Basti refused Zen's offer of a towel, seeing as he already had one. He dunked his head under the water again, and by the time he resurfaced, Zen and Angela had disappeared, and Ky had released Aku from her hold.

"Which was another reason why I thought you might want a coat..." Zen shouted, while putting on a red waist coat and a white cloak over that.
He was in the process of trying to buckle the mantle on while coming back inside the room.
"I honestly don't know my age, judging from the human's estimate on how old their planet is... I'd guess a few billion years?" Zen shrugged again nonchalantly. Telling his age was probably one of the more awkward things he had to do when he met someone new.
He dragged some plated boots out of the closet and tried to pull them up his feet while hopping.
Ky smiled to Basti, "well he deserved it?"

"Yeah, I guess he did." Basti couldn't manage to suppress the grin that had been tugging at the corners of his mouth since the moment Aku had gotten himself dunked.

Ky sighed, realizing everyone else's clothes were a wreck too. "You guys should dry off... we should go scavenge for some clothes." She got up out of the pool and wiped herself off with a towel.

"A coat would be even more annoying than just having a skirt," Angela said. "I'm not used to...wearing a lot of layers of clothing. Especially not over my back." She smirked slightly when he walked back in. "Unlike someone--who seems to enjoy it."
Angela watched him in amusement as he selected a pair of boots and pulled them on while hopping on one foot. "From what I understand, my father is several million years old. It's what his little annoying minions have implied anyway." She laughed somewhat at the idea that Zen was older than her father. "I suppose age stops mattering after a while though."
Watching him put on the boots reminded her that she'd left hers back in the room with the bath. She lifted her skirt and examined her bare feet. Wearing boots with this dress would make her look even more bizarre...

"Sounds good to me." Finally feeling completely clean, Basti lifted himself out of the water and dried off. He wrinkled his nose at the gore that still covered his clothes before pulling them on with a sigh of resolution because it would be rather unspeakably awkward to walk around in just a towel.

"Old habits. "Zen pointed to his back. "You know you're old when you always look like me." He crossed his arms and shoved a bunch of random shiny rocks in his pocket for money in case he needed it later.
Ky poofed them all out into what used to be a great mall in the front of Tintagil. It was 9 stories tall, 9 being a lucky number, and had 400 shops. Some of them were open, while others locked up. Ky had brought them to the lowest floor where enormous glass doors stood at the front, and engravings of the seal of Tintagil were on the marble floor.
She gestured to the escalators on the opposite side of the circular structure and they turned on, along with strings of elaborate symbol writing which lit the railings and walls.
"Zensekai says anything that's not locked up is fair game to take, if you want to find a clothing store somewhere..."

"'Old' is relative," Angela told Zen. "You're old compared to my father--he's old compared to me. I'm old compared to an infant. I don't think age really matters so much as...as...who you are."
That sounded...awfully philosophical for her.
She walked around the room, looking at the different objects in it. She lifted the skirt up slightly to avoid tripping. She was so completely unused to clothing like this.

Great Lau, teleportation was disorienting. Basti blinked stupidly at the sheer number of windows and lights that were suddenly before him. It took him a moment to understand what Ky was saying to them.
"...We can just pick something? But doesn't someone own this place? I feel incredibly rude even thinking about taking something without payment." Basti furrowed his brow in concern about just taking someone's hard labor.

"Technically Zensekai owns it... and the actual shop workers are all dead now. He prefers people to use the stuff here rather than it sit for an eternity."
Ky just used her powers to magic herself a white- knee length dress over herself. She began to wonder up an escalator though, needing some stuff to take along a god battle trip if they ended up in one. "Just don't go into the ones he's locked, those he's saving for whatever reason."
Zen felt Ky had moved, and figured they ought to be going there also. "I suppose, that's what I tell Aetra anyway. The others went to another part of Tintagil to get things, I will bring us there." Zen declared without much warning and poofed them over to the fourth floor of the mall.

"Aetra hardly seems like someone easily reasoned with," Angela said. And that's when her brain decided to remind her of the kiss. She flushed scarlet, turning away from him.
"So...ah...where is this?" she asked, looking around and trying to look casual.

"Capitol Shopping Center. Has all the junk anyone could dream of. I'm guessing the others are looking for clothes." Zen laughed, having not brought her here originally on purpose. He really did just want to see her in a dress.

Angela lifted an eyebrow. "So why didn't you just bring me here to begin with?" she asked. Now she was in this dress that belonged to his sister and she'd feel guilty if she took it off. But she really wanted...pants.
Perhaps she could at least find some shoes.

"I forgot." Zen lied, and whistled innocently while hanging over the side rail to shout below.
"YO HOW ARE YOU GUYS SHOPPING?"
