"No problem," Zack replied to the teary girl that was now hugging him. He was focused on the man that had previously tried to hold her hostage. He hugged her back a little before adding, "Just stay behind us, any of us, and you'll be fine..." he then remembered the last blow up at someone saying the girl didn't have to fight, "I don't mean that sexistly, we'e just trained... not that you couldn't be," he was eating his feet faster than any man standing around. He shut his mouth quickly.

James laughed a bit at Zack's try to comfort and then word jumbled mess. James ignored Saint Dane's appearance kning he was Erik's foe, not the elementals foe. "Isn't that the year we were all born?" he asked reffering to the moon crossing the sun for a long period of time. "I've, ahem, studied the prophecies a slight bit, most are unreadable though, are they not?" he asked. James, being the time elemental had seen the past before. He never saw the people that wrote the prophecies though, it seemed as if the prophecies almost appeared by themselves. He'd tried reading them, but only certain things had he actually figured out.

Lonesome ignored the demon remark, after all it's a part of what he was but he really didn't care about prophecies, or what not all he wanted to do was to find his father and write his stories. Sighing he watched another person appear who seemed to give off a strong aura. It's official this day is extremely unlucky he thought as he listened to the time elemental talk to the hunter. He was mildly surprised to hear the hunter was a fallen. Why not if there are demons wouldn't angels exist as well? he thought as he contimplated for the first time about their being a higher existance. Shaking his head he decided it didn't really matter to him anyway.

Zack breathed sigh of relief. "Thank you," he replied to her comment. Ten he watched her wipe her tears on his shirt, "Umm, okay," he said. He didn't care as long as it helped her feel better.

James nodded, "Interesting, so what information do you have to give to us, ecspecially me the time elemental, the one that can see the future without prohecies?". He then turned to where the man was looking, "That is Saint Dane, a particularly powerful enemy of Erik and consequently ours. Erik seems to be able to handle him though, so let us leave them be," he added, turning his attention back to the fallen angel. "You speak of being a fallen angel, so what happened, why were you sent down?" he asked. True, James could've looked back to the past, but he didn't feel like wasting his energy. It also took all of his energy to just get to heaven, to get there and look back to the past... it could probably kill him.

Erik was suprised that the man who was holding the girl hostage hadn't told Saint Dane to ******** himself, or something. "So, Saint Dane, my dear old friend, what's your plan this time? A giagantic flying colossus? Did you resurrect the old Emerald WEAPON? Or are you going to take on me and half the elementals all at once?"

Saint Dane almost laughed. "Do you really think that I'd still be trying those worthless plans? You ripped them apart every time I threw one at you. If it didn't work then, it certainly won't work now. No, I came to show you a new weapon, something that only you and I have ever seen before!!!

Erik's face paled as he heard a rumbleing from far-off. It became louder and louder, until the forest in front of Erik literally exploded. The color drained from Erik's face as he gazed at what caused the devastation. "A Megatank?" Erik suddenly shook his head. Pull yourself together Erik! Don't let this a*****e get the better of you! "Oh, lookie that. You couldn't beat us with sheer numbers alone, so you decided to pull technology from another planet." Saint Dane gave Erik a quizzical look. "So, you think you're so bad, just 'cause you got yourself a weapon that no one in this world has ever seen before? Get real. I've ripped apart every other weapon you sent at me. I can blow this thing up without breaking a sweat."

((For the record, I thought it would be kinda cool if Saint Dane could take things from other worlds and seem damm near omnipotent. And, I've been playing Advance Wars for way too long.))

Saint Dane could have laughed at Erik. "Do you really think you can beat a Megatank? That is impossible!

"I came back to life twice, Saint Dane. To me, nothing is impossible.

"Very well. You need a demonstration of the MegaTank's power!"

Erik watched in horror as Saint Dane pressed the red button. Everyone knows what the red button means: You have nanoseconds to come up with a plan. Erik then remembered: his power to create shields of energy could stop a Megacannon shell from hitting him. If his shields could keep a Megacannon from hitting, maybe his shields could stop a Megacannon from firing. Without any second guesses or hesitation, Erik pushed out every bit of energy he had into a shield that covered the Megacannon. The Megacannon shells hit the shield, bounced back and slammed into the Megatank with explosive force. But after the smoke cleared, the Megatank was still standing. "Well, that's the power of a Megatank for ya. It's almost impossible to destroy. I may have knocked out one or two of the cannons, but it's still a threat. We gotta get out of here. Now!!!"

Zack followed Rudolph quickly through the smoke. He skated on the air with space control as he slowly tested new theories of his powers' extent's.

James nodded at Raphael's comment, learning from his words and then saw the explosion and smoke. He then noticed that the Tank was still standing and heard Erik, "I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU COULD HANDLE THIS!" he yelled as he ran through the smoke, using the past's clear visuals to manuver around trees.

I just watch everything go on like a play, but when Saint Dane appeared... I didn't know what to say. Everything coming out from his mouth, the words he chose to say. They didn't match anything Lance had said about him. Could Lance... of lied? I watched as giant machinery appears and I felt a deep tug in my heart, something very painful and deep. Lance lied, no, that Saint Dane lied to me. Necromancy, of course this should be something the Saint himself can do. Since he is not god, of course he couldn't bring Lance back. Having the soul return to the body after such a long separation? Not possible. Not even if all the elements combined and tried till there body gave out. My body reverted back to its original form and even though I wasn't clothed and the opposite were present, it didn't matter much. Mist, lots and lots of mist, it covered my body as frost covered the more exposing parts. My shoulder length hair swayed in the wind as I looked at the smoking clearing. The town wasn't very far, they don't need a ghost town, and the animals here also have a life. I don't need another that uses my love one to use me. I hate the likes of you!

Ice creeps from all the mobility gears on the machinery, stopping it from turning and such.

Crack.

The words creep from the back of my mind.

Colder, harder, fragile!

I was waiting, waiting for it to become colder. Saint Dane looked furiously, he had, a twisted frown. As if he played the wrong chess piece. Summoning a metal piece has so many flaws. Melting by fire, warping it to rust, does he really think were stupid? No, does he really think that I'm stupid. It's done! Holding back my fist like a launcher it flew and hit a vital point where the metal pressure point was located at. Using all my vampire strength could muster up. Nothing but silence rang. Heavy sound waves radiated the area as small cracks start to form from where I had hit. The cracks ran deeper, longer, than, shattered pieces rained onto the ground. Looking at my hand, my fingers were out of place, bones in the wrong position. I crackle it in several ways, up until it got back to proper place. Pain nothing, tears, nothing, Lance... nothing. The mist lights up but extending my nails once more again, I sliced off another portion of my hair off. It now only reached right below my earlobe. The silver locks hadn't reached even halfway down and the hair turned into ash again. Forcing to change from bat form takes a lot, especially when I had attempted to achieve absolute zero. On the brighter side, I now won't have to even think about it any more. I could feel my body changing back to the rodent form, using my last remaining strength; I flew towards Atrum and landed on his shoulder, and slept.
