*Shortstraw glared but looked to Kirro, "there is no stopping her. If it were me, I would have done the same." He ran after her, "Be carful Evelyn! He can hurt you!" He reminded, but Ruji was quick to head out the house and push shortstraw out the way as he headed after Evelyn. He nad no choice but the follow, that damn binding already felt like it was going to retract when she went to the door. He had to assist her, but at least he was also doing so willingly. As he followed however he remained silent until she would have turned around, or yelled at him for following. Probably forgetting all about the binding in the first place. He did however understand her judgment would be off, that he could predict. She dare not teleport however, if she had the bind would be vary vary intense when it lunched them both back to eachother.
Meanwhile Shortstraw looked to Kirro, "stay here." He turned and headed up to his room for a moment, before coming down full of equipment. Of course he told Keria he had to go. But he slowed at the door and pulsed. "Damn... I'm her weakness. If I die she does." He cursed, he was of no help to her even if he did follow her secretly. He glanced back to kirro, "what do you think I should do? Would I be more of help, or would I make it worse?"

Kiiro looked to Shortstraw desperately. "Please go with her. She needs you more than anyone to keep her grounded at a time like this, she's fueled by blind rage she wouldn't be this irrational in her usual state. Also she needs to know that this guy isn't a normal nephilim like Cale is." She looked to the floor to gather her words to be able to explain. "This is a nephilim from the old times. He wasn't born from angel and demon he was made like that as the origin of nephilim." She frowned. "This isn't a guy she wants to mess with at all. She'll get destroyed! Especially because he has an advantage against her!"

*Shortstraw nodded, "I will do what I can. But I do know I cannot stop her from doing this. If she truly loved him Kirro, she's going to be like me. Full of rage and anger aswell as sadness. For me though it wasn't someone killing her. For Evelyn there is someone at fult." He agreed to go as he finished strapping his belt secruly, "I'm placceing you in charge of keeping an eye on the family alongside keria. Your just my eyes though, if something happens I need you to take care of it while I'm away." With that Shortstraw went into a run. He'd admit, he felt slow and sluggish. He was so out of shape these days. There was something he hadn't told Evelyn, and he decided not to for now. This journey would be long, and hard. But it would defenlty sharpen his skills back up. Lucily he knew a shortcut through the sewers to keep up, and finally come back up and use the trees to cloak himself. He stayed a good enough distance, but still had his presious demon in his sights. The hard part would be not to get detected by evelyn. However from anywhere he may be, it was surly going to tell her Shortstraw was going to put as much restriction on her abilitys, that she could feel herself.
Meanwhile Ruji followed closer and closer till he was finally in stride with her powerwalking. He was fit for this, but he had no idea where they were going. Perhaps that file had a location on it too. "Miss Evelyn you must slow yourself. You have yet to do as you will, but pushing yourself so hard at once will make you weaker when you arrive at your enemy." He warned finally with a warning hopefully to remind her that they needed to be smart about all this.

Evelyn hissed. "I'm not going to stop. I'll plough through everything in my way and I don't care how ******** long it takes." She felt so strongly that her cat ears popped out of her head. But she didn't even notice. "Vergil... where have I heard that name before..." She spoke to herself as she continued to walk at a fast pace. Was it the original story of Dante and Vergil? Did this have some correlation to something important that was going to happen in the near future? It was too much to think about for her one shot mind. Under normal conditions she could, but not now when she felt the bloodlust overtaking her senses. She wanted revenge.

