Himura made no move to attack the boy, or to let him proceed with his next attack. He simply looked at the blocks of wood jutting out of the sand. Perfectly square stumps, as if they had been freshly cut, but strangely alive.
Himura turned back to masaki. "Perhaps this place was not the best suited to someone with your skills. Come with me, we're going. And pick up that tooth, I'm sure the hospital can take care of that." With that, Himura turned around, walking away from the beach and into the woods.
