My first and ever so very loyal alto sax is named Oz. My baby Oz has never let me down. I resently got a new one and it has yet to do anything for me that makes it deserve a name (i named my first sax when it got me first chair, and survived through all i put it through). My new one is currently being called a piece of crap. it's pitchy and the upper and lower octaves are a half step out of tune. I had a school owned bass clarinet, who was know as Shaft (lol), but i'll be returning it at the end of the school year.
my friend named her flute pepe (little mark over the 2nd 'e', french proninciaion). she might be getting a new one, and i think it was going to be named something like pippin, something with a 'p'. my other friend's trumpet had a name, it was spanish, i don't remember what. another named his trombone Farq.
