(Page 1 says that this room is hardwood flooring, so unless it changed we can stay here) "Oh! Sounds fun!" Azure took a few practice slides, using all her concentration to keep her paws on the floor. Once her momentum got going, she promptly learned that Kuno's words on stopping were true. She slid into the couch but got up giggling and shook it off. "Well, I guess I'm ready as I'll ever be." She smiled back at Kuno. "So who's It?"

Kuno smiled and laughed as he watched Azure start and crash. Shaking his head with a soft chuckle, he answered, "I'll be it. I can get going faster than you. So, it won't be long that I'll be it." He said half-jokingly.

"Says you!" Azure said with a smirk. She turned away and started sliding off, as did the smirk on her face. 'I wonder how long it will take before he gets bored of being chased?' she thought with a sigh. But then she thought of her ability (whirl wind), and used it to give herself a small boost. 'This should give him an extra second of It time.' she thought with a smile.

Kuno grinned and watched her slide off, seeing her speed up. He smiled and slipped off after her, easily getting to a nice speed. He slipped around, spinning in a couple circles while laughing. "I will get you, you know!" He yelped, before sliding into a wall.

Azure looked over her shoulder to see were Kuno was, turning around in the process so that she was now sliding backwards. "You gotta do better than that!" She yipped back, letting out a shriek of delight as she nearly hit the coffee table.

Kuno laughed and started scratching at the hard wood floor to move quicker. "I will!" He grinned, noting his speed was definetly taking off. Watching her nearly hit a coffee table, he quickly asked if she was okay, but continued on his pursuing.

"Don't think I'm going to let a little table slow me down!" She called back while trying to face forward again. That's when she slid into the fireplace. No fire was going, but somebody hadn't cleaned it yet. She emerged in a cloud of ash. Laughing and coughing, she tried to shake the ash off and move at the same time, thinking Kuno was nearby.

[Sorry for the wait - in a small writer's block and life is hectic. :XP: ]
Kuno burst out laughing as he watched Azure come forward covered in ash. Shaking his head slowly in amusement, he slowed down as he neared her, careful not to remove his paws. "Are you okay, Azure?" He asked through a chuckle.

(hope things turn out well heart ) Azure smiled through her coughing. "I'm fine. Don't think- *cough* -that some- *hack* -little bit of- *achoo* -ash is gonna-" She got caught up in a hacking fit. "Kay, gimme a sec." She managed to squeak out. Eventually, she was able to breath again. "Whoa." She said in a scratchy voice. "I think I'm ready." She smiled again with a small cough.

Kuno chuckled and shook his head, moving forward enough to stick his nose out and rub his muzzle against hers. "Do you want to chill for a bit? It seems we can't play a game without injury." He muttered with a small smile, bring his tail closer to him as to avoid any floating ash.

Azure burst out laughing, which of course turned into a cough. "Yeah. We do seem kinda accident prone." She shook her head with a sigh. "And I thought I was rather graceful." The sound of her croaking voice made her laugh again, resulting in more coughing. She smiled bashfully at Kuno. "Sorry, but a small break might not be a bad idea. I'll get over it soon enough." She gave her fur a shake and sat down in the sun coming through a window and started to clean herself off.

Kuno smiled. "It's okay, really." Watching her groom herself, he noticed the light touched her fur just enough to make it looks as though she were decending from heaven. His smiled turned into an awe-struck one, as he sat down in front of her and simply watched her as though she was his heaven sent angel - and to him, she was. She and Aura both had been working very hard on tendering him up, just enough to become open with someone. He had particuliarly taken to Azure.

Sitting in the sun, Azure felt a pair of eyes watching. She looked and saw Kuno watching her with an odd smile. She giggled. "You have the cutest look on your face." She stood, gave another shake, and moved to nuzzle his nose. "You better be thinking of me." she joked.

Kuno nearly jumped when Azure started moving. Hearing her giggle and words, he laughed. "Actually I was. I was thinking how you must be my angel sent from the heavens." He answered, shocked by his words. It wasn't like him to be open, but that was okay... for now. Licking her and gently nuzzling her back, he smiled brightly.

Azure stopped and gapped for a moment, shocked into silence. "That... that is the kindest thing anyone has ever said to me." she whispered, more to herself than Kuno. She saw his handsome smile and her vision started to blur, so she pressed her face against Kuno's neck, embarassed by the tears, but so in love she didn't think any words could express how she felt.
