When a order/purified character eats energy, what are the official effects and duration? Does eating a starseed have much longer/worse effects than eating an energy orb?
Order/Purified Characters do not have any official effects or duration from eating an energy orb; generally energy orbs are just a little bit of energy, so it may make the character feel sick or burn while going down but eating energy doesn't have any sort of massive effects. Forcing an Order character to eat energy would probably be more work than it was worth. The Negaverse agent would have to focus on holding the energy and shoving it down the Order character's throat; as soon as they let go of the energy, it would just return to the air (or its natural source if nearby). Eating a starseed has severely longer/worse effects than eating an energy orb. Ultimately, if a character wants to try to feed energy orbs to an Order/Purified character, it would cause discomfort and possibly stomach sickness and dizziness if the character swallows enough, however this would depend on the character, rank, and player preference.
What happens, for curiosity and official reference, if a order member eats energy orbs more than once?
There is no consequence or limit to how many energy orbs someone can eat, Chaos or Order; the orbs are not capable of corrupting someone or making them more prone to half or full youmafication. It would be akin to eating something you don't like and being uncomfortable to eat.
Also, since past questions said how eating 2 starseeds could cause serious damage and youmafying, what happens with eating 2 or more energy orbs?
Energy orbs and starseeds are immensely different; energy orbs are a replenishable source of energy and starseeds are someone's entire life force--present and past. Eating any number of energy orbs is simply unpleasant, but not lethal or damaging in any way.
Do orbs loose their ability to hold themselves once they leave an officer's hand or is there some time once they are confiscated from an officer before they dissolve?
If an orb isn't being maintained, it is lost to the environment. While the orb might not necessarily have to be in an agent's hand, it should be on their person, and if the agent isn't somewhat focusing on keeping the energy orbs, they will disappear. So, getting distracted or being in a battle would make it very hard to maintain energy orbs.

How much can a guardian cat keep in their pocket of space storage? How big an item? How heavy? What are some safe specs of what is allowable and what isn't? I know before that a great youma scale, being both massive and heavy, could not fit. What would be a good cap for a cat?
A Guardian Cat can only store what they could reasonably carry. If they have unlocked their human form, they can store as much as that form could reasonably carry. While some exceptions can be made with plot approval, it might help to imagine space storage as a backpack--size wise it can hold as many things as would fit in a backpack. Weight doesn't entirely matter in space storage, though! As long as the character could hold it to put it in, they can store it there.

Can magic stack? For example, my Sailor Chrysocolla's normal/super attacks reverse the target's emotional state, and her eternal amplifies their emotional state: could she use one after the other to amplify their reversed emotions, or would the second override the effects of the first?
In some cases! Some magic doesn't allow stacking (such as magic that would keep a character immobile for more than 15 seconds) but some could possibly. It is important to keep in mind that Eternal attacks can be fairly draining, so using multiple magic attacks in succession could use a lot of a senshi's energy. While this probably wouldn't fly in an ORP/without player permission, in a private RP where both players want to plot magic stacking, it is possible, such as with Chrysocolla's magic. It is far more likely that senshi magic would stack when multiple senshi are using their magic at once rather than one senshi using their own magic, but in the right circumstances it is possible!

Can Corrupt Eternal Senshi perform corruptions (civilian > nega), or is this exclusive to Generals?
Generals and Ascended Generals can perform awakenings for Negaverse agents, but an Eternal Corrupted Senshi cannot awaken a new Negaverse agent.

Can we get an official shop stance on characters based on/centered around names of major figures, locations, and practices of major currently practiced religions, (IE: Hindu, Buddhist, Abrahamic, etc)
As a general courtesy, we ask people to try and use their best judgment when creating quests that might involve religious figures/locations/practices. The official shop stance is that anyone questing for characters based off of any of these be prepared to make changes to the quest if necessary. Deliberately insensitive or inflammatory characters will not be accepted, and out of respect for practitioners, we reserve the right to place names or spheres on the locked character list as we are made aware of them.
It's been a rule that certain locations for knights/negas are invalid, yet there have been exceptions made. Senshi we've not seen the issue as most names/inspirations are from mythological from greek/roman eras. Can the shop please offer some clarity on where the line is drawn and to the relation and limitations we'll see for each faction?
The shop generally does not 'make exceptions' for anyone regarding rules like this; we strive to abide by all rules put into place. Some profiles were stamped before this rule was put into place and were grandfathered in, and in some instances we may have missed profiles that incorporated religious sites or figures. There are many religions and the shop staff is not knowledgeable in all of them, sorry! In cases like this, we rely on player information to help us if anyone has any concerns. In the case of Knights, specifically, it was easier to say that religious wonders are off limits because these are places that can be traveled to on earth and have special meaning in religions. In Moonshop, while the Wonder is not actually the same location on Earth, to avoid any issue we ask people to avoid choosing very religious sites. Mythological inspiration is generally accepted, though!
Also: Can the shop clarify how close it adheres to reality in terms of legalese and such? IE: Child labor laws, medical access, public schooling practicum, adoption, civil rights
The shop tries to adhere to reality in most instances. While in some situations you may be able to get plot approval for some things, this generally requires a PM to the mule detailing the plot/background in mind, as well as the player expressing that they have done solid research and understand what they are asking. For example, child labor laws might prevent anyone under fourteen from working a legal job, but if the player was aware of child labor laws and knew that this would be illegal/could cause trouble down the line and was prepared to work with the shop to find out what was acceptible, we might be able to work with them. Generally, we ask that players research all of these things and make a judgment call on if there is some way it could be worked into the shop environment. If they intend to pursue any of these things in a capacity that is irregular or doesn't closely adhere to reality, we would ask that they contact the shop mule to discuss what they want and work out options.

