When my mom hears a scream she's like 'Ewwww! That's GROWS!!!" but dad's cool. when mom's home (which is prettty much all the time) I use headphones. But I'm going deaf xd

parents hate LP b/c they think there kids go crazy. but my stepmom's cool with it my dad says its gay music but hes jokin but remember hes the one who gave me the music my stepdad is like stare so is my mom

PurpleBubble My parantal units don't care. My dad is the one that actually got me into LP. My mom did kinda flip when she heard me listening to 99 problems/one step closer. she was like "Britni! What the hell are you listening too?! He says Motherf***er in every line!" But then she went and got the Cd anyways! But my moms Boyfriend hates Lp. He says they are gay and have no talent. stare ...but then again he is stuck in the 80's xd I've heard stuff like that. Stuff like that is notworth any attention.

My mum like about 3 of their songs like numb, crawling, and another one i cant remember the name of. But my dad, he loves linkin park, he thinks they are great, he went halves in buying their albums, and has his own copies while i got the originals. come to think of it, my dad likes most of my music! Evanescence, linkin park, greenday, korn!

My Dad is a little freaked out by all the posters I've put up all over the house. He says they're "outlaws" but he's only joking around. He doesn't like their music but he likes me being able to express myself. 3nodding
What I really cannot stand though is when parents who hate them take it too far. I know a girl who's mother destroyed all her Linkin Park CDs because it was causing her concern. I think religion had something to do with it too. But come on, she was heart broken. I think that's really sad. sad

Geez... My parents seem awful compared to all of you guys. Both of my parents HATE LP because of the screaming and have recently banned me from listening to it. *sob* anyway, they'll never notice if listen to it on my portable headphones and then play classical crap behind it on my big stereo. I hate my parents when they ban me from listening to music like lp, nightwish,evanescence and korn... crying

Hm..My parents don't hate LP, in fact my parents love LP, They both went a concert...with out me crying
But yeah, actaully my parents love almost everything I listen too
Green day 3 doors down, nickleback, red hot chili peppers, and loads of other stuff, although my mom dosn't like evanesncence but not in a way that i cant listen to it its more like a "omg...they're so annoying" idk..something like that.. sweatdrop
