Lost_Realms (What are meat pies exactly? I'm never known what they were.) Chicken Pot Pie is the only "Meat Pie" I can think of that is common in the US side of the world. Although I wouldn't be surprised if there was a "steak" pie of some kind somewhere in the world.

Lost_Realms meat--> chicken? (What are meat pies exactly? I'm never known what they were.) FYI : Meat pies were first made in the Middle Ages (most likely before then as well), the people would take left over meat and some veggies then cook them in a pie. Ive never had meat pie but I hear they can be tasty! The reason they did this is because it would keep the meat from going bad, they didnt have fridges!

Rare --> Well Done.
Meat pies are AWESOME. I tried blood pudding once, too, and that was nice. Foreign food is really interesting.
