I haven't gotten Xiao as an offical luitenet yet, although if everything works out he may become an unnoficial one of sorts.
You see I have a series of sub plots I'm planning to sort of create a firenation thing and prepare for an oncoming war.

I see. I have two people picked out for my sub lieutenants, if that is alright with you. Both of which are [LB] -4, but the one should be at my current level she just never posts in the level thread. stressed

Brom about the NPC's for reaching LB 8, I don't think that'd work, it'd probably need to be a real Bender, I'm not positive but thats what I'm guessing.
