Remus slowly came to as a sharp pain pierced his shoulder. He opened his eyes as the syringe moved away. He growled menaceingly as he understood what was happening. He was being held by two very large lycans. He also knew that he couldn't change form. The syringe would have been filled with an antidote for the lycanthropic disease. It was a temporary "cure," but it was there nonetheless. He looked up as he saw Fenrir approaching. "Alright Remus, let's have some fun." Fenrir cracked his knuckles meaningfully.

Hearing the sound of fighting Silvia moved back into the alley. Noticing a fire escape on her left she grabbed hold of the pull down ladder. Jammed. Sighing Silvia jumped for it and managed to catch hold of a higher rung pulling herself up quickly. Running along and jumping from rooftop to rooftop she was able to get a good view of the scene below. There appeared to be a gang battle going on. who was it she immediatly recognised the Rajens but the others, she had not come across them before. Also who was that pale vampire standing in the middle of it all. Questions ran through her head and she did not see the flash of the bullet before it hit her in the shoulder. Caught off balance and in considerable pain Silvia wobbled and slipped over the edge of the rooftop. Luckly her fall was broken by a canopy outside a shop and she landed in amongst the fighting

Troden walked deeper inside of the Lotus territory and suddenly stopped, turning his head sharply to the right. A figure was walking towards, tall, strong and powerful. Troden only knew that because he could recognise such a walk from anywhere. This was Lotan, coming to answer his call.
Tara was running as fast as she could towards the source of her brother's presence. She had to stop him from doing something stupid...something evil. A blast of cold air stopped her in her tracks as she felt something else, "It couldn't be..." she thought paling slightly. I just couldn't be...

Cara was already near the fight and was about to help out when she saw the a body fall from one of the nearby buildings. It was a woman and it appeared she was wounded somehow. Cara moved towards her, figthing off a few Rajens as she went before kneeling next to the girl, "Hey, you alright?"

Silvia opened her eyes at the voice and groaned, even doing that brought pain. Finally the pain receded and she could think clearly. Finding the strength she managed to move herself into a sitting position. "i think i'll live." she said with a weak smile. "Who are you are you one of these gang members? I recognise the Rajens are you from the other gang?" She tried to stand but upon putting her weight on her right arm she hissed with pain of course the bullet. Putting her hand to her shoulder she pulled it away to reveal it slick with blood. Cursing she slid back down into a sitting position.

"You have got to be kidding me..." Cara said, looking at the wound sighing, "You don't know who the Lotus are? Where have you been? And no I'm not from the Lotus. I'm a Bastet," she then showed her the symbol, "How about you?"

"Bastet."Silvia replied relived, she also showed her symbol to confirm it. "No i didn't know who the Lotus were but i do now, I've only been here, and a Bastet for a week now. I was with a Bastet called Ray, but she decided to dissappear. I got lost and ended up getting shot and fell from that roof up there, but i guess you saw that." She said sheepishly. then as another shot rang out behind them Silvia remembered they were in the middle of a gang battle, "Do you think you could help me get up so we can get to somewhere a bit safer?"

Cara listened and smirked, "Strange, men use dto be banned from the Bastets...now they are lowly trickling in," she said, acting as if they weren't in danger at all, "I think you need to realize why everyone's fighting..." she said, helping the girl up and leading her to a nearby alley, "That fight you see out there isn't over territory. The Lotus are trying to protect the humans caught in the middle. Ever heard of the Ten Leaders?"

"I've heard them mentioned but not who they are exactly." Silvia replied starting to feel a bit silly at not knowing anything. "Do you know any healing magic? I want to get this bullet out and it would really help if you knew any spells to stop the blood that will follow." She asked wishing now she had learnt some herself.

"Thank you." Silvia replied, "could you tell me about the Ten Leaders please i suppose if i'm going to live here i may need to know these things.Oh and as you mentioned boys in the Bastets i haven't met any yet."

"No problem," she replied as she began working to get the bullet out, "But didn't you just say that some guy name Ray was a Bastet?" she asked, looking at her in confusion.
"Anyway, the Ten are more legands than anything else to the world, but they are real. Alway remember that. The Ten leaders are the ten who used to rule this world a long time ago. All ten had godlike powers and they used them expertly to keep this world under control. Back then all of the species lived in peace...with the humans as slaves of course. Vampires and Lycans treated each other like family and even had dragons and other such 'mythical creatures' as allies. You understanding this so far?"

Remus leaned against an ally wall, a short ways from the prison he'd just escaped. He slowly lowered himself to the ground, trying not to black out from the pain he was in. He knew he couldn't stay long, but he had to get at least a little of his strength back.

There was silence as a person screamed in front her. There was silence when a fellow Lotus was brutally killed, And there was silence when Lina raised her sword and utterly destroyed everyone, humans included. The blood dripping from her sword silently dropped onto the streets as she stood in the midst of al lof the bodies, her gaze calm. Too calm for that to be her. Eerie. Almost happy.
She looked around her, the vibrations under her feet slowly making her turn towards the source. A child had ran into the street and was watching Lina with wide fearful eyes. A little girl. The fear froze her as Lina walked towards her and raised her sword once again and let it crash through her, the body slumping with a silent thump. Her brown eyes were now as white as ice and her long black hair was as pale as the full moon's rays.
This wasn't Lina, but someone worse. Someone much much worse.
