Sake is nice, on occassion, then again, I am too young to drink it anyways! Makoto laughed, smiling. But I do enjoy it occassionally... and I mean maybe once or twice a year! I much prefer soda, even though it's bad for me!

Giovanna smiled. It doesn't seem to be doing any harm to your health, though. Boys your age should be drinking soda. She looked down to the table thoughtfully. I'm by no means a drunk though. I certainly hope I haven't given off that impression.

Oh, no, not at all. I know that many people drink, but are not alcoholics! Makoto said quickly, as if he was afraid the woman was mad at him.

I don't get drunk, she pouted at the table. I just enjoy the feeling of being relaxed. She laughed softly, lightly tracing designs on the tabletop with a fingernail. I'm not an alcoholic. I certainly hope you don't think I am. I wouldn't want to scare you away, I like you so much...

Makoto laughed rather loudly. It's okay!! I promise, you're not scaring me away. It's fine that you drink, you're not a drunk, you're not an alcoholic, I understand, he said.

Don't do that! Makoto laughed, smiling as their food was brought to them and set in front of them, along with their drinks. He stared at his sizzling platter and blushed, noticing just how much food was set in front of him. He glanced over to her delicate hand-painted plate of food and slumped in his chair, feeling like a pig.

Giovanna rubbed her hands together, looking at her food. It looks yummy, doesn't it? she asked, looking up to him, her smile quickly fading. What happened?

Nothing, I just... there's so much food here and I feel like such a pig because you just have that plate of food, Makoto mumbled, attempting to hide behind his big meal.

Oh good! Makoto laughed, taking a bite of his hot grilled chicken, sighing softly through his nose. You know, if you want a taste, I suggest you take it now, I think I'm going to finish this! he laughed.

Giovanna chuckled, shaking her head. It's okay. Better if you eat it yourself. She took a bite of her own meal, closing her eyes lightly. Mmm, it's so good, she practically moaned after swallowing what she had put into her mouth. I think I really like this place!

Mmm, I agree, he said, taking a bite of his rice, before looking over his platter once more, trying to decide what he wanted to try now. We should come here often! he said with a laugh.

Giovanna blushed softly. We? she asked nervously. As in, more dates? The woman chuckled, reaching for her soda and taking a sip. She closed her eyes momentarily, setting the glass back on the table. I suppose you're right, it does take some getting used to, doesn't it?
