This guild is very slow without him...*sigh* Well, lets try to make the best out of what we can without him.
Oh, and I don't understand any french. O_O I only know english and spanish.
Mi hablo espanol y ingles.
Only 26 days till my b-day on March 29th and when I'll be turning 17 and be able to get my driver's license!!! ^_^

I'm getting my provisional license, which has the nickname of a Cinderella License. One of the main restrictions is that you must be not driving past midnight. xD And I didn't know that you were younger then me. O_O 25 days till me birthday! ^_^
I hate the HPSA...I just took part one today and I hate what they do with the extended time people (I am one of those people)... They do NOT allow us to leave until the extra time is up, even if everybody already finished the test. That means we'll need to take the EXTREMELY slow late bus...ya...unless we get a ride home from someone else like I did today! ^_^ I was glad I could get a ride today because I needed to get home so I could head to the elementary/middle school to help out with their chess club. I'm one of the helpers there! ^_^

You make me feel so awkward... I didn't even get my learner's permit until several weeks into my first semester of college. I got my license proper that same semester though.

Provisional? @w@ I got my learner's last summer. And in the province you needa have two years of driving experience to get a real license.
GC why don't you think of it as eco friendly time? xD Helping the world by not adding more greenhouse gases, lol!

I got my learners permit in the summer. In NJ you can get your learners permit at age 16 and then your provisional at age 17, which is basically a license except with some restrictions like you can only take people from your own house + one extra person out of your house. If you have a person 21+ with a NJ drivers license for over 3 years all rules are void. And, the final rule is that you must be inside by midnight.
The HPSA is the High School Profiency Test. All juniors in NJ must take it. You MUST pass to get your high school diploma. If I don't pass this year I must retake it next year. Uggh....the HPSA is boring, but it gives me a lot of time to sleep in between each section! ^_^ There is a lot of time in between each part so I get some extra sleep! I actually heard a teacher recommend that to a student who was bored. The teacher told the student she'd wake him up. xD

I just want you all to know that I just got back from the Democratic primary caucus today... Three hours of standing around outside with the temperature getting down to around 45 fahrenheit. Could be worse, but this is Texas... They never did let us inside, and the first seventy-five minutes was spent waiting for the polls to close so the caucus could start. Had to sign in for the precinct caucus outside... Did I mention that there were seven precincts there, at this dinky little church? Ack. 188 people in our precinct alone. They said they didn't expect there to be this many people, but I could have told them it would be 100-200. Sheesh, people act like they didn't see how many people were doing early voting.
Oh, I'm sorry, was I ranting? Oh well, I'm the first alternate on the list of delegates for the county convention. I wanted to be a primary, but maybe it's just as well since I'm not really a Democrat... I mean, legally as far as the state of Texas is concerned I am, but despite spending three hours to vote in one of their caucuses I'd still classify myself as a dispassionate observer of the Democratic race.

Well, that means I'm not going unless somebody for some reason can't go. Hopefully the county convention will actually be... You know... Inside. Since they know exactly how many people are going. rofl
