With her booth successfully extinguished Quin dusted off her hands like she had done some good work. Parts of her booth were still in embers but honestly it couldn't look any worse. Mostly it was about her charming people not setting up an fancy booth.

"Well then, I guess I still have a place ta stand." The vampire murmured before moving away spotting Vel and d**k off in the distance. She made her way over grinning from ear to ear. "I hope da fire didn' cause too much trouble fer ya?"

"I see. I thought you just wanted to pound into things," Vel shrugged, "But not bad with the booth itself. Rock hard."

She grinned for the moment, then turned as she heard Quin approaching.

"Nah. Just had to kick some dirt over mine. It went out eventually," she chuckled, "But Quin! How did yours go?"

Jumping when Avery suddenly kicked over his own table, she stood and stared at the behemoth a moment before tending to her own booths needs. Luckily, there wasn't any serious damage done, aside from a few of the decorations having caught fire. But what was important, was that the fire was out, and the rest of the booth was fine.

"Well, I'm glad your satisfied then, Avery." The dryad smiled at the behemoth boil, dusting off some of the charcoal like marks left by the fire.

Her gaze lifted to greet Victor's on his way back to their booths, muffling a small laugh as he commented on Avery's booth.

"Perhaps we should. Or something.." It really was a sad excuse for a booth, really..but that was how Avery was.

"I'm honestly not sure. I never figured to ask how long this festival was going on, or if we had to remain by our booths. I think we're free to leave them though. I've seen others wandering about. I'm just more concerned about any more fires..I don't think my booth would be able to take much more damage."

Bella fell flat on the floor when the table turned to ash, but she somehow retained most of her dignity even on the floor. She got up and dusted herself off, before giving Rowly a very pleased smirk. Her hand slid under his arm, and she pulled him up tight next to her. "You're so forward, Rowly. I like a boil who's forward." She had claimed the penguin for her own for the day, and gave Sophie a smug smile. "Rowly wants to come eat marshmallows too. Preferrably off of me, if we can manage it." So she'd added that last part.. nobody would be the wiser.

"Looks like you found an escort on this dangerous marshmallow journey as well, huh Soph? Well good, because I think the best marshmallows come from the bad parts of town. So it's important we get as down and dirty as possible. I will settle for no less than the fluffiest, sweetest, most perfect marshmallows ever."

Her eyes gleamed with ferocity, and she screamed, quite sudden and unecessarily;

"EVER!!!"

Quite suddenly she was back to normal, as though she hadn't just had an outburst. Her sweet smile radiated charm, and nothing else.

"Shall we go?"

Everyone in Group

She crossed her arms across her chest as she was huffed at, and her tail raised in agitation. "So you all want to be teachers and healers?" She wasn't much particular in any kid raising, but the healing had her interest. "Maybe I can send some business your way so ya better get good at fixing femurs." She grinned before looking at May, raising a thin brow.

"Already planning on scarlings?" She was standing awfully close to Tex there.

"It went up in flames, Friend." She hiked her thumb back toward her booth that was still upside down and smoldering. It was as good as out as it was going to get. At least from her. "Or do ya mean the meet ' n greet? It went ovar well enough. Talkin' ta people is always much easier."

She grinned some looking at the two. "How about ya two? It all go ovar well?"

The mask was stifling, and Ashly could not hold back against the agonizing burning in her chest any longer. She pulled the helmet-like pumpkin off of her head, and had the coughing fit of a lifetime. Seriously, she probably just sat there and coughed and hacked for a good ten to fifteen minutes straight. She didn't even have a clue that there was some kind of fire catastrophe going on because she was too busy trying not to choke on all the disgusting things she was coughing up out of her lungs.

It wasn't until the the fit finally subsided that she straightened up, her cheeks slightly puffed up as though her mouth was full of something.

That's when she finally noticed the fire, and the small flame that was creeping it's way onto the black table cloth of her booth.

Partially from surprise, and partially from a lack of idea of what else to ******** do, Ashly spat out all of the disgusting green slimy crap that was currently filling her mouth, directly onto the flames, somehow effectively putting it out.

Still, there was fire everywhere, burning the decorations off of other students boothes, and the mere sight of it made her tremble uncontrollably.

Reaching out, she grabbed the measly amount of cards sitting on her table, and clutching them to her chest, sank down to the floor to hide beneath her table until the chaos subsided.

The boil marched along through the chaos, the booths where burning and well, he took pity on those with burning booths but as much as he wanted to help he had his own arms full with two giant bundles balanced on his shoulders.

"JACK BE DAMNED!" He shouted, "Who set fire ter the whole place?!" The boil let out a laugh that rumbled far deeper in his chest then most others, prompting his true mouth to open slightly with the chuckle. As usual the boil wore an open duster to let his mouth breath, after all he never knew when a good snack would happen by that he needed his whole mouth for. Behind him a dark brown tail lashed at the dirt dragging a third bundle with him.

