It bothers me how people get away with the 'no pets' bullshit. It's against the Landlord-Tenant Act to bar accommodation to people with pets as long as they can keep them from disturbing the other roommates, but if you bring that up they just say they're renting to someone else anyway.
I mean yeah, some people don't know how to take care of and/or control their pets, but they can be evicted for that when it happens. Barring all of them because of a stereotype is like saying 'no black guys, we have bicycles'.
