Lonewolf dusted himself off as he glared at the teenage boy, "Hmph. Whatever." He looked at the boy up and down, studying him. He knew that the boy was another one of these "gifted" teens who were related to one of the old dragoons somehow...but who was this boy related to..? Looking at him, the boy did look familiar indeed....but why..? He couldn't pin-point who he resembled.

No...that wouldn't be impossible. He shrugged off his first thought.

He was about to ask the boy a question, however he was interrupted by a stranger's voice.

"Well well well...if it isn't the legend himself."

Lonewolf turned to regard this stranger. The sunlight flickered off the strange mask the stranger wore.



"Who the hell are you? neutral " Said Lonewolf as he lifted an eyebrow. He felt a slight tug at his chest pocket, looking down he saw a worried Violet looking up at her master.

"Master..! That's the strange man I saw entering the castle you were imprisoned in!"

Lonewolf looked back up to regard the man. "So...your allegiance lies with Arianna." He regarded the man with a stoic expression.

"Yes...for now at least. Anyway, I hear your powers have been stolen." He smiled menacingly after seeing Lonewolf grit his teeth, "Such a pity...I was hoping to fight you in the upcoming tournament."

Lonewolf remained glaring at the man, "You'll get your wish. I am joining." He stated flatly.

The stranger's eyebrows flickered upward in amusement, "Is that a fact..? Well then, let us see what you got." The man pointed upward with one of his hands.



Just then, Kenji and Lonewolf were surrounded by demons that popped out from the ground. Civilians ran away in terror as the demons formed a perfect circle around Lone and the boy. They stood back to back, regarding the demons as the strange masked man crossed his arms and just watched in amusement. Lonewolf knew that this was going to be quite a challenge considering he wasn't able to use any spells.

"I hope Lionheart taught you somethin, kid. Cause this is the real thing!"

Just then, Lonewolf drawed his sawed off barreled shotgun and blasted one of the demons in the face. Another demon grabbed onto his gun's barrel. Lonewolf let go of his gun and drawed his dagger, holding it upside down and slicing that demon vertically from bottom to top. He booted another demon in the face and threw his dagger at another demon, getting it in the eye. Lonewolf then drew his two magnum pistols and began firing at every demon that came his way. He picked them off one by one, but more kept coming out from the ground.

Lonewolf didn't notice a demon from Kenji's side jumping at him from behind.

Inferno reached into his pocket and pulled out a pouch and emptied 10 solid gold coins out of the pouch.
"Here. Buy a new chair. Or two, whatever." Inferno said dryly as he rubbed his forehead.
Oric stood up quickly.
"Why does everyoine want to kill or hurt me? Is that all you do outside the forest? Try and kill eachother?" Oric asked almost hurt. "I mean first Lonewolf, then monsters, then the girl, and now this! What's wrong with all of you?" Oric questioned. "Who are all of you anyways?" Oric asked.
Meanwhile, Oric's best friend was doing a little recon around the apartment. Muchie climbed through the bathroom, bedroom, pass the living room and into the kitchen. The mouse found a cup of water and started to wash himself by getting his paws wet and cleaning himself like mice do. Muchie knew he was dirty, but he also knew that Oric was flithy. He loved his friend, but for now, he was going to stay off his pal's body, for his fur's sake.

The boy dumbly followed, still in a trance like state of confusion.
But before he made it to the door. He quickly turned around and grabbed his bag and sword. At the same time, Muchie grabbed a cracker off the kitchen counter and held it with his mouth and scurried over to Oric and onto his bag. The boy slowly walked back to Relena, drawn to her by something familiar. As he left Inferno turned and said, "And take a shower! You stink!" Oric poked his head back through the door. "What's a shower?", Oric asked only to have a fork thrown at his head as he quickly closed the door.
"What's wrong with him?"

Oric just stood still for a few moments to let everything sink in.
"Okay... soup for body, somepoo for hair, and a toll for drying off."
Muchie hopped off as Oric disroped and threw his dirty clothes into a basket.
"This is a strange world Muchie, water is shooting out of the wall, and its supposed to." Oric said was he walked intot he tub. He washed up being very careful to not get any soap or shampoo in his eyes as he was instructed. Occasionally Oric's screams could be heard from outside, usually regarding tempurature, or evil soap trying to escape. But it was usually accompanied by rapid squeaks from the mouse yelling at Oric. After 15 minutes, the water stopped. After a few more minutes, Oric walked out, but something was drastically different, not just that he smelled nice, not just that his skin was a slightly different shade without hte coat of dirt on it, but the biggest and most distinguishing feature was that his hair a brillent red.
"Okay, did I do it right?" Oric asked as his mouse friend finally felt Oric was safe to be on, and climbed up to his shoulder.

Oric looked at the mirror.
"Hey cool Muchie, this mirror is alot clearer then the one at home."
Oric said as he enjoyed the clarity. Muchie reminded him to answer the woman's question.
"Oh right, sorry. Yes I used the right the one you showed me."
Muchie said something to Oric. The boy whispered back to the mouse.
"You think she doesn't know? Really? Well okay, if you say so."
Oric then turn back to Relena said, "My hair is supposed to be red. It's always red. Muchie thinks my hair was so dirty, that it looked brown. But my hair color is red. Why? Is that strange?"

"I had an apple when I woke up." Oric responded immediately. Muchie speaked. "He had a cracker." Oric and the mouse walked over to the bed and sat down on it, noticing it's surprizing springiness. "Woah! What's this?" Oric asked as he pushed against the bed to see how springy it was.
"Awesome! It's soft AND bouncy!" Oric then, like a five year, jumped onto the bed and began to bounce around, Muchie jumped off and climbed up onto the bed post, and proceeded to yell at the boy. Oric ignored his rodent friend's obvious warnings, and kept bouncing, until he hit his head on the ceiling and landed back on the bed flat holding his head. "Owie!" The mouse ran up and got right next to the boy's face, and squeaked in a manner similar to '"I told you so!". Oric sat back up and gently rubbed his head a little longer before stopping. "I..... suppose I had that coming... didn't I?" sweatdrop

"I know what a bed is. I've just never seen one that bouncy." stare
Oric then heard Relena's question about his name.
"Oh right. My name is Oric. And you are?"

"Muchie. He's-" before he could finish his sentence he jumped.
"Relena?! As in Relena Malin Qwon? Wowwie! Unbelievable. It's like I'm in my books! First Lonewolf, now Relena Malin Qwon. Amazing!" Oric exclaimed as he ran around the room eventually stopping at his bag and pulling out a huge book. "You're in this book alot, much more then the first one, but this one you're everywhere! Is it true you went to the center of the earth? Are you really a vampire, What exactly is a vampire? Can you fly? What's a double helix?" Oric bombarded her with questions.