When he finally reached an open spot (just out of range of the fire) did he toss down all three of his bundles to begin construction. No sooner had he started and he was singing a song in draconic with a terribly obvious country twang.

Tarot shook her head at Kani. “I’m sure some students have, but I really like the idea of teaching others and helping them grow.” She smiled. “I’m sure it’ll be tiresome, but if I became a teacher I wouldn’t regret it.” The reaper ghoul shot Tex a toothy grin. “Yeah. Arcana and I are still deciding between the two, but we’re definitely picking one of them.” She laughed at May. “I appreciate it! I’ll do my very best to teach them.” Then she looked at the others who hadn’t voiced their aspirations yet. “What about everyone else? What do you want to do after graduation?”

Cain had taken his sweet time, getting out to the festival, sauntering out only as the blaze began to consume not only the poor frost demon's booth, but threatened to do the same for the surrounding ones. In fact, this might have been what prompted him to attend at all -- his steel-colored eyes certainly seemed to hold a hint of amusement as the flame reflected in them. He certainly wasn't wearing his pumpkin helmet mask. Then again, the Baphomet was definitely the type not to anyway. He was completely disinterested in the whole experience, finding the whole entire ordeal to be 'demeaning,' and besides, after graduation he was just going to take over his father's company anyway. What was the point of 'whoring himself out'? Not to mention the fact that a pumpkin didn't seem like something the well-dressed demon would ever CONSIDER putting on.

As some sort of compromise, as the dark-haired demon approached the booths to seemingly admire the blaze, it was clear that he had dressed up for the occasion. Dressed in a jet-black suit, black hair slicked back around the demonic horns, Cain stopped in front of a smoldering booth, quirking an eyebrow at its occupant before continuing onward. Not... quite towards his own booth, but hey, it was progress.

This was one of the few days that Argyle supposed he could put in the effort to get his s**t together and talk to other students. It would undoubtedly be a tragic affair - interacting with his peers always seemed to be - but he had to do this. For the humans.

He strode into the festival with a box in tow, the sounds of glass and metal jostling together emerging from within as he walked. He completely ignored the smoldering booths, treating it as if it were business as necessary...and wasn't it, really?

Humming something that sounded a lot like the soft lounge jazz music his humans were so fond of, he set to work on his booth, plastering the little banner on the front of the table right off, with more pride than he felt for most anything else.

Victory stared at the cloth, and looked at the table. He no longer had any of his sashes left, if the one he had left here had gotten incinerated too. "And I suppose that the sash with the bells is destroyed too?" he suggested, pretty certain that even if the fire had not ruined it Avery would take care of the rest. "Because, you know, if you had kept it, you could use it to replace the cloth...!" Victory smiled faintly at Avery: yeah, as if he actually believed Avery would do that. He put on his best impression of an innocent face.

It was far less of a sad excuse for a booth than Victory's booth, as both of them had extinguished their fire far faster. "If only we had thought ahead and made our booths flame-retardant. Or, in Avery's case, neglected to cover it with a cloth at all," Victory lamented, glancing at Avery out of the corner of his eye.

Victory swayed faintly, shifting his weight from one foot to the other so that his bells jingled.

Still humming, he gingerly removed each item from the box, which was beginning to look alarmingly like the contents of a shrine to humans. There were lovingly framed photographs of humans on the black and white gloss of the paper one might find in a magazine or brochure, none of which really fit their frames; the largest of them showed a woman in pearls with a long cigarette-holder, a noble soldier, and a human child with fresh-picked garden vegetables gathered in her arms.

When he was finished setting it up, the whole table looked more like a terrifying reconstruction of his closet shrine, but he seemed to make up for it with his spiel.

"Excuse me! Excuse me! Did you know that the declawing of humans is a barbaric and excruciating process in which the human's finger bone is removed at the first joint? How would you feel?"

He passed out a few pamphlets before continuing.

"Eh, my booth was mostly unharmed. Just a few crispy papers." d**k answered, knocking on the booth with his knuckles again.

"But I talked to a lot of people, pounded a few things in display of my rock hard skills." he added.

"Off you?" Sophie parroted, her black eyes thoughtfully wide. "Well, we'll find a way, if that's what he wants! You're not against being set on fire are you, Bella? At least for a short amount of time?" She was trying to figure out how it would work, and everything went right back to setting the ghoul on fire; which would be okay, really. So long as she didn't mind it.

"ALRIGHT! Let's go! DON'T WORRY YA'LL CAN THANK US WHEN WE COME BACK!" She announced loudly, before turning with her paper golem in tow, heading towards the exit back into town.
