I approve of Cory's ability reboot, though with just 2 clarifications:

---Azulga/ja should probably require a charge up, since they're 'twice as strong' as Azul/ra. This was probably implied but not stated; it doesn't need to be edited, so long as we're agreed.

---Multi-Burst's wording has been easily misinterpreted since its inclusion, and I want to clarify: each Burst stored counts as one, not all Bursts stored, correct? I edited the ability to say 'each', simply because that's what I assumed was meant.

Okay, removed Auto-KO, but allow me to explain my reasoning behind Roar of the King. It's a vocal attack, combining Nick's wind magic with the vibration of his vocal cords. Which could temporarily Stun someone by throwing off their equilibrium temporarily.

For example, if someone yells in your ear, don't you freeze for a moment to collect yourself? Same principle, just amplified due to Nick's wind magic.

Well, Cory's most potent magic would of course require more of a charge up than his lower levels of magic. And yes, each stored Burst in Multi-Burst counts as one. Multi-Burst isn't a new ability, we've had this convo before razz

The majority of the things I'm about to post have already been approved in the past (as well as on Skype o.o), but due to my recent weapon change I had to reword some of my abilities. I just need some of the new abilities to be looked at. My new abilities are Earthquake, Get Over Here, Vicious Maul, Crushing Strike (both of them), Tornado, Spearheaded-Chains, and Dash.

I'm also auditioning for the "Spearheaded-Chains" within the gauntlets.

I also wanna change my second passive since it's totally pointless and I haven't really used it yet. It's called Defibrillator.

Lastly, I wanna change my Level 4 limit. The new description is below.

Weapon: Truth and Justice (Twin BUSTER Gauntlets) – a pair of very large, metallic gauntlets [with hidden spearheaded-chains within (about 3 meters in length).]

Attack Abilities:
  • Knightly Arts- A subset of abilities attributed to Anthony's Knight class and his mastery of the Dual Battle Gauntlets.
    • Earthquake – Anthony slams both gauntlets into the ground to create an explosive wave.
    • Get Over Here! – Anthony launches one of his spearheaded-chains at his opponent, then pulls an enemy towards him, slamming him with the other gauntlet.
    • Vicious Maul – Anthony extends both spearheaded-chains and performs a 360-degree spinning move. The tips of the spears cut and slice through his enemies.
    • Crushing Strike – Anthony tosses his gauntlets into the air and while in the air, the gauntlets extend the spearheaded-chains, which Anthony grabs onto then slams the gauntlets down upon his enemy.
    • Crushing Strike (aerial) – While in mid-air, Anthony extends one of his spearheaded-chain which grips to the ground, allowing him to pull himself down and punch the ground with his other gauntlet, causing a shockwave.
    • Tornado – Anthony extends both arms to his side and begins to spin rapidly until his figure becomes distorted and looks much like a small twister, then moves about the area, injuring all things that come in his path.
    • Soul Strike - Anthony charges his gauntlets with his own life force, giving it a strange aura which effectively increases the strength of his next strike.
    • Smackdown – Anthony charges forward as if to punch the opponent, but instead jumps up into the air and slams the enemy into the ground.
    • Air Render - Charging mana into his fist, Anthony channels the energy into a punch, which sends a chakra-like burst of air at the opponent. Determined by [(ASt+MS)/2].
    • Chivalrous Taunt - Anthony emits a provoking aura that affects all nearby enemies, possibly forcing their attentions to be focused on him. Determined by Attack Strength.
  • Son of Odin- Due to Odin's Lightning Element, Anthony has access to an assortment of Thunder-related abilities.
    • Thunder/Thundara/Thundaga - Anthony is capable of causing lightning to either rain from above as an area of effect attack or shoot it out of his hand at a single target.
    • Lightning Pummel – Anthony uses Lightning Coat on his fists and delivers multiple powerful lightning punches to his opponent.
    • Chain Lightning – Anthony swings his sword and releases a chain of lightning along the ground directed towards opponent

Support Abilities:
  • Knightly Arts- A subset of abilities attributed to Anthony's Knight class and his mastery of the physical body.
    • Spearheaded-Chain – Anthony could extend his spearheaded-chain concealed within his gauntlets to either help him travel distances quicker by pulling or swinging himself over or using it to pull object or enemies closer to him.
    • Leap – Anthony is able to leap forward a great distance in and out of battle.
    • War Cry – With a mighty shout, Anthony is able to raise the resilience of his surrounding teammates and himself, increasing their Guard Strength and Magic Defense by two for 3 turns.
    • Dash – Anthony is capable of traveling short distances at increased movement speed.
    • Cover – Anthony has the ability to immediate appear in front of an ally and protect and take damage for the fellow teammate as they prepare for their next attack or take time to recover.
    • Defense – Anthony can temporary increase his Guard Strength by 25%.
    • Vehemence – Anthony can temporary lower his Guard Strength by 50% in order to raise his Attack Speed by 50%.
  • Son of Odin- Due to Odin's Lightning Element, Anthony has access to an assortment of Thunder-related abilities.
    • Lightning Coat – Anthony is capable of coating his body or his weapon with lightning to deliver more powerful attacks.

