Mysti grinned from ear to ear. "Good boy." With that she hopped into the front seat and closed the door. "To the mall! Oh, Maybi do you want me to come over and help decorate later? I'm sure my costume will be done pretty quick."
Casper couldn't help but smile his devilish smile when Maxi agreed to stay. "Don't worry Maxi, I'm not gonna bite." He chuckled to himself at that statement as he looked over at Dylan. "Besides, we'll be at the mall in no time."

Aleera nearly forgot about the story, because she remembered it just in time, "Well... umm... you get used to it after a while, ya know?" She laughed gently and nervously, not knowing what else to say. He made her nervous for some reason, but not in a bad way.

Maxi looked up at Casper and held in his breath. He was so cute, and all Maxi wanted to do was lunge as him and kiss him. But no, he restraint himself from doing it. He forced a soft chuckle before looking at Maura.Maura giggled before turning around and started driving. She smiled as she drove, glancing in the rearview mirror a few times. Not to spy on Casper and Maxi, but to get a peek at Dylan.

Mysti stared out the window, her thoughts in space as they drove. As much as she hoped Maxi and Casper would hook up at the party, it made her a little sad that her gay best friend could find people faster than she could. With that thought she began to wonder about Casper. At first she had thought Casper and Aleera were a couple, since they live together, but he seems really into Maxi. How confusing.
The Vampire's sight allowed him to notice Maxi hold his breath when he looked at him, which only fed Casper's ego further. Being so close to the boy though, and with his already enhanced smell from tracking, Maxi's blood was overwhelming. Closing his eyes and holding his breath [which he didn't need anyway] Casper calmed himself for a few moments. Opening his eyes back up they glinted red for a second before returning black. He flipped his bangs out of his face before staring out the window, unsure of what to say to Maxi.

 out of the corner of his eye, Dylan noticed Maura gazing at him. Smiling a bit, he began wondering why it was so silent. With his hearing, it didn't bother him, But social interactions are meant to be, well social. Flipping his hair, Dylan tried to make his scent deeper so Casper would look at him. Mouthing to Casper, Dylan had a slight threat. "Say something to him before I embarrass you!"

Through the overwhelming scent of the delicious teenager beside him Casper recognized his fellow Vampire and looked over in Dylan's direction. His eyes narrowed in a glare as he mouthed a reply, he incisors slightly visible. "You wouldn't dare." He doubted Dylan had anything on him anyway, but Casper watched him curiously just in case.

Dylan flashed a wiked smile and chuckled. "Oh wouldn't I?" Of course he had nothing on Casper, But these Humans didn't know anything about them except that they were 'Army Brats'. He could make something up. Turning back he mouthed something else, the joking gone from his expression. "Did you and Aleera find a place to stay?"

Casper couldn't help but chuckle to himself, thoguh his was much more quiet. At the mention of a place, Casper's grin fell. "No. Well, yes. I found a place for us but I haven't showed it to Aleera yet. You know how she likes to have her opinion counted." He smiled again. "How about you? Got a place?"

Dylan's smiled disappeared. "Well, kinda. I found a place that was just abandoned by a sorta rich family I guess. It's to big for just me."

Maura stopped at a red light and turned around. "If it's with my parents, I'm sure you guys could spend a few days at my house. Well, until you find a nice place to stay at." She said softly, a light blush on her face as she thought about Dylan staying at her house.Maxi smiled at his cousin and looked over at Casper. "I'm sure my parents wouldn't mind either." He said in a softer tone than Maura.

Dylan's entire expression dissappeared. She must have been reading their lips. Speaking up, Dylan allowed his voice to be kinda shy. "Well, that would be nice, but I don't want to burden you."

Casper raised an eyebrow when Dylan's smile left, but was distracted by Maura's kind offer. He opened his mouth to reply when Maxi spoke, and a smile crept onto his lips. "That'd be awesome. If you wouldn't mind, that'd really help." He looked at Maxi while he spoke, wondering what his house would be like. He then looked back up at Maura. "Though, again I have to ask Aleera. I'm sure she wouldn't mind- anyway she wouldn't have much of a choice, since she has to stay with me."
