Good afternoon. I am a twenty year old female electrical engineering student and recently I've become enamored with the steam punk movement. My current project is creating a steam punk motorcycle, though right now it is strictly in the design phase. I look forward to meeting similarly minded people in the guild and learning more about the culture.

Hello everyone! I'm Captain Colbmeister (although I usually just go by Colby or Pixie ^_^), and I'm 23 years old. I've been interested in the Victorian era for 10 years now, but mostly in the form of Victorian Goth. I'd never even heard of Steampunk until I came upon a banner for this guild in a signature! Considering my love for all thing Victorian and Sci-fi I thought I'd join to find out more. Nice to meet you all!

Hello, all. I'm Dragonfly, and I've been poking around Steampunk for a good few years now without actually being active with it. As I'm finally getting around to adding it into my life (slowly, slowly), I figured I'd join up. : ) I've had a fondness for the clothes of the Victorian era and for Classic Lolita, so it's a good, interesting, fit.

Hi, I'm Susan a 18 year old student from the Netherlands. I've always been interested with steampunk. But only recently I discovered the amazing amount of information about it that is widely available on the internet.
I'm especially interested in costuming, since I really want to go and study costume design in the future.

Greetings, all!
My name's Hallow (for the moment...) and I am very much enthused to have discovered this guild! I've been dabbling in steampunk for ages... it's just something about the goggles. XD Anyway, I'm finally taking the steps to actually learn more about it so I can adapt it more into my life in general. I mean, why love something and not show it? So I hope to learn a lot from you all, make a lot of friends, and have a ton of fun. Thanks for having me!

Greetings fellow anachronists! I'm so happy to have found a guild where we can get together with those of the same caliber.
My name is Chris, or you can always refer to me by my steamy persona: Newton Bridges! I've always been fascinated with anachronism and I think I owe it to my Grandpa who used to work on steam locomotives and my overall fascination with mechanics. Even before finding out what anachronism was about I found myself asking the "what if..." question--one of my favorites was "what if WWI and WWII were fought with modern advancements?" xP I even went so far as to try to adapt--on paper--an M16 rifle to the standards of the 1917-'45.
Enough of my verbose banter! I hope to get to know you all. :3

I'm been through 16 years of living while dying.
I'm a junior in high school.
I plan on attending the Art Institute when I'm through with the hell hole.

Yo. I'm Von, as you might have noticed, and I'm into steampunk, as you might have assumed (correctly, at that). I've liked steampunk a lot longer than I've even known what steampunk was - catching glimpses of whimsical machines in movies or on bookcovers would make my day, even when I was eight.