Passive Abilities:
  • Strength – Anthony has a permanent +1 bonus to his Attack Strength at all times
  • Defibrillator – When knocked down to 0 HP, Anthony’s lightning element automatically shocks his heart and reverts his HP back to half. This can only happen once per day.

Limit Breaks:
  • [Level 1] The Finale – Anthony severely pummels the opponent, then leaps above them and drops down with his hands clenched together and over his head for a final strike that slams the opponent into the ground and sends high volts of electricity throughout their body.
  • [Level 2] Aerial Barrage – Anthony charges at his opponent and smacks them up into the air with gauntlets clenched together, then jumps up and performs several aerial attacks. Finally, Anthony wraps his arms and legs around the opponent and piledrives them into the ground below.
  • [Level 3] Lightning Barrage – After coating his body and weapon with lightning, Anthony dashes at his opponent and delivers several combinations of punches and kicks, each strike causing an explosion of electricity damage. Finally, he leaps into the air and fires both spearheaded-chains, impaling his enemy’s chest. Then, as a final attack, he shoots a critical amount of lighting through the chains and at his enemy, sending an intense amount of electricity coursing through the opponent’s body.
  • [Level 4] Chain Coffin – Anthony's spearheaded-chains extend out and pierce through his opponents and wrap around them repeatedly until the enemy's upper torso is wrapped. Anthony then sends a critical amount of electricity through his chains, electrocuting his victim.
  • [Level 5] Blitzkrieg – After coating his body and weapon with lightning, Anthony begins by charging at his opponent, followed by fast two-hot combo. He first punches down, then upper cuts. The upper cut launches the opponent up; however, Anthony grabs the enemy and pulls him back down, then continues to pummel him with a left hook, then follows through with a right hook, into a spinning kick that launches the opponent into the air. Each attack causes an explosion of electricity damage. He uses this time to charge his gauntlets with intense electricity while he waits until his opponent is in range, then, with his hands clenched together, swings in a baseball bat motion and sends his opponent flying with a critical amount of electricity coursing through the enemy’s body.
  • [Level 6] Relentless Pummel – Anthony charges his weapon with minor electricity before dashing at his opponent and releasing a barrage of attacks, each strike causing an explosion of electricity damage. He then leaps back, this time charging his weapon with medium electricity, then dashes at the opponent and launches the enemy into the air with an upper cut and releases a barrage of mid-air attacks, each strike causing an explosion of electricity damage. Finally, while still in mid-air, Anthony charges his weapon for the finale time, but this time with intense levels of electricity, and performs one finale strike, clenching his hands together and slamming them into the opponent’s stomach and sends him falling to the ground, causing a large amount of electricity to course through the enemy’s body, inflicting critical damage.

...I HAD a whole bunch of questions...but for some reason, I was over thinking everything, and now that I'm tired and not thinking as much, it's all clear.

I have a... pretty crude diagram drawn out, but Noelle's helpin' me out by perfecting my idea, since I suck at expressing them! So expect one soon! O=

ALSO! After debating on the design and such, I feel gauntlet is more appropriate. The original picture I showed Kyle was just to explain the size of the gauntlet. The one Rhiko showed us last night was more accurate to the design in my head. So... yes... o.o

Ability Update for Kyle. These abilities have been in his profile for awhile, and they were discussed with other Mods, but there was some concern. As such:

