My way to avoid hangovers: Drink plenty of water and take 3 advil before bed. Haven't been hungover (aside from tired or dehydrated) in a looooooong time.

Lol, I usually drink the water while drinking. I tend to have one glass of water and one glass of whatever else. Drink them simultaneously.

I avoid hangovers by not drinking. Not that I'm some religious nut or anything (not religious at all) just never liked the taste of it... or the smell.
I do my ancestors shame though.

I've only just started drinking Wine on a regular basis, I hate beer and most other alcoholic beverages and I'm ridiculously picky about my wine XD I've tasted an entire sweet Wine booth's selection before and only found one I liked. I only like sweet White Wines with around 9-11% alcohol content by Vol.
I have never faced the terror of this 'Trout' but the Masquerading Gerbil Fiend shall not back down from some smelly fish!
