That sword had killed many of his clansmen and he hoped that one day that blade would never be turned on another Yuki. He waited a few momenrs for the Kunochi to leave before stepping out of the shadows and spoke up. "Lord Mizukage. What are your orders? With everything that is happening we must have our roles assigned sir. Also sir the Seven Mist Swordsmen, where were they during the attack?"
Daiki and Rin were just casually speaking this entire time, not forgetting they existed because no one told them it was their turn to post after weeks. So Daiki turned to the kage and proclaimed," I'll be on my island. I'll be back in a week to discuss things with you..." With that, they both left.
Assessing the information the Mizukage mentioned he stood silent for a moment. If the user was merely a normal citizen with no outstanding circumstances tying them. Then the first choice was obvious. Knowing the Uchiha clan he would assume that another member of the Uchiha committed the act. It was a matter of interrogating them into finding out whether it was one of them. The second option was that it was someone out to collect the power of the Sharingan. Third is domestic related, perhaps the husband killed her to go be with his mistress, or they really pissed off their neighbor.

If the killer was from Kohonagakure and happened to be in Kirigakure their investigation would draw the attention of the killer if word of it spread that he and Rose were questioning about it.... even more so if they started asking questions in the Leaf. He had this well thought out. reguardless of where the killer originated from, they could lure him or her to them simply by asking around.

This was not to say that Rose didn't mourn a little for the life of one of his countrymen, he was simply surprised that they would kill a random villager that held no status so brutally.

As Rosaline introduced her to their leader, Shikayumi remained standing at attention. She was a rather obedient shinobi, for several reasons, and would not speak until spoken to, or given permission to speak.
She was on their turf, and understood that completely.

Looking at Rose he bows. "Go on ahead and make the new kids useful. I will meet up with you later." His silver eyes shifted back to the Mizukage as he turns his black feathered cape rustling a little.
He was a little concerned about why the Mizukage would wish to speak to him personally. Perhaps he had done somthing wrong? he started fearing he would never make jounin. Mabey his interference with that intruder had offended the MIzukage. He takes a deep breath his aura dimming but still dark as he stands waiting to hear what the MIzukage needed of him.

Honchurue would just nod at Cecil and retreat into the ahadows. When he saw the girl amd that she was a Leaf Ninja he tried to run the few he knew of through his head but she matched no description he knew, so he would wait and watch. If she tried anything fishy she would die by the low level explosion he prepared for her.
Rose nodded upon listening to Voldo, "Very vell... Vut don't keepme vaiting." He said with a wink before looking to the Genin, "Let's go. The faster ve collect le information, le faster ve can report in." He said to the other two as he departed from the palace to Hajime Island.
Shikayumi lifted her head as she was given the chance to speak. She wasn't going to voice her own opinion until she was asked for it, but relay her sensei's will as she was ordered to. "Lord Mizukage, there is a growing threat building out there, one that is a common enemy between us. My Hokage wishes to reach out his hand, and ask for a time of peace." In order to reduce the the increase of hostilities among the room, she would not approach the Mizukage's desk. Instead, Shikayumi handed the peace treaty scroll to her escort, Rosaline, so that she may give it to her Kage without any suspicion.
The leaf ninja didn't move from her spot, she didn't even give him the letter. So with a motion of the hand Rosaline would grab the said document and deposit it on the Mizukage desk. Cecil took the peace treaty opened it and read the contents. After a minute he put it down onto his desk, and began writing something inside of it. Then he would close it with a seal and hand it back to Rosaline who would in turn hand it to Shikayumi. "Tell Yumi, your hokage that I am willing to make peace. Also tell him I have signed the document but I have added a few things. They are requests if you will of ensuring the cooperation of my village. After all there are many in this village who wish nothing more then for me to destroy your village. There are three conditions in there two of which he must meet. If he meets all three however, our village should not only have peace but become friends. All he need do now is add his signature and seal, then send me a hawk with his answer on which conditions he has met. After all no reason to send you again just as to tell me if he met some conditions." With that Cecil went back to his paper work and waved the ninja away.
