Rp SampleKoizumi had wanted to get away away from awhile.Even though,she knows she should have stayed in the village because of the recent assassination attempts on her life,but she still left.So she just started to walk and ended up in the forest. while she was walking she heard rustling, At first she didn't think anything of it,and waved it off as an animal just wondering around.,but then it happened again. So instantly,she she hummed a single tune activating animal call,then stopped,listened and waited,but no animal came, none must be near her.DamnShe thought,then it happened again,she was about to use a cry for help,but the thought against it,she could handle herself.so when three shinobi surrounded her she sang a high pitched note,that caused the shinobi to fall on the their knees holding their ears.She took that time to use Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Earth Release: Inner Decapitation Skill), and disappeared and reappeared far from them, then ran back home.

That D rank is seriously over powered. You do your humming bit, and if there just happens to be a herd of moose, or a few bears nearby, they instantly become your servants?
The cry for help one should be E rank really, seeing as it's something that would be taught to beginners. The range is a bit weak though. It should be just be, really loud.
And the third also seems severely OP.

no not exactly its kinda like how aquaman uses water creatures to help him,the last is really isn't if they are out of range they wont get effected

Hark How The Angels Sing Something about the Hatake 4 Gates that MageTech is creating. Yo Hark, from my under standing Greg accepted Mage's Gates, a long time a go to ^^ currently only mage and greg can train for the gates. Greg being Head and Mage being the one who made it

Name of Jutsu: Satetsu Tsubasa (Iron Sand Wings)

Description: The user can create a pair of large wings on their back. These wings use the reverse polarity of the earth's magnetic field, causing the user to be able to fly. The wings can also be used in both offense and defense; by firing iron sand at an enemy, creating sharp weapons, or by being used as a shield. It has all the weaknesses of the Iron sand and contantly drains 3 points of chakra each post. You can also only go 7 meters from the ground.
RP Sample: Yoshiro jumped from tree to tree as the 3 enemy shinobi followed close behind, ready to finish him off. He contemplated his options, either stand and fight or keep running and hope that he can get away. Although to his he had one option; fight and kill the enemy so he headed towards a clearing with a river and got some distance from the enemy shinobi as he turned to face them, as Iron Sand flowed out from his sleeves. The 3 enemy Shinobi stopped a few feet away from Yoshiro as Iron Sand moved around him. One shinobi became reckless and charged at Yoshiro, drawing his katana from its sheath as he swung it at Yoshiro's neck. The Iron Sand moved as it blocked the blades swipe and engulfed it and handed it to Yoshiro, as the shinobi let go and backed away as he made several handsigns. Yoshiro quickly made several handsigns with blinding speed as his Iron Sand gathered behind his back and took form as the enemy shinobi created a large torrent of water from the nearby river and launched it towards Yoshiro. The Iron Sand on his back wrapped around his front at the water hit him and pushes him away into a tree. As the water cleared there was a ball of Iron Sand and it opened in to reveal Yoshiro unharmed, the wings opening fully as he rose off of the ground. Yoshiro hovered there for a moment before flying into the shinobi that just attacked him, driving his sword into his heart. As the shinobi fell to the ground the other two attacked in anger as the swung their katana's at him to no avail as the iron sand wings blocked the attacks. As the wings pushed the attacks away one wing faced one of the shinobi and reached at him in the form of spikes, piercing his body in multiple areas, killing him. The last shinobi feared for his life and ran, but Yoshiro would not let him do so, as he made some handsigns and flapped his wings, firing several iron sand bullets into the shinobi's back. As Yoshiro released his wings and collected his Iron Sand into his clothes, he headed towards his village.

@Sion: Well you may want to work on that description a bit. How many posts does it last? Any weaknesses? How high can you go? You can't just go to space. There should some limitations to this!

Isn't Iron sand wings a bit... Counter productive? The bloodline only works with magnetism as far as controlling the metal, using it to fly is a little insane. Unless of course you were a helicopter...

Well one: its using the earths natural magnetism and the iron sand is at an opposite polarity which in turn will make them push away from each other.
Second: The third Kazekage puppet Sasori used created wings.
