Im reading a bit now and then, and i have gotten fairly good reading speed, and i dont read as much as i used to.
And im a big fan of fantasy, and working on the slim collection of ScFi the library harbors. Im working on reading some of the classics, but not to successful at that. Im not that a picky reader, so i pick up books and tips here and there, i always have a book (or ten) going. :3
Some favorites are Robin Hobb, Ray Bradbury, H.P Lovecraft, Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, Koontz, King, C.S Lewis, Clive Barker, Val McDermid, Dennis Lehane, John Ajvide Lindqvist, Ursula LeGuin, Douglas Coupland and many many more :3

Well, I'm a 30 year young starving artist eek and you can call me Vintage. I used to devour books like crazy when I was, ahem, younger. My favorite genres are fantasy, horror and comedy. I don't favor any particular author but I have favorite books. They all range from Calvin & Hobbes, The Vampire Chronicles, The Wheel of Time Saga (which I'm still reading), Shoulder-A-Coffin Kuro, Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norell, The Good Omen, Ghosts In The Snow... just to mention a few.
So, I'm looking forward to having a good time here!

Hi everybody! i'm Kyoko, but you can call me Kyo if you would like. My favorite book would probably be Twilight, Vampire Kisses, or Kiss. Yes, I am obsessed with vampire books. sweatdrop my favorite authors are Ted Dekker and Stephenie Meyer. My favorite genere's(sp?) are Fantasy and Christian. Yes, I am a Christian. (Probably not the first thing you would have guessed about me based on my avitar, huh?) And.. I'm not really sure what else I should say so.. Bye! ^-^

Hello everyone, looking forward to being active in the guild. I have neither a favourite book nor author, I just love reading anything I can get my hands on.
Books that I always keep handy are The Art of War, 1984, The Flowers of Evil, Steppenwolf, Othello and the Tao te Ching. Currently working my way through the collected poetry of Ted Hughes and Sylvia Plath.

My name is Becky, and my favorite books are The Count of Monte Cristo, Rebecca, The Great Gatsby, The Kite Runner, The Man in the Iron Mask, The Fountainhead, Jane Eyre, Agnes Grey, A Thousand Splendid Suns, The Three Musketeers, and Life of Pi.
And you can probably tell from that list that my favorite authors are Alexandre Dumas, Ayn Rand, and the Brontë sisters. heart

Hey everyone! My name is Orchid and I love to read. My favorite author is Stephen King... followed closely by Dean Koontz. However I will read anything I can get my hands on and currently have a massive e-book collection downloaded onto my iPod. I am constantly reading one or more books. Currently I am on a vampire kick. Well... really anything supernatural. Any recommendations are appreciated!

I'm a reading fiend, so basically I don't have a favorite book. However, I do have a favorite author, Tamora Pierce. Also, at the moment Jim Butcher, Janet Evanovich, and Charlaine Harris are captivating me with entertaining books.

Hi I'm Crystal. I don't really have a favorite book or author as there would be too many tied for first place, but I do seem to pick up a lot of books from both the classics and young adult fiction sections at the library. I guess I sort of have favorite genres in that way.

I am obsessed with anything Tolkien. I also like C. S. lewis and Jane Austen's works. I try to read a variety of books, but my favorite genre is fantasy.

Hi. My name is Natalie. I have so many favorite books and authors, I can't name them all. Usually I'll read any book, but my favorite genres are historical fiction and fantasy. And I habor a love for all children's books, especially anything by Dr. Suess or Shel Silverstein.
