He was not a fraud! Kira probably wouldn't have become Kira if he hadn't been a police officers son. Most of the time people who feel that strongly about justice are sons/daughters of police officers, normal people don't care.
I don't care about plotline, if Kira hadn't been caught I would have jumped in the manga and attacked him myself. >3

That's a good deduction, but genetics aside, if he had been anyone else's son, he wouldn't have been caught. (He also had a thirst for power, if I recall... yes, much justice there. xd )

Yeah, but he always had it in him to rule the world, etc., etc.
I guess that's the beauty of the anime (paradox, anyone?); it's ambiguity leaves so many things un-answered.

Don't see why'd anyone would help him in the first place XD. As for the faction leaders, they are strong but even so, they are beatable.

After breaking it down, he swallowed the pieces and looked down at the warrior showing a set of massive teeth in a row infront of another moving around like a chainsaw "......You need to get close and take a head off in one bite ^^....sharkboy style >D" as Tokushi finished speaking he had his jaws over his head ready to chomp his head off in one bite.
