Rai fumbled with trying to regain his thoughts and chakra in his grasp. He dug as deep as possible and ground his teeth. He wouldn't give up. He won't give up. He... He promised he wouldn't. He intended to keep that promise as well. He growled and dug as deep as he could but once more the chakra just just out of his grasp. He growled more. His fists started to become white around the knuckles. He became more frustrated than before. He tried to pull up as much chakra as he could. It wasn't working at all. He could feel it but not touch it. He bit his tongue till it was on the verge of bleeding. He finally stopped when all the hairs on his arms were standing on end. He will get it the next time. He felt his blood surge with charges of energy. His anger grew with the pulses. His eyes became cold. He hit his point. An area where his anger grew to the point of cold fury. His features became that of someone calm and collected but the fury stormed below the surface. He snapped his fingers and grabbed the cloak. He strangled his chakra to do as he wanted. He held it in his hands and poured it into the cloak. The cloak shimmered and absorbed the image around. It made a cloth picture of its surroundings perfectly. He left the chakra go. It pulsed once more as he clutched onto the chakra not allowing it to escape. He forced the chakra into the cloth as he held it up in place. He put the image of the surrounding area onto the cloth in front of him. His back rested again the rest as he placed the cloak over himself and held onto his chakra. He was happy that he didn't know any harmful jutsu's yet. He watched as the cloak hide him from all the eyes around. He was ready to spar if anyone wanted to. He usually hated fighting but at the moment he was smiling at the thought. Rai waited till the chakra felt like it was going to fall away. When that happened he grabbed and dug deeper pulling more chakra up. He focused and tried once more to hold onto it. He poured the chakra into the cloak. The cloak remained the image of the tree behind him and held it to himself. He listened vaguely as he held on tightly to his chakra not allowing it to go. He slowly blocked everything out as he held tighter and tighter on the chakra. He felt it draining. He let the chakra stop flowing into the cloak and allowed the chakra to ball up into his hands. He knew he was pushing it. He could barely pull the chakra needed, but he held on still. He won't let it go that easily. He slightly imagined what it would look like. He was losing his control over it. He growled softly and wouldn't let fatigue set in. Rai winced at the lack of forced chakra. He tried to make the image appear one more time. He put his mental image of the tree behind him in his head firmly. He panted as he tried to put the image on the cloak, knowing that he couldn't. He didn't have enough. His anger dimmed as well as his eye sight. He let go and gasped reaching for breath. He gulped down huge gulps of air as everything snapped back into place. He was close to passing out. He knew it. He tried something he couldn't do. His breath slowly returned to normal. His anger was still on the verge. It pulsed inside of him. Pulsed with eagerness. Wanting to be used more. He grasped it with his head less foggy then it was before. The fury of a storm brewed within him. It flowed throughout him. A torrent of chakra raged inside himself. It pulsed in time with his anger. It tasted like sweet honey. He wanted more. He poured almost double the amount needed into the cloak. He pictured the image of behind him and transferred it onto the cloak and hide there for a few moments. Rai sat there a little longer enjoying the feel of just sitting there. Relaxing as he was was very nice. He hadn't actually relax in so long. The past few weeks were a problem for him. When he was here he could escape everything but when he went home he had to pretend to be training with his father on how to cook. She almost caught him with his book of things he needs to learn. His anger had cooled but he still held the chakra. He made the image of the tree behind him and held it there. Barely able to hold the image he let it go near panting. He took in deep breaths. He had to focus on breathing. He fumbled to try and get a hold of his chakra. He managed to get a grip on it, but as he tried to make the image appeared. It wavered and before it went back to the cloak. He needed more chakra to make it work. He didn't have enough at that moment. His head sank as he began to think how it would work. He was able to figure out how to do it and how it happened. He just need to work on the chakra amount. He watched the mist and began to think. Rai's anger slowly dwindled. He tried to hold on but as the anger became less, he had less control. He tried to do it. He tried to make the cloak make the background once more. He sighed knowing he didn't have enough chakra to do it. He wished there was some way to do more with it and make it stronger. How could he though? That was the real question. He let the cloak go and bunch up on his legs. His anger was gone. It helped him, but it was no longer there. In some small way he was happy that he was himself once more. He focused on a lake inside him. The lake had a little bit of electric sparks flying up into random spots. A storm cloud settled over the lake. He wondered if that was because of his recent anger. The strikes where random. He slowly settled his hand into the lake. It slowly crept up his arm and settled in the front of his stomach. He opened his eyes and focused on putting the image on the cloak. He had just enough to do it. It kind of made him feel like something was off. He had to be moving. He yearned for it, but there was another side that was ready to just relax and sit there. A thrill of excitement went up Rai's spine. He didn't know why but he was happy and excited. He closed his eyes and began to focus. He felt the grass beneath his hands as he held himself up against the tree. The slight p***k of the blades edge. He searched inside himself for that lake once more. He couldn't find anything. Just darkness inside himself. A dull light of flicking fire. He couldn't reach his chakra. He thought that was what it was. He felt a slight feel coming to him but not enough. He tried to blend in but he failed cause of the lack of chakra. Rai pulled the cloak down in a gruff. He looked around and watched the others do their thing. He sat there hoping to get an idea of how to find it. Once more he dove into himself searching for the place. His search wasn't for nothing. He didn't find the lake but he found a little pocket of chakra. He grasped it hoping it would be enough. When he felt the chakra he knew he had had enough to make it work. He opened his eyes and lifted the cloak back up above his head. He pictured the area and put the tree back up. Rai puts the cloak into his back pack and looked around. He slowly stood up leaving his back pack on the ground resting against the tree. He picked up his book and put it on the inside of his coat pocket where he always kept his notes as well as his syllabus for the Jutsu's he needed to learn. He slowly walked over to a woman who looked like she was the teacher. He bowed before her. "Hello Sensei. I am sorry I am late. I accept all the punishment with it. If I may ask though. What are we going to learn now?"

