Jak swung her feet, enjoying getting her way. "Your more of a push over then I thought you'd be," she said half teasing. She watched him inspect the appetizers.

El Diablo Loco kept his eyes on the menu while he retorted, "Only because you have breasts, Jaklyn." he said, then a smirk appeared on his face.

Jak made a noise and glared at him. "Oh! So just because I'm a woman you're gunna give me my way?" She crossed her arms and stopped swinging her feet.

El Diablo Loco still didn't look up at Jak, because now he was pretending to be looking at the Menu. Still wearing the smirk, he said, "Maaaaaayyyyyybe. . ." then did this small little dance in his seat. Jak was so cute when she was getting annoyed.

Jak resisted the urge to smile at how cute his dance was. She kept her glare and said, "Maybe?" She shock her head and looked away from him while rolling her eyes.

El Diablo Loco looked up from his menu, he kept his smirk and said, "Mmm hmmm. Maybe."
Suddenly, a waiter carrying a tray with only one cup on it walked over to Diablo and Jak's booth. The cup on the tray was shaped beautifully, and strategically placed on the rim of the glass was a piece of fruit. Diablo raised his eyebrow, then the waiter cleared his throat and he said, specifically to Jak, "Excuse me, Miss, the gentleman sitting at the bar over there wanted me to give this to you. Enjoy." he handed Jak the drink, bowed, and then walked away. The Valuan soldier looked in Diablo and Jak's direction and gave Jak a small wave and a smile. The Soldier lifted his drink, as if to be giving a small toast to Jak, then took a small drink.
Diablo raised his eyebrow. He sat back and said, "Well, Jak, it looks like I'm not the only one trying to get under your skirt tonight." He folded his arms and glared at the soldier at the bar.

Jak face palmed at Daiblo's comment. "Are you friggin' serious?!" she growled. 'Under my skirt?! Excuse me?!'

El Diablo Loco clenched his jaw, he grabbed the drink given to Jak, then stood up and shouted to the Soldier, "HEY!!" The Soldier turned around and saw Diablo holding the glass, then Diablo said, "Here's to the "Great" Valuan Empire!!- May their douchebaggery forever be remembered!!" and with that he chugged the entire thing down, then slammed the glass on the table.
Now very annoyed, the soldier shook his head and left a small sack of Gold on the counter for the bar keep just before making his exit. Diablo adjusted the collar of his shirt and said to Jak, "I'll be right back." then exited the restaurant to go confront the Soldier.

Imogen walked about the marketplace now with her maps, and few cartridges of bullets. She was in no rush to find Jak again, believing it was the girl's own fault for losing Imogen in the crowd to start.
With not even half of the stolen money gone, she was trying to locate a bar or some type of restaurant. It was to Imogen's dismay on how many stores smelled of rich herbs and gourmet foods.
"Just want a ginger ale and something to eat. Why must they make it difficult." She sighed and kept walking, hoping to locate an aroma of cheap booze and pretzels.
Just then she was passed by a man dripping of some fruity drink.

"Diablo!" Jak called after him. "Oh you have got to be kidding me!" She groaned and hurried out the door after him, in hopes to keep him from doing something stupid.

El Diablo walked out of the restaurant to find the soldier- Luckily he didn't have to too far, because there he was; Just outside lighting up a clove cigarette. Once outside, Diablo stepped up to the soldier so that he was toe-to-toe, folded his arms and said, "Feel like doing that again?" The soldier only laughed and took a puff of the clove. Diablo stepped up closer, now in the guy's face. He said, "I didn't appreciate your move, Hermano. . . Next time, you had better buy me one." The Soldier laughed once more, and he replied to Diablo "Maybe I should have. . your hair is long enough. . . "Ma'am"."
"Oh? I hadn't realized Valuans were also homosexuals!"
The soldier suddenly lost his playful demeanor and then glared at Diablo. Diablo was now nose to nose with him, and he was now wearing a smirk.

Jak looked from Diablo to the soldier and back. She took a step closer to Diablo and tugged on his shirt. "Hey, come back inside. Weren't you hungry?" she said staring at him hoping he'd give it up and come back in before someone got hurt.

El Diablo then said to the guy, "Got anymore words for me, Hermano?" The soldier looked away from Diablo, and took another puff. Diablo said, "Hmph. That's what I thought. . ." he looked down at Jak, "Ready when you are."

Jak let out a sigh of relief. She put her hand on the inside of Diablo's elbow when she turned around to go back in. Her checks burned with embarrassment and anger but she kept her grip on Diablo's arm and kept walking, hoping the soldier wouldn't say anything else.

When Diablo turned his back and began to walk with Jak back into the restaurant, the soldier crossed his arms and and Diablo heard him say, "She looks like one of those Blue Rogue whores anyway. . ." Diablo suddenly stopped dead in his tracks and turned around slightly to look at the Soldier, "Say that again- To my face. Say that again." Diablo said, now standing toe-to-toe again with the guy. The soldier looked right into Diablo's eyes and said, "I said she looks like a-" before he even had the chance to finish, El Diablo Loco have him a left-hook to his jaw. This made the soldier fall to the ground, he started to bleed. He looked up at Diablo and Diablo looked down at the soldier and he said to him in almost a growl, ". . . Get the ******** up. I'm going to show you WHY they call me 'El Diablo Loco'."
The soldier wiped the blood off of his face and got up. Diablo was going to say something, but then he had suddenly taken a punch to the face.
Then before any body knew it, the two guys were in an all out brawl- El Diablo Loco versus a High-Ranking Valuan officer- in the middle of the Icy city street.
Diablo pushed over a barrel full of raw fish and attempted to slam the soldier down on it, but he failed to keep him in a hold and soon enough the Soldier slammed Diablo onto the barrel, which broke right under him. The Soldier then proceeded to punch Diablo over, and over, and over, and over in the face. Diablo took a few more punches, and then managed to squirm a bit so he could pick up a clod of Road Salt and throw it into the face of the soldier. Once he had done so, the soldier let out an "Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!" then fell on his back trying to get the salt out of his eyes. Diablo got up and kicked him over and over again in the stomach and ribcage area. He stopped for a moment, with blood all over his face, he looked at Jak and was about to say something but the soldier had gotten up. He pulled out a big knife, and then got up. The Soldier let out this loud battle cry and then charged at Diablo, he didn't get out of the way in time; He received a large slash on his bicep. He grunted from the pain, and before he knew it the soldier was charging right back at him at full speed, then with the swiftest kick that Diablo and Jak had ever seen, he knocked Diablo onto the ground, on his back. Diablo let out another grunt from the pain. It wasn't until too long after did the soldier manage to finally knock Diablo out using the butt of the knife.
