Lady__Miko honestly, it's always been in my opinion that a woman is violating the integrity of her own body by perversing it's natural functions to abort. I think one of the things that disturbs me most is how rooted choicers can be, and some don't even stop to think how value based and opinionated they're reasons are, and more or less that there is another way to look at concepts like murder, babies, or integrity. What constitutes bodily integrity? Do I have to agree with what a choicer deems that answer to be? Personally a lot of my opinion has to do with not only the fact that pregnancy is a natural female function, but my religion has made the inability to carry children a curse. Hence I see it as the body's integrity being violated. Exactly, that's what I say. The womb is a place meant to be safe, and meant to protect you as you grow until you are able to survive on your own. But no, apparently that's not what it's for. According to the Pro-Choicer I used that argument on, the womb is also for regulating hormones, so it doesn't matter if you violate the other function, its "bodily integrity" is preserved. rolleyes

As long as you pervert ANY function, the integrity of the body is being comprimised because you are altering it's ability to function as it normally would under a particular circunmstance. Why are they picking and choosing confused
