Okay, I am saying this here, and I am PMing these people because I have made this rule very, very clear. I'm putting my foot down now, because I do not want to have to keep reminding people. Trades for the gold owed is to be made at the same time the request for an ID is made. This is the absolute rule I go by, I keep telling people, reminding people. And true, I have been leniant when people pay. But I've drawn the line, this has happened too many times.
I absolutely mean it, Blue Dragon and Varoni, your sigs are being taken down until I see that trade again. Because I am damned tired of people totally ignoring my rules. I went through the trouble of putting this place together, the least people could do is respect me enough to pay attention.
Edit: Kakashis-Neko-Girl's sig has been removed for the same reason. This is really starting to irk me. My sigs are not free, and looking right through my rules like they aren't there isn't going to make them free. True, Kakashis was probably going to pay when she got her sig but... Well, that's not how I do things, those aren't how the rules go, and if I punish two people for the breaking of a rule and trying to put the sigs up without paying, I have to punish the one who may have paid anyway.

Alright, that issue was resolved with Varoni, at the very least.
And, frustration aside, I'm sticking to what I said. From now on I'm keeping with the rules, I will not give sigs unless the trade has been sent. Bottom line people.
