If I was a Wookiee, I'd be a jedi....no matter what they said!!! Hmph...
I wonder if Jawas can be jedi? That would be so friggin cool!

I believe that they want to preserve the idea that wookiees as jedi are extremely rare. They only come around once every hundred years or so.
But eh.
As for the Jawa Jedi, as Des Voh. I believe he may be one in our Legacy RP.

FrozenPhoenix32 lorddenethor My Favorite SW character is Jedi Master Tyvooka, because he was a Wookie Jedi. Before his death he unlocked the secret to battle meditation, and was one of the last jedi (don't quote me on this i may be mistaken) to use a organic lightsaber that was controled completly by the force....His death was freakin awesome he died protecting his fellow jedi during the Stark hyperspace War....he personally killed I believe 2000 enemy warriors so his fellow jedi could escape I dunno about the organic lightsaber... yes the jedi archives state his lightsaber was made of completely organic parts activated and controlled by the force

I'm prett sure that droids can't be force sensitive. Something like General Grievous, a droid or android that is trained in lightsaber use, is probably the closest you could go.
