kouri-chan_xx Jin Shirosin You probably need to appoint people to help grade. Just set guidelines for them to follow. That's what the training and levels thread is for. razz Those are the guidelines. Anyone can grade as long as they follow those, I guess. @Sage: Let me talk with Gid about it. It's more like I don't even want to check it, lol. If Gid wouldn't mind doing it, or if you could check each other's experience, I'd be more partial to the idea. I didn't know that. I brought it up because I used to help out Carlos in Iwa doing it.

Yea, it's one of the new things I instituted so that the guild can (in theory) keep on running even if I or even a majority of the Crew are not here. Because technically anyone can be a teacher, anyone can run missions (as Sage is doing heart ) and so on.

Yeah, running missions and making NPCs is essentially just DMing.

Gideon graded a mission with him in it, the one Iw as in, a burden of whatever or sometthing. His grading annoyed me how he showed up late and got the same exp as us.

For instance, this mission I am doing with you guys, I can grade everyones trainings EXCEPT my own
