The boy stared at her for a moment, as if trying to figure out what on earth she was talking about. "Why is it hard for me? Quite simply because I don't have some mystical power that grants me infinite knowledge of that which has not been seen." He waved his right arm in the air, laying emphasis on what he said. "You tell me to choose a taijutsu style, I don't know of any styles and would not know how to choose one if I did." He continued, finally tired of the silly verbal dance. "And how am I supposed to know my element? It's not exactly a case of 'I woke up this morning, and just knew'." This woman expecting him to know things that he had never been taught was bizarre, and the idea of a student telling the teacher what to teach still bugged him. Were not teachers meant to decide the lesson?
(( Could you attempt to make your writing easier to understand? I had a whole section in that post replying to something I thought you said, only to look back and realize it was an action. Quotation marks are not spaces, they need to be spaced out away from the previous sentence or it looks like your action is part of your speech. The fact that your posts are 99.9% speech doesn't help that much either. ))

"That's enough!" Shayera speaks the words in a deadly voice, grabbing the boy by the front of his shirt and lifting him off the ground. Slamming him against a wall, she looks into his eyes. "I will say this once and only once. Watch your tone when speaking to your Kazekage, or I will personally hand you your a**." Letting him go, she lets him fall to the ground heavily, then turns her attention back to the dummies.
Taijutsu. The style you learned in the Dunes, she tells herself. She turns to face away from the dummies, spinning away from them. She moves herself through the style quickly and surely, striking the first dummy below the chin and watching, satisfied as the head comes off. She turns away from the second dummy, striking it under the chin with the heel of her hand like the first. The head doesn't come all the way off, but it comes off far enough. She slips as she moves again and falls, cursing.

The boy was just surprised enough to let her grab him, and slamming into the wall was unavoidable at that point. Narrowing his eyes at the girl he cut into her speech halfway through. "That was very stupid." He growled, his eyes beginning to show some slight bit of anger. "I am very irritated right now, and he's telling me to kill you." With those words his eyes flew open, pure insanity could be seen within as he began to chuckle. With a twitch of his fingers a cloud of sand arose from the floor, where it had been tracked in by constant travel, and began to wrap around the girl's body, slowly traveling up her legs towards her neck.

Shayera laughs cruelly, ignoring the sand as it creeps up her body.
"Do you sincerely think I care whether or not you're pissed off? I've been pissed my whole life. Life sucks. Get over it. It's basic common courtesy to speak to someone who outranks you and is your elder with respect. You show people respect, and you get it back. It's a basic rule of life. Suck it up and deal with it like the rest of us do. She's your Kazekage, whether or not you want her to be. You can't change that, so shut up and deal with it. The only way you will make it out of here is if you receive training from the Kazekage just like the rest of us. You wanna be an Academy Student form the rest of your life? Fine. No one here cares if you stay or go. If you graduate, you do it through your own hard work. You don't work, and you won't graduate, meaning you'll have to put up with everyone here until they graduate and leave you behind." She snaps, ready to punch him. "And for the record, your sand doesn't scare me, and you're not intimidating anyone. You're a Jinchuuriki. Big deal. So is Tanzu. Deal with it. Stop being all high-horse. Having the Shukaku doesn't make you better than everyone else here, so stop acting like you are."

"You would do well to follow your own advice little girl." The boy scoffed. With a simple wave of his hand the sand completed it's rise, wrapping entirely around her body, leaving only her head exposed. Wrenching himself from her grip he dropped to the floor and spoke. "Let me rephrase what you just said. The only way you will make it out of here is if you stop pissing me off. Otherwise, I can't guarantee your continued survival." He didn't really want to kill the girl, but if she kept annoying him, he wouldn't be able to keep the demon in check anymore. The only thing that really kept him from killing everyone he met up till now was his ability to remain calm, and people provoking him did not a calm mind make.

"Impulsive?" The boy chuckled. "You obviously don't know a thing about me." Pausing for a moment he simply stared at her. What she was doing wasn't bravery, it was stupidity. "I do things only after I have thought through them completely. The only exception to that rule is when silly little children decide it would be a good idea to rile up my little friend." Turning around he stared at the far wall, not really wanting to watch her anymore. "You on the other hand, attacked me for speaking the truth, and seem to think yourself invincible. I could kill you right now, but I don't. Could you not offer that same respect to another?" He spun around and threw a sudden glare at her. "Or do you think just because I look like a child, I can be pushed around?" He growled.

"I don't have to know you. You claim that I attacked you for speaking the truth. What do you think you're doing now? Secondly, stop calling me a child. I'm older than you. Thirdly, I don't care if you look like a child. I disrespected you because you disrespected the closest thing to a mother that I've ever had, which causes me to be protective. I will apologize for grabbing you and yelling at you, but I don't take back what I said." She responds softly, staring into his hate-filled eyes.

The boy stared at her incredulously, the insanity and anger long gone from his eyes, replaced with some strange mix of annoyance and questioning. "Are you serious? Did you mean what you just said?" He couldn't help breaking into quiet laughter, the very idea that she took her words seriously was hilarious! "You would compare defending myself from an attacker to breaking into a conversation and attacking me? You are comparing actively trying to cause me harm to holding you prisoner? I could kill you at any second, yet you insist that I am in the wrong, when I have not done so?"

I'm not an idiot. I know better than to think just calling your name would have interrupted your accusation. Did I even attempt to cause you bodily harm, other than grabbing you by the shirt? No. Am I holding your prisoner and telling you that I'm going to kill you? No. Am I disrespecting my Kage? No. So think before you act and decide who is wrong here. And keep in mind that I've already apologized to you for grabbing you." She snaps in his face. This kid is seriously pissing her off. "And don't think that I didn't notice that you left out the part about you not calling me a child since I am, in fact, older than you. You obviously don't think before you act, or you wouldn't have done what you're doing."
