Kanis nods, she did not show any fear of her brother's anger or attitude. She just held up her hands for Ruran to punch.
Ruran started to punch his sister's smaller hands. Though her calm nature normally cause him not to care, right now it was fueling his anger. How dare she not worry about his pain or fight with him. He started to hit her harder causing her to back up slowly to take each hit.

From only a short distance away, Aras's attention was drawn to the other two by the noise of Ruran's punches. She lowered her arms, more than ready for a rest (she was aching by now) and looked over to see what was going on.
"Hey," she said in surprise that quickly changed to worry, "isn't he hitting her a little hard?"

Rhea walked over to Aras now that she was no longer punching. He lowered is head to lick at her red hands. He would ask Armus if it would be alright for him to make Aras when he was alone with her. He would not give away the secret that they had already but he wanted to make it official.
Kanis moved slowly just watching Ruran's face not looking at his hands and moving her hands acordingly. She was starting to anticipate where he was going to strike but she did not see that she was moving towards a large rock that was sticking out of the ground.
Ruran had yet not seen the rock either but he was starting to think that she was just teasing him. He was building up ready and wanting to smack at her face to give her some emotion.

Aras was distracted from her siblings by Rhea licking her hands, and she turned back to him and smiled, opening her hands to make it easier for him. It felt really good ... just as good as a good long soak ... and already she could feel the aches leaving her hands.
"Thanks," she murmured softly to him, sitting to rest her weary feet.

Rhea laughed gently and worked his large tounge threw her fingers glad that his slightly numbing spit could work on her sore hands. He looked up to see what his mother was thinking of Ruran and Kanis' actions.
Ruran saw the chance at a split moment he saw Kanis' heel hit the rock in which he slammed his foot onto her locking her foot and he took his change. He threw a punch to Kanis' face having her struggled move her hands up to block.
He smiled and held back a laugh as he felt his fist slip past the block and nail her high on her cheek with a rather strong punch.
Kanis felt her foot hint the rock and she took her eyes off of her brother to lift her foot up but his pinned her down before she could move and when her eyes looked up to see his next move. Her hands moved to try and block it but it was too late she felt his hand slam into her cheek and she fell back.
His foot holding her leg pin with the rock just high enough to vice her leg and as she started to fall back she felt the pain and pressure and she cried out as there was a painful sicking wet snap her shin bone splitting at the middle as she fell back.
Ruran released her let as soon as the snap sounded so she could grab her leg tears in her eyes and her teeth bitting her lip hard to keep from make too many more screams or whimpers. She just curled up into a ball and shook, gasping softly.

Armus looked up just in time to see Kanis's fall, and despite her quick reactions she had barely jumped to her feet when the damage was already done.
"Kanis!" she called out, running towards the girl. She pushed Ruran aside without a second thought and lifted Kanis carefully, trying her best not to cause the poor girl more pain. "Easy ... easy," she murmured softly, prying the rock away from Kanis's foot to free it. "There ..."
She lay Kanis on the ground, holding her back up with her hand, then looked up at Ruran. "Go get Corrah!" she snapped at him. "Now!"

Kanis cried out as Arms freed her. She also despite she tried how she tired to keep quiet she had bite now a hole in her lip that now added to the darkening buries on her cheek. As Armus tried to keep her from grabbing her leg she shook and winced wanting to hold the limb like any hurt child would.
The sicking snap made Ruran's heart race and his eyes turned a bit lustful. Kanis was weak to him....he had the power to make her do anything he wanted. He looked at Armus, "I don't even know where he went to!"
Rhea head shot up at the sound of the crack and he licked Aras' cheek. He could smell Corrah so he growled at the male and ran over to Armus, "I get him!" he said and took off into the trees.

Armus's eyes flashed dangerously.
"Useless," she growled at Ruran. "Utterly useless."
She turned her attention back to Kanis. "Don't touch it," she murmured, her voice changing suddenly to anxious, all traces of her anger gone. "Don't touch ... don't move it ... we'll get Corrah to set it, he'll get you walking again in no time."
Aras's eyes grew wide as Rhea raced off, but she felt pride blossoming in her heart. Rhea was so smart ... she couldn't have been more proud of him, or happier that he had chosen her to belong to him.

