 Kayla sighed but not unhappily. At least the Zoura had found a human that it felt comfortable with. So Kayla urged Snookie onward up the stairs.

With that out of the way, Sabre didn't waste much time in proceeding. If these stairs held the key to getting out, then that's where he was heading. No need to dwaddle. Claude followed right after him diligently, peeking back at Arlii just in case, before taking a calm stride by his trainer.

Her mind was a boggled mess . . . but with the Zorua balled and captured, it was time to complete her mission. She descended the stairs to where the prized Jirachi was said to be held. Even so, why was her heart sinking? Each step felt heavy. She was missing something here . . .

Nyla let out a sigh of relief when the Zorua vanished. It had understood, and if they could convince one of Jirachi's oldest friends then they could convince Jirachi itself not to destroy the world. And hopefully the staircase had an end now. With renewed vigor she raced up the stone steps.

Keria sighed that had gone rather well, from what the girl no the Zoura had said it sounded like they could go up to where Jirachi was now.
She sighed hoping it wouldn't be like last time and started walking up the stairs again.

Patrick grinned as the Zorua vanished into thin air. Well then, at least now they were able to continue and she seemed happy with their answers. Might as well, truck forward and hope for the best, yeah? With that thought in mind, his weary legs started to trek up the stairs once again, never straying far away from Genesis.

Good. That was done and settled with. At least they could now progress up their stairs with knowledge they had the approval of the Pokemon that had once lived here. "Come on Spook. We have a have a job to do." The Meowth gave a confirming chirp in reply and lept off his trainer's back to follow her on the stairs.

Letting out a sigh and s slight smile as the Zorua dissapeared , she turned to look back at the other trainers. "I think we can continue on then..." With that, she started up the stairs again.

Oyumi was almost relieved when the Zorua had spoken again. They could proceed. So that meant they passed the test, right? One of them had answered correctly! She had been just about to begin to move forward again when she noticed it. An extra weight at her hip with the rest of her pokéballs. Curiously, she reached on hand to brush her fingers against it and heard that whisper. And it was only then that she realized that it had been her answer that had touched the Zorua, and apparently enough that it had decided Jirachi wasn't the only one who needed a home!
She could hardly hide the smile on her face. Even if it had been a stressful adventure, she'd gained a new companion out of it. One she would certainly treasure just as dearly as all her others.
Her eyes were bright and excited when she turned back to Katie and the rest of the group. They weren't out of the water yet, but she was certainly excited to see just which one of them could be Jirachi's home!
"What do you guys say we get moving again? I think we're almost there!"

Natalie lets out a sigh of relief and smiled, the Zorua had found a new home. She stood up with the Rattata and started to slowly climb up the stairs.

Genesis was glad for one thing, at least: that the Zorua was now gone and, with it, the illusion. She knew now that each step she took was one step closer to the Jirachi, and she sped up her pace, eager to return to Zatao.

The pokeball that she threw returned to her and River simply snarled. Her facial features darkened with something that was akin to jealousy. "Whatever, this is boring anyhow. I wish something really exciting would happen---" She scoffed in a low tenor. She was the worst trainer in the world. She couldn't even catch one pokemon, the zubat was simply a fluke.

Arlii was glad that things seemed to be settled with the Zorua. And they were allowed to pass! She waited only long enough to see that her companion and his Absol were continuing on before she followed after, waving at the Absol himself when he glanced back, to let him know she was still tagging along. The Zubat watched everyone behind them, making some grumbling noises here and there.