*Ruji glared and sped up to spin her around and take her shoulders. His eyes so serious it would remind her perhaps of her place for a brief moment, "and you will if that's what you set your mind to doing. I will assit, but you cannot go around like a baffun. It's true your strong, but if you continue to let your Demon instinct take over, the bloodlust get stronger you will loose yourself to theres no point in ever going back! So put your self together! The more you let your actions speak, the weaker your mind! Which means the worse your stupidity will get the best of you!" He finally lossened up and slowly let go, "even more so you will not go in alone. you've helped me understand this world, and I shall return that favor in this endever. You have a purpose now." He said finally as he stepped back and looked to the ground hopeing she would calm a bit. "I assume our journey will be long. Clearly the enemy will not resume in that same location, but there will be cluse there if he isn't as to where to take him if that's what your truly desireing." He looked up and begain walking forword again, "you may be the musle, but that means i'll have to be the brains." As they would start walking again, hopefully with Evelyn alittle cooler then before at least for the moment Shortstraw couldn't help but smile. He liked this guy, as strange as it was when he spoke, and the way he presented himself like he was gong to take on the world at any moment, seemed to assit that messure. He too had confidence in Evelyn, and shortstraw was scetical if he would be needed. But if this guy, the one Kirro told him about was that powerful, then Evleyn would need to be at her best. He knew she could be unstable on herself, she needed that push, and Ruji was going to be so. Shortstraw moved silently, finally using those assassin skills he tought about in his old brotherhood days. For a upper 40s year old man, he wasn't all that bad yet... but he was also needing to be extra careful not to screw up. Evelyn always bested him when he was training, now she was being treated like a target.

Evelyn stopped walking for a moment to assess the situation. She felt something odd but as she looked behind her she quickly became distracted again and so didn't take notice of Shortstraw. "I'm sorry." She looked back to Ruji apologetically. "I got a little headstrong. Lets stop to think about this for a second." She brought out the file again to show Ruji the contents. "This guy is called Vergil. He's a powerful nephilim from the old times, looks like he's really old then, but obviously it doesn't show." She rolled her eyes. "I can only imagine him to be unbelievably powerful. As all ******** Yokai from the old times are. Even I haven't been around that long, and I've been around a very long time." She sighed as she looked down at the sheet of paper, eyes still full of fury no matter how much she calmed down.

Ruji shied, glad his little serious speech did some good. "Everything has a weakness. However with as much time as he had had, that weakness will still be stronger then if not. So we cannot rely on facts alone to defeat him. It will take more wit, to dodge what he has coming for us when he finds we are on to him." He however thought about the situation a little more, "... if there were per-say a way to gage his power however, you would know just how much off from it you are. If close, but behind you can use the demon devouring thing to straighten. At least then as you get closer, you will be able to better defend yourself. On another note, he is part demon and angel. The Angel side will be a vary strong setback even if you matched his power being that they are opposites and there attacks greatly effect each other, just like if a human struck at a human." He rose a brow while looking to the file in her hand, "I'm thinking a trap instead. Something that effects both sides, but can hold him so you can get a strike before he has a chance to fight you head on. Like a surprise twist." He shrugged, "not saying I have any clue as too how to hard a Halfling of both. I've never even seen a Angel up till Anju..." he pulsed and shied, "I meant Keria..." He shook his head unsure where Anju came from.
Shortstraw glared, ruji had a point throwing some ideas out there, but the question was would his abilities be able to do just what Ruji was saying. He was a hunter from his ancestors... even though he already abandoned them for Keria and Evelyn... still so there had to be something he could do." He then realized a ability he never truly master... the Armor that formed around his body from that necklace..." he pulled it form his coat and fell back a moment before catching back up with Evelyn and Ruji's Pace.

Evelyn nodded. "Angels are a pain in the a** generally. Uptight and powerful. Not the best combination." She looked to the side. "We won't know anything about this guy until we try and find out some more information. Jumping in blindly... isn't the best idea, especially because he already has so many advantages. A trap is good, but unless we know how clever this guy is and how much he already knows about us we can't be too certain. This guy might be even worse than that scientist. I mean we don't even know how this guy stands against our family. A bit of an abrupt introduction. But he messed with the wrong family." She said sternly. "If he's been around since the old ages though it'll mean there will be scripture about him somewhere. Any Yokai that was around then has mostly been documented as parts of religion and faith. If we're lucky we can go to a library and see what this guy is about."

