UGH! I hate how wearing ninja masks allways makes my glasses fog up. I've really got to figure out a solution to this problem neutral

If I could just keep it closer to my face so that my breath will be forced to move downward. It's the openings where it's loose on either side of my nose that's where the problem lies.

Or I could maybe -buy- something more effective... but that would not be as readily accessable or versatile.

It wouldn't be a problem if I got contacts.. but I don't really want contacts for any other reason. Glasses work well for me, 'cause they're really easy to manage. I very rarely need to pick up new ones, I don't have to worry about losing them so easily, and I can sleep with them on or just take them off at night and put them back on easily in the morning, wherever I am.

Perhaps I could fasten something to the underside of the cloth, like one of those nose bridge breathing strip thingys.. but how would I fasten it so that I could take it on and off at need?

Maybe I should just keep some clothes pins handy like I used to, 'cause I might be able to fix something up with those. Though that's not very quick, it's simple, accessible, and it might work.

It's bad enough when the mask gets damp from breath, worse when that dampness freezes in the cold night air. Truely it is one of my biggest problems.

It does help me to stay concious of and control my breathing and it's volume, but it's not good to breathe too shallow for long 'cause it causes sluggishness of mind and body.
