Why don't we have a roll call in general to see who is still active in the guild? Whoever replies, we can distribute the pages of all the guild members and send out messages to see if they reply back to us. After a certain amount of time, we can start deleting those who had not replied to our messages.

But if there are faster and more efficient ways of cleaning up the guild, that would be better.