Ruji nodded, " That's a good important detail and thus a plan to start with." He mumbled " see how useing you head and not allowing anger to cloud your judgment is helpful. " he shrugged, " lead on then." He wondered, would it take a spechal library to find the information, or would it be in copied and distributed between many?
Meanwhile shortstraw glared. A library would be hard for him to gain Intel without getting close to Evelyn. He had an idea however. It was risky, but so was following her in the first place. A true test of skill, he hoped to master by now.

Evelyn nodded and started quickly to get to the library. Her fury was downed, but this didn't stop her determination. And now that Evelyn had something to work for she was going to do it to the best of her ability. As they stormed into the library Evelyn knew she would have to go to the off limits section in order to find out what she wanted to know, and without even acknowledging the librarian she went in and started to search through all the titles of books, taking some out and flicking through them loosely. "Would he been in mythology? Or is that too old.. No he won't have anything to do with Norse mythology.." She said to herself as she scanned through a couple of older books. "No... no there's nothing. I know there's a book. I swear I've read it." Evelyn suddenly frowned in realisation. "s**t.. Kyle's got it."

Trujillo followed but stayed out of Evelyn's way up until. She stated it wasn't there. " Kyle that's the kid that finished off our enemy who had the child correct?" He frowned, " this would mean getting others involved. How trouble some."
Meanwhile shortstraw was all cloaked up as an innocent bystander with his back them. He could hide his aura and connection for a short time... basically a few minets but that's all he needed to already be on his way to Kyle's void. With luck Kyle would help Evelyn and hide shortstraw... he stated he would owe Kyle if he did help Evelyn this time when she came.

Evelyn nodded with a frown. "Kyle doesn't really like getting in our business either. Not to mention there's no way into his void unless invited in by him. This is annoying. But I know he has it. It's that thing he treasures above all else. Keeps it on a pedestal and everything." She sighed angrily. "We're going to have to get in contact with him somehow. I mean he only really answers to Evelin and Theodore but I know he always watches us." She looked around herself. "Kyle. I know you're watching. We need your help." "You need my book, I know." Kyle was suddenly behind Evelyn which made her jump. "Jeez you need to stop doing that." Kyle raised an eyebrow. "And here you are asking for my assistance." Evelyn frowned. "Yeah, I know. Just a lot of things happened today and I don't know how I feel about it all." Kyle leaned on the bookshelf. "So I've heard."

Ruji nodded, so you are aware as to why we best it then? He glared a bit though. He got a odd vibration of this kid. And surly he knew that ment he couldn't trust this kids word. They would have to see the book themselves, " perhaps if you need we can make trade. Surly we need that information one way or another.'

Kyle looked away at the other books as if he were reading each of their contents just by glancing at their spines. "I can't give you that book." Evelyn sighed angrily. "Kyle, we need it." Kyle looked back to her through thinned eyes. "Let me finish. I can't give you the book. It doesn't leave my void. But I'll let you read it." He cocked his head slightly. "You're after Vergil, aren't you?" Evelyn nodded, scratching the back of her neck awkwardly. She didn't like speaking to Kyle, she felt like he was analyzing every word that she said or every action she did. "He's a nephilim. We know." Kyle smiled a little, almost patronisingly like an adult would when talking to a child. "You don't really know though, do you?" He sighed as he picked himself up from the bookshelf. "Come, I'll take you to my void and you can find out all about him." Evelyn noticed something odd. "You talk like you know him well." Kyle laughed to himself. "No. I've met him once though."

Ruji glared. If it were him making the decitions he would think they were going to be led into a trap. This young man was too comfortable, he may have then met this man before. " what do you want in return " he replied in a really seriousness voice letting Kyle know he felt something was off. Then again what would he know, he only been like this for a few days.
