I've got him training 10 different jutsu right now. Well, rather, soon. So really the only thing being an Uchiha does is give him a large Cp pool so that he can use his wide assortment of jutsu.
Just trust me, in time, Takashi will be the ultimate powerhouse in his own right. All in good time twisted

If anyone deserves modship its Rachel, not you ninja.
Outside of a willingness to serve there are other things required to make a good mod. You, so far as I can tell, do not seem as if you fit the other requirements at all.
And whilst I do think myself to be better suited than you for the position, if there was such a position open, I do not think I meet all of the criteria either.
