This only caused her further embarressment and indignation. She sat up crossing her arms and looking away. "I'm not a child. You don't need to poke me." she snapped, slapping her tail on the water in a way that could only be considered petulent.
However the movement surprised her our of her childish anger. She knew she had a tail and it was hers and she could move it. But she didn't really try to use it. To use it unconciously was... odd.
Lana raised it partly out of the water. It feel much like raising a leg, but her flexiblity and rang of movement was beyond that of ordinary legs. They relied on three parts of joints and the muscles that connected them. She could tell just by looking at her tail that it had many evenly spaced joints covered in powerful muscles that allowed it to curl rather than bend. It ended in and elegant fan if she did say so herself. She couldn't really move the fan, just the very sides of it, but not far. She touched it, with an awed smile.
"This is kinda cool." she said really taking it in.
She wanted to see just how strong it was. She slapped it down on the water with all the force she could put behind it. It stung and water splashed everywhere. The sound it made was really loud and she covered her mouth shocked.
"Oops." She hoped the others hadn't heard that.

"I've still got one sitting on my porch if you want." Jessie teased with a mischievous smile, her free hand pointing a thumb at her front door.

Ayame sighed and just sort of shrugged at the mental thoughts inside her mind before standing up and walking over to the door noticing Selena sitting on the ground with a baby in her arms " Need help." Ayame asked smiling softly at her

The next thing he knew she was playing around with her tail, which he watched with amazement. When a huge tidal wave of water erupted out of the tub Matthew sat there looking at her, wet again.

"You did that on purpose didn't you?" he said looking like a mop again. "Here I thought you hated your tail...I guess not anymore." he sighe wringing out his hair.

"You're so confusing sometimes Lana. You say you hate one thing, but end up loving the thing you hate." He said grumbling a little. "Would you make up your mind? I mean what you're doing is cute..s-stop it!" he blushed sort of pouting himself. Matthew then looked at her raised body. She seemed to look a bit taller now too their eyes met again and he just stared into them. This time feeling a bit small compared to her large belly and now body.

It was like she grew an extra few feet thanks to her tail. Was was she line nine feet now?

Lana spit her tongue our. "I never said I hated it. I just wasn't used to it." she stated rubbing the stinging tail. It felt like she did a belly flop, but with her tail.
"And I did not do it on purpose. I ..just... got carried away." she trailed off sheepishly.
Lana looked at him gauging his reaction. He had rather nice eyes now that she looked at him. They were the kind of eye that were kind of mysterious. They drew you in. She realized she was staring and blushed.

Lana looked down at herself. Was she really taller? She tried to measure herself by look but it was hard to tell. She did see that she had raised herself up a bit on her tail. And that her tail was much longer than legs could be.
"I don't think I've gotten very much taller," she said, sinking down til she was bending at the hip as she sat. "Just my tail is much longer." However she didn't have a mirror to see her now slight longer and thiner torso. If she had legs she would have looked tall and willowy.
lana was quiet as she suggested leaving. She wanted him to stay, but at the same time didn't want to keep him. "I like your company..." she said slowly, looking down and trailing her finger on the water. "But if you want to go somewhere else. I won't mind." However, that was a lie. She's mind. She'd mind alot. Right now he was the only one she had to talk to. without them she'd be... left out. Stuck in a tub. Alone.

"Matthew..." she sighed. "Things don't just happen over night..." she said, but she voice sounded a bit unsure. "I mean. I still really don't know you. But... maybe I could." She said still looking at the water. "I don't want you to go... but I don't want you to have to change what you want to do for me. I couldn't bare if this ended up with me dragging you around whereever I went. Waiting on me." she explained.
"I don't think your a fool." she said.

Lana leaned her head against his hand, placing hers over it. It was so warm. Her skin was so much cooler. The warmth was pleasant again your cheek.
"I'll try to do the same for you I promise. I don't want you sitting around. Who knows, maybe we can find a way to meet halfway."
Lana turned and rested her arms on the side of the tub near him. "Well... I learned to sing from my mother before she past. I kept practicing and playing with harmonies even after she past. I like tropical fruit. And I hate butterflies." she said, picking out random things about herself. "What about you?"