So in regards to redeeming crown tokens - when you post for art such as civilian or powered art. How will you know when your character is chosen? Thanks. I may have missed this somewhere but I was just curious.
When using your crown tokens to claim a character, and you have not already spoke to an artist to take on said character, it goes into what is called the grab bag where any of the shop artist may to be able to claim. As soon as it has been picked up, the claiming artist will be in contact you for more details.
Also I don't know if it would be called an alt version or not but can a guardian cat ever get like a redesign or different art at any point for their human form? At this time, Guardian Cats are only able to get alt or new art if there is a major change to the cat (such as loss of limbs or a side swap). Unlike civilians, Guardian Cats don't go through any wardrobe changes as time goes on. Their outfits are set for every time they switch forms so would not change. However, if there are any changes you wish to make note of, it is possible to do so in the Mau Senshi form when your cat powers up.

In order for a Knight to obtain their signet ring, do they HAVE to RP it out, or can it be mentioned how it was obtained but not necessarily written in full? A Knight may handwave obtaining their signet ring when they first find it. However, any upgrades done to the signet ring do need to be RPed and posted in this thread once completed.

If you have growth items from before October 16, 2016 and do not have the links readily available, please just describe how you received the item or which event you got it from and add it to your list of Growth Items!

Does Destiny City have any kind of breed-specific legislation for things like pit bulls and akitas, rottweilers, etc? I know a lot of cities do and that can limit what sort of pets people can keep in city limits. It's a little detail thing but I'm asking because it seems like something that could come up ICly if someone wants a dog that's one of those breeds.
Destiny City does not have any breed specific legislation. What it does have is laws on endangered and exotic species as pets outside of a zoo or legal recuse. (Sorry, no lions, tigers, or bears as pets!) However, while the city may not have laws on the matter, other private organizations, landlords, apartments, etc, may feel differently and have their own private rules on the matter.

I read that as bread specific legislation and now I want to know if the city has any laws on bread and bakers and if all loaves must be stamped in accordance with the crown huehuehue
Thankfully, Destiny City hs no regulation on bread! Just don't try to feed the youma!

Question on spheres! Radioactive spheres are understandably banned, but I would like to know if it applies only to ionizing Radiation (such as that put off by uranium etc.) Or to non-ionizing radiation that is harmless (such as radiowaves)?
The radioactive ban applies to all forms of radiation, sorry!

question on starseeds as noms!
there's various literature stating that consuming too many starseeds can lead to youmafication. i am aware that this is determined on a case-by-case basis but there's not information on the actual flexibility of starseed consumption. is this number based on the frequency of consuming starseeds or the total number? or is every part of this up to players?
if there's an absolute number for each officer, then ultimately every officer would youmafy after being in the shop for some years just from the basic need to consume starseeds to survive at times. i would imagine frequency + number consumed within the frequency span makes more sense, and gives more flexibility for plots, but i do not know the answer! please advise!
Frequency is the most important factor! Starseeds become dangerous when a large number of them are consumed in a very short time period. There is no set number of starseeds that will cause youmafication. An agent may eat fifteen over the course of a year and suffer no negative consequences where as an agent who ate fifteen in a month may youmafy. In some ways, starseeds are like a toxin in the system; a small amount might not be enough to damage the system and can be processed out of the body with some time. Consuming a large number of starseeds quickly would allow the 'toxin' to build up before it can be processed out, resulting in youmafication.

Can the Code piece at a knight's wonder be moved?
If it can be moved, can it be removed from the wonder?
The Code may be moved around within that particular Wonder! Sometimes the Code Piece may be in a special location that provides some function to the Wonder, but this is determined by the player and does not necessarily mean there will be any consequences. If someone other than the Knight attempts to move the Code Piece, the Wonder will send a distress signal to the Knight and summon the Knight of the Wonder to protect the Code Piece.
The Code Piece at the Wonder is technically the source of power for the Knight; if the Code Piece is damaged or taken from the Wonder, the magical power will no longer flow into the Wonder--or to the Knight. A Knight would be unable to take their Code Piece from their Wonder, and should anyone else remove a Code Piece from a Wonder, it would result in severe consequences for the Knight involved.

If you have a character on unique lines and get templated alt powered art, are they then 'locked in' to templated art only for future stages, or can they still continue to get future stages on non-templated lines?
Alt Art is considered additional art that is valid for in shop use. It does not count towards the three stages of the character. If a player has purchased/been guaranteed unique lines, all three stages will be done through the unique lines. Alt Art is just a personal bonus if you want to do a different pose or show of something that has changed!

if lieutenant A touched the starseed of civilian B (and civilian B is a white moon senshi), would they be able to tell that civilian B is a senshi without taking the starseed out of their chest? what if civilian B was unawakened?
No agent, no matter the rank of said agent, would be able to tell a civilian is powered or potentially a futured powered by touching their starseed or withdrawing it. Though they may have a powerful starseed within them, in order to protect the identity of the civilian, the starseed would appear as a normal humans unless powered up.
Only a guardian cat is able to sense unawakened senshi.
