"I'm not strong enough to hold you back" Shannon said with a heavy sigh. "I don't know what you might do..." She bit her lip anxiously.

"is the human still there? I don't smell her" she sniffed the air softly "all I smell is... something else"

Shannon bit her lip, sniffing the air. "No. I think the human is gone." She slowly got up, pulling Mia up with her. "Go. See what the other thing is, I'll be right behind you?"

she kissed Shannon lightly and headed for the door sniffing the air again. she opened the door and slowly and headed out to what ever animal was out there

Shannon grinned softly and headed out after her, her nose still in the air and her position was tense, ready to spring at Mia if she caught the scent of humans again

Mia growled as she attacked the bear in front of her and started drinking from it

Shannon grinned softly and stood back watching. "You're pretty good at this" She commented a smirk on her face.

she finished drinking from the bear and turned to Shannon "thanks?" she whipped the blood from her mouth with the back of her hand

Shannon laughed. "Feeling better now?" Her voice was cautious. She could still smell human in the air and the trail would be simple for anyone to follow.