Attack Abilities:
  • Dragoon Arts- Using innate knowledge of the Dragoon techniques given to him by his weapon, Kyle is able to use his swallow to the best of a Dragoon's abilities. Requires no mana.
    • Swift Parry- When Kyle is forced to clash weapons with someone defensively, if possible, he can use his Evasion instead of his Guard Strength by twisting the spear to let the opponent's weapon slide away. Kyle can use this ability to lead into a number of counter-attacks.
      • Disabling Counter- If Kyle successfully Parries a frontal-attack, he is capable of using the twisting momentum to strike at the opponent's upper arms (first on the opposite side of the parry, then a quick second jab on the original side); if successful, he has a chance of Disabling his opponent, numbing his/her arms.
      • Crippling Counter- If Kyle successfully Parries a low frontal-attack, he is capable of using the twisting momentum to strike at the opponent's thighs (first on the opposite side of the parry, then a quick second jab on the original side); if successful, he has a chance of Crippling his opponent, numbing his/her legs.
      • Reflexive Disarming- During a parry, if Kyle can get one of the blades of his swallow to slide against the hand holding the opposing weapon, he can swiftly twist his swallow in a manner that forces the opponent to either let go of the weapon, sending it flying, or lose feeling in his/her wrist to a powerful gash.
    • Sonic Charge- A lesser version of the Radiant Charge, Kyle can make a quick dash multiple times, attacking with either (or both) side(s) of his swallow.
    • Spiral Vortex- Twisting his body, and with it, his swallow-spear, he uses the swift increase in momentum to lunge toward his enemy in a quick, powerful horizontal sweep.
    • Swallow-Arcana- A series of 13 strikes, made in half the normal time due to Kyle using both sides of his swallow in swift conjunction.
  • Ultima's Champion- A set of skills Kyle has manifested by combining his Dragoon class abilities with his magic energies; in most instances, can either be Light-elemental or non-elemental.
    • Dragoon Charge- Using the Virgo's Vault ability, Kyle launches himself horizontally instead of vertically, assaulting an opponent at a velocity (and force) equal to his Magic Strength. If adding a physical attack to the Charge, half of his Attack Strength is also added [MS+(PS/2)].
    • Dragoon Break- For a single turn, Kyle can add his MS to his PS for devastating strikes; the strain, however, causes Disable for two turns afterward.
    • Dragoon Dive- Kyle uses Virgo's Vault to leap into the air above his opponent in a blur of motion, followed immediately by an equally-fast strike from above; this occurs 3 times in rapid succession. [Dictated by PS]
    • Dragoon Roar- Charging non-elemental/light-elemental Dragoon energy into his lungs, Kyle can release a dragon's roar that deals minor damage and has a chance to stun any opponents in earshot.
    • Radiant Breath- Kyle can charge Light energy into his lungs before exhaling, releasing a burst of white, divine fire-breath. Anything touched by the fire remains burning the the Light flames for three posts, only damaging hostiles.
    • Radiant Strike- Kyle attempts to strike at the opponent, his arm/leg/spear giving off a translucent green aura (or golden aura, if using Light energy). If he hits, he siphons away a portion of the target's HP and MP on contact. If blocked, only a small portion of MP is stolen, just enough to pay for the cost of the attack. [(MS+PS)/2]
    • Radiant Lancet- Kyle thrusts his swallow at an opponent; a spear of made of green, non-elemental energy (or golden Light energy) bursts forward like a projectile. If it hits, it siphons away a portion of the target's HP and MP, returning it to Kyle in a blur of white spheres. If blocked, only a small portion of MP is stolen, just enough to pay for the cost of the attack.
  • Caelestis Astrum- Abilities gained from Kyle's bond with his summon, Ultima.
    • Divine Intervention- Kyle can charge himself or his weapon with Light energy, replacing his Attack Strength and Guard Strength with his Magic Strength. Lasts 3 posts [will lengthen with level]. He can release this energy in a brief explosion of Light, or channel it using more creative methods.
      • Angel Raid- After charging his swallow with Light, Kyle tosses it at his target.
      • Banish/Exorcise- A Light-elemental wave of 'force'; much like a simple psychokinetic push accompanied by a flash of light. Does double damage to any 'summoned' entities, including Heartless, Nobodies, Geists, and Unversed. [Only Low/Medium Level]
      • Judgment- Kyle sends out a Banish-like flash at his opponent; however, instead of feeling any sort of force, the target loses their most prominent status enhancement.
      • Holy Wave/Holy Surge/Holy Evisceration– Kyle releases the Light energy in a blast wave with a swing of his weapon, sending it soaring at his opponent(s).
      • Redemption/Retribution/Reckoning/Eschaton- Kyle can focus Light energy into an offensive beam, which he can release through various mediums (Weapon, Hands, Eyes, Mouth).
      • Martyrdom- Kyle charges his body with mass amounts of Light energy before releasing an explosive pulse of energy, as if he were a grenade. For every enemy hit in this manner, a proportionate amount of Light energy is accumulated within Kyle, and after all is said and done, Kyle may heal an ally with the charged energy [if unconscious, Raised with this amount of Health]. The amount varies per situation: a normal human enemy increases the charge by 10%; a boss-type enemy increases the charge by 25%; a minion-class enemy increases the charge by 4%. This ability temporarily fries his mana circuits, making him unable to use magic for a portion of time; can only be shortened by Driving; in 'Living Light' form, his mana circuits are not fried at all. [High Level]
