashioned way...one piece at a time." ((Where exactly was that building? Inside the base?))

((well it depends...is the base inside a city?))
"Well if that's how your gonna do things then it'll take years. Who was that guy anyway? Also, how did he knock down an entire building? I mean I've never seen a vampire do that before. Yeah your all strong no doubt but can you guys really do something like this?" Russ was just amazed at how fast the structure had collapsed. He was geeking out a little you could say.

((The base is way out in the sticks, several miles outside the city of Montreal. That way, they can go out to hunt, but don't have to get close to populated areas. They're trying to starve the ghouls before they clean up.)) Tyler shrugged and lit a cigar.
"There's no other way to do it. Can't go into the city for a crane, just yet. But there'll be a time for that." He continued to sneak through the snow-covered grass of the pent-up knoll. Seeing a chance to strike, he slung the tightly packed snowball with all his might, aiming for the back of Aivi's neck. He pumped his arm in frustration as the snowball sailed right by her, exploding on impact against a nearby pole.

"Suit yourself. I'll get a crew together tommorow." Russ dodged a snowball and picked one up throwing it at Aivi.

((Holy jeez-us! I go for a walk in the park, then hog the xbox for a while to find this. Lol. I prefer Halo to CoD. I hate playing the Live for CoD, anyway...))
Nicole lurked around her snowman to see powdered snow explode right by Aivi's head. "Covering fire!" She pulled the little girl behind her partially made snowman, peering around the side. "I guess this is really a snowball war then..." She glanced sidelong at her unfinished snowman, the head which she'd been rolling in the snow to reach an appropriate size. "I'm sorry buddy, but sacrifices must be made." Picking it up, she creeped closer to where she'd seen the second ball go flying from. "Snowball attack!" Then she lugged it over the top, hoping for the snowman's head to smack into someone on the other side.
