Remove Co-ownership agreements between Summer Raven and myself for Mahiri and Epesi, we both have RP rights/sig rights for Mahiri though Summer will probably RP her more then I will. Breedings will be chosen between us and Hania's owners. for Epesi, Both got sig rights Summer gets RP rights Mates and breedings chosen between us For both - In the possibility of one of us vanishing for a period longer then 6-12 months without the other knowing anything. Then the other person can take RP rights and breeding rights until the other person replies/appears, in which case things can be sorted out and it can go back to how it was.

 I, Insane Butterfly am giving Co-owning rights to lord_pippa_ari of Lorraine. lord_pippa_ari has ooc rp rights. We both have sig rights. We both agree on a mate. When Lorraine is first bred I get a basket. When Lorraine is Bred for a second time lord_pippa_ari will get a basket. And if she gets the chance to breed again for a third time we will decide on an owner.

When Lorraine is first bred I get a basket. When Lorraine is Bred for a second time lord_pippa_ari will get a basket. Co-Ownership Agreement for AnimeChickie & Kamiki for AllarianaAnimeChickie has RPing rights over Alla, however any major decisions such as change of ownership, breeding parter, or lifemate must be approved by both owners. Alla has already bred once when she was owned by Mondo Celest. AnimeChickie and Kamiki agree that the next breeding will result in a co-owned basket between Kamiki and AnimeChickie. (the other basket will go to the other parent, in the case of 3 baskets, an agreement will be reached at that time with all owners involved) If there is a third breeding to be done, Kamiki and Animechickie will consider the agreement at the time. RP and breeding rights may be turned over to one sole owner if an inactive owner has not posted on Gaia for a minimum of 3 months, and attempts to contact the other owner have gone unanswered. Upon the inactive owner's return to Gaia (if ever), the ownership agreement will be reworked at that time. *and just FYI in case if ever comes up: Kamiki and Mondo Celest paid equally for Alla, then when Mondo left Gaia he left his "share" of her to AnimeChickie :3

Co Ownership Agreement between Lady_Ourania and demon_pachabel for Yaholo: - Pach will have RP rights as well as say over who Yaholo breeds with, should he in the future. - Pach sez that Oura gets first pick of the baskets (even if she should decide to not take one) when the other owner has taken their pick/all that jazz is bein' figured out.

LP has RP rights, but major decisions such as breeding parter or lifemating must be agreed on by both parents.
Both have sig rights
A basket from Borealis first breeding will result in a basket for LP to do with as she wishes. The second basket will go to the owner of the other parent. If there are three baskets, an agreement will be made with all owners involved at the time.
A basket from Borealis's second breeding will result in a basket for Kamiki to do with as she wishes. The second basket will go to the owner of the other parent. If there are three baskets, an agreement will be made with all owners involved at the time.
A third breeding will be worked out between LP and Kamiki if the time comes.
If either owner does not post on Gaia for a minimum of three months, and attempts to contact the other owner have failed, breeding and RP rights may be given solely to the remaining owner. The co-ownership will be renegotiated at the other owner's return to Gaia.

Co-ownership agreement for ICARUSkaliskanny has the rights for: - Sig Rights - IC and Official RP - OC and Non-official RP - Full Rights for his First Breeding (does NOT need ELF's confirmation for first breeding partner!) - Full Rights for his Third Breeding - Picking a Lifemate (does need ELF to agree) - Picking a Familiar if/when he should have one EchoLimaFoxtrot has the rights for/has to: - Sig Rights - OC and Non-official RP (just random stuff) - Full Rights for Second breeding (will need Kali to confirm) - Confirming Lifemate If Icarus breeds, Kaliskanny does not need ELF to confirm for his first breeding, but if he gets a lifemate, then ELF does have to post permission in the required thread. Neither person can make any major changes (i.e. hair change, co-ownership, contract changes, etc) without the other posting agreement. Small changes (like tag background, minor cert changes, etc) can be made by kaliskanny without ELF's agreement (though being informed would be good).

CO-Owner agreement for Highflyer:
Both owners have Sig rights.
Shariea remains roleplayer.
Shariea has the choice of mates, breedings and when and if Highflyer should breed.
Parue Will retain rights to the second breeding baskets. All other baskets will go to Shar, to either keep or give out as See's fit.

I am hereby breaking my co-ownership agreement with Skye Starrfyre concerning Memory. As of this post, I hold no ownership rights over Memory, and full ownership is transferred to Skye Starrfyre. <3