    • Starlight- Kyle can summon a sphere of energy that produces a bright light, capable of lighting up an area. The Starlight has many potential uses, being a separated piece of Kyle's mana that can be used for whatever purpose he desires. If left in the air, it simply hovers (directed by Kyle's will) until given a purpose.
      • Stellar Ray Cannon- Kyle tosses the Starlight sphere into the air, where it remains stationary and hovering (unless an opponent runs into it, causing it to explode). On mental command, the sphere begins to fire small beams of Light energy at the opponent, using the energy that was used in its creation until it runs dry and disappears.
      • Star Burst/Solar Flare/Nova Flare/Seraphic Star- A hovering Starlight can release an explosion of Light energy. At the final level, the Star pulls in all nearby targets before exploding.
      • Dwarf Star/Neutron Star/Ultima Flare- Condensing the Light sphere into a singularity allows Kyle to fire it at near-bullet speeds with the same explosive might as a Star Burst (or variable). The final level moves much slower, and seems to swivel around as it travels, homing toward the target. At whatever point Kyle dictates, the energy is released, causing multiple explosions of intense Light magic.
      • Rings of Saturn- Kyle condenses the sphere into a disc of Light energy and tosses it like discus or a frisbee; instead of reacting explosively, it acts as a buzzsaw, slicing through opponents. If human, it leaves no physical mark, but still damages. [Medium Level Only]
      • Starbound Flare- Fires a burst of flaming Light from his hand, the style of the attack greatly resembling a Firaga spell, only gold and white. Causes explosive Light damage upon impact, and leaves the place it contacts burning with Light fire for a number of posts; only damages hostiles.
      • Cosmic Dust- The Starlight disintegrates into thousands of sand-like particles, clouding up and blurring vision. Kyle can use the dust as a means to detect others nearby and predict their movements. Kyle can also release this dust by itself from other attacks, like remnants of magic spells. On command, the Cosmic Dust can re-coagulate into a Starlight and erupt.
      • Supernova- This takes two full posts to charge (or, if they're already on the field, an equivalent of 5 Starlights absorbed via Virgo's Vessel). Kyle adds more and more Light energy into the sphere, making it grow to an extremely large size (eight feet in diameter); he tosses this for a large explosion that only affects those who openly oppose him. [High Level Only]
Support Abilities:
  • The Virtues of Virgo- Kyle is able to manipulate Light energies in a number of enchantments and support abilities.
    • Virgo's Vault- Tapping into his non-elemental ‘Dragoon’ class energies, Kyle can charge magic into his legs, which allows him to jump incredible distances.
    • Virgo's Vitality- Kyle sacrifices his own health to restore an ally's health for an equal amount; can also be used to Raise, but for half the amount of sacrificed health.
    • Virgo's Victim- Kyle envelopes his allies in an aura of Light, which draws negative conditions from them unto himself for their remaining duration. If multiple people have the same condition, the durations do not stack; the one that has the most time remaining is counted.
    • Virgo's Veneration- Kyle grants a single target an enchanted status, empowering them with Light energy; this [currently] lasts for 3 turns. {Bravery: (1.5x PS & PR); or Faith (1.5x MS & MR)}
    • Virgo's Vessel- Kyle can re-absorb remaining Light energy in the area as either health or mana; this includes spells of his own that have yet to be used. If his own unused spells are absorbed as mana in this way, he only receives what mana was left of them.
    • Virgo's Vision- Kyle is capable of using hovering Starlights as his own eyes. The number of Starlights able to be used in this fashion at one time is equal to his level, and he must trade his own eyesight for them. He can, instead, use one or two less than his maximum, keeping one or both of his eyes active.
    • Virgo's Vibrance - Kyle cast's En-Light on a target for 2/3/4/5 turns; all their Physical attacks are Light-Elemental, though still Physical in nature. Lasts for half as long on hostiles.
    • Virgo's Valor [Style Change]- Kyle channels all of his magic potential into his physical being, forfeiting the majority of his magic spells, and in the same act casts Bravery on himself, which lasts until he exits the form, which takes a few moments to undo. [-5 MS ; +5 PS ; Auto-Bravery]
    • Virgo's Verso- Kyle channels Ultima's essence, his eyes turning a brilliant shade of glowing violet. A purging energy is thrust into his target, 'enchanting' them with Reversal, a status ailment/enhancement that is true to its name: it reverses the effects of any action taken against the target. Healing damages, and damage heals; Haste slows, and Slow hastens; and so on. He can only enchant himself 100% of the time.
Passive Abilities:
  • Celestial Fortitude- Due to Kyle's high pain tolerance, attacks do not make him flinch and, even with low HP, he can fight as though he's unhindered (unless in definitely-agonizing pain). [Immune to Stun; Unable to be Interrupted]
  • Celestial Instincts - If a nearby ally reaches Critical Health levels, Kyle's protective instincts kick into high gear: he reverts to a one-track mind of hurting the one who caused the injuries and protecting the injured. [Auto-Virgo's Valor ; Pseudo-Berserk ; Lasts 3 posts ; Refreshed with each Critical Ally]


