Okay, I've had more time to find some more... biggrin
Dumbledore: "The truth is a beautiful and terrible thing, and therefore should be treated with caution." - HP1 Hagrid: "No good sittin' worryin' abou' it. What's comin' will come, an' we'll meet it when it does." - HP 4
Kingsley: "We're all human, aren't we? Every human life is worth the same, and worth saving." - HP 7

My favorite quotes are basically everything out of Fred and George's mouths!!! xD
"Hey, look - Harry's got a Weasley sweater, too!" Fred and George were wearing blue sweaters, one with a large yellow 'F' on it, the other a 'G.' "Harry's is better than ours, though," said Fred, holding up Harry's sweater. "She obviously makes more of an effort if you're not family." "Why aren't you wearing yours, Ron?" George demanded. "Come on, get it on, they're lovely and warm." "I hate maroon," Ron moaned half-heartedly as he pulled it over his head. "You haven't got a letter on yours," George observed. "I suppose she thinks you don't forget your name. But we're not stupid - we know we're called Gred and Forge."

I have one that still makes me laugh:
"Why spiders? Why couldn't it be "follow the butterflies"?" (Ron: Chamber of Secrets)

Ah, music. A magic beyond all we do here! Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone Spoken by Albus Dumbledore.
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone 1st Weasley Twin: Oh, are you a prefect, Percy? You should have said something, we had no idea. 2nd Weasley Twin: Hang on, I think I remember him saying something about it. Once -- 1st Weasley Twin: Or twice -- 2nd Weasley Twin: A minute -- 1st Weasley Twin: All summer -- Percy: Oh, shut up!
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone Professor McGonagall: Well, thank you for that assessment, Mr Weasley. Perhaps it would be more useful if I were to transfigure Mr Potter and yourself into a pocket watch. That way, one of you might be on time.
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone Dumbledore: I was unfortunate enough in my youth to come across a vomit-flavored one, and since then I have rather lost my liking for them. But, I think I could be safe with a nice toffee. (eats it) Dumbledore: ...Hmm, alas, earwax.
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (in the Devil's Snare) Hermione: Stop moving, both of you. This is devil's snare! You have to relax. If you don't, it'll only kill you faster! Ron: Kill us faster? Oh, now I can relax!
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone Harry: So light a fire! Hermione: Yes... of course... but there's no wood! Ron: HAVE YOU GONE MAD! ARE YOU A WITCH OR NOT!
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Ron: Why spiders? Why couldn't it be "follow the butterflies"?
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Ron: Can you believe our luck? Of all the trees we could've hit, he had to get one that hits back
Just some from the first two, they make me stifle a giggle or two.

"That's right. Now, if you two don't mind, I'm going to bed, before either one of you come up with another clever idea to get us killed...or worse, expelled..."- Hermione

(okay, this one I know is in the Harry Potter HBP book, and my friend has it in their signature)
"I don't think you should become an auror, Harry. They're a part of the Rotfang Conspiracy, I thought everyone knew that. They are going to take down the Ministry from within using a combination of Dark Magic and gum disease." -Luna Lovegood

"Look food!" Said Ron. (to Harry) On the other side of the dungeon was a long table, aslo covered in black velvet. They approched it eagerly but the next moment had stopped in their tracks, horrified. The smell was quite disgusting. Large Rotten fish were laid on handsome silver platters; cakes, burned charcol-black, were heaped on salvers; there were great maggoty haggis, a slab of cheese covered in furry green mold and, in pride of place, an enormous grey cake in the shape of a tombstone, with tar like icing forming the words SIR NICHOLAS DE MIMSY_PORPINGTON DIED OCTOBER, 1492.
~Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Chapter Eight Deathday Party Pg 133. That one made me laugh at the excitement at food and then to find out that its rotten!

Jayden Says:
"Right, you've got a crooked sort of cross...That means you're going to have 'trials and suffering' — sorry about that — but there's a thing that could be the sun...hang on...that means 'great happiness'...so you're going to suffer but be very happy...." ~Harry Potter (PoA, pg. 105)

Sirius, who was right beside Harry, let out his usual barklike laugh. Sirius: "No one would have made me a prefect, I spent too much time in detention with James. Lupin was the good boy, he got the badge." Lupin: "I think Dumbledore might have hoped I would be able to exercise some control over my best friends," said Lupin. "I need scarcely say that I failed dismally." (OP9)