Ruran glared at her and his fists clenched, "You shut the hell up! I am not a beast like your wolf creature!" He looked at the way Kanis' leg had a bent in a place no bend should be.
Kanis' eyes started to roll back as she almost passed out but she did not. Her eyes went back to where they should and she whimpered. "I....I...it hurts....so bad..." she said softly her voice full of pain.
Rhea used his nose to sniff out Corrah. He moved without worrying about sneaking up on him like he always did. He was very loud on his apporach, "Alpha....Arrras' sister....hurt....snap...very loud....lame now." he said his worry and need to get back to Aras, causing his speech to mess up.

Armus stroked Kanis's hair gently, trying to calm the poor girl, but her eyes were flashing again, her face growing red as her temper began to surface.
"You're right, you're not a beast like Rhea!" she shouted back at Ruran. "You're more of a beast! You're a monster! A filthy, disgusting monster! I saw what you did, and no one should have the ability to do that to anyone, especially of their own flesh and blood, and especially without cause! Now you shut your mouth and you keep it shut until Corrah gets here or I'll give you an about-face you'll never forget!"
And she meant every word of it. Things were crazy enough at the moment without having to put up with a little s**t like him.
Corrah was already on his way back, returning with a brace of small daggers (not the ones that he had gotten to reward the children with once their training was done, but small knives that could be used for training) when Rhea found him.
At the boy's news, Corrah grew alarmed, and he picked up his pace at once.
"What happened?" he asked Rhea, his tone crisp and business-like. "Tell me everything."

Ruarn glared and wanted to shout back. He had just been training it was his sister's clumsiness that had got her leg broken. He turned and walked to a near by tree to sit.
Kanis shook her head, "We were just practicing.....A....Armus....it was an....accident." She whispered and lay there looking up at the sun trying to breath evenly.
Rhea sighed and he jogged back then ran along side of Corrah. He sighed, "I don't know...Taking care of Arrras' hand and heard...a loud snap....Arrras' sister screamed....Armus mad."

"Accident, my a**," Armus snorted at Kanis. "Your brother's a brute and that's all there is to it. Dammit, your entire face is bruising up - he was hitting you as if you were a real enemy and his life depended on it!"
Aras moved to stand at Armus's side, though she kept glancing over her shoulder at Ruran to make sure he wasn't going to come after her next. She wasn't afraid of him per se, but she was wary of him now ... she had never really liked him, but now ... now she was feeling a very cold hatred of him growing in her chest.
Corrah sighed. "Well, I suppose I shall see when I get there," he murmured; and he picked up his pace again until he was running.

Kanis winced at Armus' words. Ruran just had his own way to do things. She tried to lay still. "Corrah wanted us to punch as hard as we can....he never said not to punch hard..." she gasped and bit her lip but then let out a long slow breath..."I didn't block in time." she did not know how bad her cheek and eye was dark and swelling, her leg hurt a bit more than her face.
Ruran glared at them but he sat there. Stupid females they were worthless!
Rhea kept up with Corrah rather well and as soon as they were at the clearing he ran over to Aras and nuzzled her.

Armus frowned at Kanis. "Only with him or with me," she replied shortly, "never against each other. At least, not yet. Of course you couldn't block it, you haven't been trained in that yet!"
She sighed, wishing she were alone so that she could properly vent her anger.
Aras's eyes lit up when she saw Rhea return, and as he came to nuzzle her, she threw her arms around his neck and hugged him tightly. She was glad he was back ... she felt a lot better now that he was back.
Corrah blinked in surprise when he saw Kanis lying on the ground, and he moved swiftly to kneel beside her, dropping the daggers onto the ground next to him. He didn't say a word as he looked at the bruises on her face and the break in her leg, but simply took her leg with both hands gently.
"Bite on that," he told Kanis, nodding his head at a rope that was hanging from his robes. "Put it between your teeth and bite it with all your strength ... this is going to hurt."

Rhea moved to pick Aras up in his arms. He motioned that he was going to take Aras away so she would not have to see or hear this. Then he carried her out
Ruran stood up and though he knew it was not good to get too close but he sighed and walked over. He looked at the daggers and wail the trainers were worry about Kanis he knelt down and slipped on into his pants.
He then waited a minute then when he said Corrah grabbing Kanis' leg he moved away he did not want to see the fixing process just the breaking. He walked off into the trees.
Kanis tried to smile up at Corarh and she looked down. "I am sorry...I didn't block right Corrah..." she said softly. Even though he was gentle she winced and grabbed the ground in pain trying to sit up to grab her leg. "Please don't.....Corrah..." her voice was almost begging him but she reached over at took the rope and put it in her mouth between her teeth.
She lay back and looked up at the sky trying not to look at what he was doing. She tried to brace herself for this pain. She had tears coming from her eyes for the pain and the weakness of herself.