Limit Breaks:
  • [Level 1] Angel of Fury ~ Radiant Barrage- Kyle rockets into the air, enveloped by a golden aura; upon reaching a certain height, he 'explodes' into a dozen fragments (appearing like a firework had gone off). These fragments, one by one, in rapid succession, rocket down, homing in on their target(s); the fragments are actual Light-clones of Kyle, bringing his spear down upon his targets with a force of (MS+PS). If they miss and hit the ground instead, they explode in a ball of energy, hitting any enemies nearby.
  • [Level 2] Angel of Retribution ~ Living Light [Limit Form]- Kyle's HP and MP are completely refreshed before his body disintegrates, becoming pure Light in humanoid form, with violet lights where his eyes should be. While in this form, his HP and MP are combined into a single stat, meaning that any damage taken also drains him of energy, and any action of his that requires energy drains life force. As well, his PS is replaced by his MS and his PR is replaced by his MR; his weapon is forfeit, and in its place, permanent Starlight spheres.This lasts for 3 turns before Kyle reverts back to his original state, exactly how he was before the Limit was activated, but with 0 MP. [Can only be used as a Drive Finisher if his original target at the beginning of the Drive remains undefeated, lasts 3 turns]
    • Pulsing Light- Kyle enhances his Starlights to circle around him rapidly, and on each contact, they have a chance to inflict a random status ailment out of the following: Blind, Deshell, Deprotect, or Imperil.
    • Faith- Kyle summons twelve pillars of light around him, which begin spinning rapidly and enveloping the nearby area of Light energy. Acts as a Cura for any allies caught in the radius, sans himself.
    • Holy- Kyle summons forth a massive explosion of Light Energy from underneath his opponent, rising from the ground in the shape of a beam.
    • Ultima Torrent- Jokingly titled 'the Genome Tribute', Kyle summons a mass of Starlights above a specific target and has them rain down. If even one strikes the target, he is stunned and forced to endure the rest of the small Light explosions, finished by a larger one.
    • Curaga- Kyle envelopes a single target in Light energy, healing heavy wounds. Cannot self-target.
  • [Level 3] Ultima's Ascension- Kyle's Magic Strength is permanently increased by one, regardless of limits.
  • [Level 4] Untouchable- Kyle's Evasive Reflexes are permanently increased by one, regardless of limits.
  • [Level 5] Angel of Judgment ~ Cosmic Storm- Kyle's entire body explodes into Cosmic Dust, covering the battlefield with Light particles before begin slowly sucked skyward, pulled in by a vacuum; as the dust coagulates in the center of the sky, it forms a giant sphere of charged Cosmic Dust, with bolts of energy flowing back and forth. Two large, bright violet eyespots appear, glaring down at the battlefield below before unleashing lightning bolts of pure Light energy, striking down at opponents and tearing away at the ground. Lasts for 3 turns.
  • [Level 6] Angel of Rapture ~ Final Eschaton- Kyle summons Ultima, who vanishes in a flash of light. Kyle immediately Vault's high into the air, and upon reaching the peak of his jump, tosses the swallow-spear downward. The moment it leaves his hand, Kyle begins to Flash-Step in random places above the battle field, throwing down 12 identical swallows made of Light energy at the ground. When his true weapon strikes the ground in the center of the others, he lands on the tip, standing tall; a giant glyph of Light flashes on the ground, revealing the other swallows to have formed a barrier circle. At that point, Ultima cries out the name of the spell, and from high in the sky, releases a giant blast of Light energy, which strikes Kyle in the center. The glyph underneath shatters, and the entire battle field erupts with Light energy at once.