She performed a single hand sign and nine clones of her appeared, then just as quickly they all swirled and vanished, but her voice echoed out from all corners of the room. "For the clone technique, project your chakra around yourself and then outward, for the cloak, focus it around you and imagine the area behind you. Either way you are making an image out of you chakra and projecting it somewhere."

"Yes sensei," he said acknowledging that he had heard and understood her, even though he wasn't really late. "Umm... Bumu sensei..." He was slightly afraid to speak seeing her agitation, "What if we know both of them? Hokaboku-sensei taught me both yesterday." He wasn't sure if she would be proud or upset. He didn't want to be stabbed with senbon, or thrown across the room... or worse. He hoped she would be glad that he was further along than most of the students and give him something to do. "I have completed the bunshin, nawanuke, kawarimi, kakuremino, and henge," he running his hands in his hair on the back of his head. He looked foolish talking to thin air, but he knew she could hear him...

"Thank you sensei," he said bowing his head slightly as he grabbed the kunai and paper. He decided to ignore her comment about him knowing it all. If he knew it all he wouldn't be here in the academy. He simply needed instructions on what to do. Was it his fault for being further than everyone else? Maybe she's having a bad day... How can anyone who looks like her have a bad day?? It all went away from his mind when she mentioned the final exam. That's what he was waiting for. The chance to get out of the academy and join a squad, go on some missions, and become a ninja, not just some student. He headed outside to start practicing right away, his heart pounding with excitement. He looked at the bundle of kunai in his hand as a smile formed on his face.

Rai bowed and said nothing. He grabbed come Kunai and paper as well. He slowly walked to the front where the targets wore. He smirked as he weighed the kunai in his hand. "Doesn't seem so hard." His smirk grew as he aimed the kunai down his line of sight. He took a deep breath. Holding it till the a few seconds later he exhaled and threw the kunai. With a dull thunk he watched as it flew down the distance and smashed into the second ring. "Tch. Stupid weak arms." He replayed it over in his mind. Every motion. Every step. He slowly pulled another kunai out and looked at the other child. "Good luck." His smile turned into a smirk as he held the kunai. He felt a tingle of eagerness. He took a deep breath once more. Closing his eyes always made him clear to see everything. His head measured the distance. Felt for wind. He could see it all. He exhaled the breath and launched the blade. It soared through the air. As it rotated he could see it had veered off from where he had pictured it but was surprised when it hit the third ring. 'Well I wasn't off by much.' He thought to himself.
