She smiled and was glad that he let her help. She was honestly surprised he made her learn by doing, but it didn't bother her. She found that she liked it anyway, putting her hands in soapy water and rubbing plates and such with a little square thing that helped a little. When the dishes were done she dried her hands and looked up at Nik. "Thank you again."

He nodded and hugged her gently, kissing her before pulling his shirt back off of her and putting it back on. "Anytime, love." Quick as a blink he swooped his arms under her, carrying her bridal style to the living room but not before grabbing the bowl of strawberries and setting them on her stomach. Placing her on the couch he sat next to her, wrapping an arm around her and turning the tv on.

She giggled softly and moved the bowl to her lap while turning some of her attention to the tv. She grabbed a strawberry and ate it slowly while she got comfortable.

Even with the tv going Nik was zoning out, propping his legs on the coffee table as he stroked Moya's arm absentmindedly. This was probably what he liked the most. Things were easy with her, there was no guessing, no true worries when she was with him. It was like a breath of fresh air after being locked up for so long.

She watched Nik zone out and could only smile. She ate the strawberries until she couldn't find room in her stomach for more. She put the bowl down on the coffee table, away from his feet and then rested her head on his shoulder, closing her eyes for a little while.

He felt her head against his shoulder and looked at her, smiling more as he tugged her gently, moving her so her head was in his lap while she could still watch the tv, stroking her hair. "You tired, Moya?"

She nodded and then yawned, closing her eyes again after getting comfy laying down. "I'm fine though, I don't want to go to bed just yet." Oh but she was wrong, not long after closing her eyes she started to slowly drift to sleep.

He wanted to laugh when he felt her fall asleep, instead just moving slowly and turning the tv off. Picking her up easily he carried her upstairs, stripping her down and finding the night outfit she had picked. He had to say, he really approved. Getting her dressed slowly he removed his jeans and shirt, crawling under the covers with her and wrapping around her protectively, kissing her neck before whispering. "Sleep well, Moya." Snuggling into the bed he fell asleep quickly, not even realizing he was so relaxed he shifted in his sleep.

Moya slept well for most of the night, but then dreams started to pour in from no where, reminding her what happened to her in the past. She tossed and turned until sunrise, before waking up in a cold sweat. She looked over at Nik and curled up in his fur, starting to cry.

His dreams had been dark, lacking images or feeling until the feel of Moya's tears in his fur woke him up. Opening his eyes he lifted his head, seeing her cry and nudging her with his nose. He hated to see her cry, especially when she couldn't control her dreams. Turning slightly he curled around her more like she was a pup that needed protection, licking her cheek.

She hid her face in his fur and continued to cry, at least this dream wasn't as bad as her normal dreams, making her wake up and scream loudly in fear. After a while she looked at Nik and then looked away, sitting up and just running her hand through his fur while she tried to get the energy to get out of bed.

Nik whined softly as she cried, wishing he could make the tears stop. Wishing he could comfort her better so she didn't have to worry. As she stroked his fur he set his head in her lap, licking her arm. He really needed to figure out how to help her, or find a way to get rid of her nightmares.

She soon was able to stop crying and petted Nik's head. "Come on, I guess we should start moving around." She moved to the edge of the bed but just ended up flopping back and looking at the ceiling.

He scrambled back to avoid her falling on him and shifted back, getting out of bed and pulling his jeans on before lifting her up into his arms, holding her like a child. He didn't know what to say as he carried her over to the dresser and set her on top of it, grabbing one of her dresses and helping her get dressed.

"I'm not a child, I can get dress myself." She gently took the dress from him and went to a drawer that she put her undergarments in. She put on a set of that before pulling the purple tie dye spagetti strap dress over her head. It was a dark and light purple tie dye, and it made her skin look a little darker. She sighed and looked up at Nik. "I'm sorry for snapping, I didn't mean to."
