Wow, that's awsome. Wonder how he does that, Corrin thought to herself, blinking as she noticed a few students pass by. Surely they can hear it, too. Then again, they might be used to it, She thought grimly while rolling her eyes. At least she wouldn't have to start her classes anytime soon. Surely if her mother was good at this so called 'music', she should give it a shot. And if she could play anything like the boy, she'd love it.

Silence now.He had stopped playing again.This time he looked over in her direction.He smiled before he spoke."Enjoying my playing?" he asked her.Sukai liked the idea of having an audience, even if was just one person.He motioned with his hand for her to come over and hoped that she would accept the offer."I don't often have company.This is a welcomed change."

Corrin blinked suddenly, slightly shocked as she noticed the 'music' had stopped. She laughed nervously and stood up, hiding her hands behind her back as she walked towards him. "Um, yea, sorry if I kinda...interupted anything. I... never heard music before. It's really awsome, though!" She exclaimed, now standing a few feet from him.

Sukai shook his head."You weren't interupting anything.I was just practicing.So you've never heard music before?How odd.Surely you must have heard some form of music.As for my playing, I don't think it was so great but that's just me."he said.He tucked the flute into his shirt and smiled once more.He extended his hand out to her as if to shake hers."Where are my manners?My name is Sukai.What might yours be?"

"No, I'm sure I've never heard music. Only words, really. My mother- well, never mind. Not interesting," Corrin said as she shook her head, still a bit worried that she had ruined the playing for some reason. She glanced down at his extended hand, then blinked. "Oh, yea! Sorry! My name's Corrin. Nice to meet you!" She said as she shook his hand in return. "I'm new to all of this, so I don't really understand anything in this world. That's why I've never heard music."

"Please to meet you and welcome."he said as he shook her hand.He let go off her hand and pushed his hair back once more."A life with no music.I couldn't imagine such a thing.Sounds like a bad dream to me.Well now you have heard music or rather one form of it.This must be very exciting to you."he said.Sukai studied the feature of her face and smiled.She was a very lovely girl with eyes that he couldn't quite describe.They were a deep blue, far deeper than anything he could remember.Darker than the sky yet lighter than the depths of the ocean.

"Ya, well, I've only heard legends of it. Something about the Gods playing heavenly music, or something. After a horrible accident, music was forbidden to be played. I think it was something around those edges," Corrin muttered, staring at the ceiling while she thought. She then glanced back down at Sukair, then laughed softly. "And I'm sure you have no idea what I'm talking about. Sorry. But, yes, it's great. My grandmother wishes for me to sign up to play something here, like my mother before me. What was it that you were playing?"

He listened carefully to every word she spoke, making sure not to miss a thing.Sukai loved the way people talk, especially girls.He shrugged."Just because I don't unserstand doesn't mean I won't still listen with great interest."he said.She had asked about what he was playing.He took his flute back out and held it infront of her."You mean this?This is a flute.Sometimes they are made of metal but this one was handcrafted from wood by my mother."Sukai held the flute up to his mouth and played a few notes for Corrin.

Corrin looked over to side with a smirk, shaking her head. "I guess you've got a point there, eh? But still... ah, whatever. You get the point, right?" She murmured softly, looking towards him once more as she gazed at the flute. When he playeda few notes, her face lit up. "It looks.... really simple, almost. It's beautiful!"

He set the flute down and laughed abit."Not as simple as it looks.Anyone could blow into a pipe,but it takes true talent to take that pipe and create sweet melodies with it.Same goes for any instrument you try."he said.Sukai took off his glasses and cleaned them with his shirt.He inspected them and then put them back on his face.

"Yea, I would only imagine as such," Corrin replied, thinking a moment. Even if she was going to sign up for anything she didn't know what. She blinked, remembering what she was doing in the building in the first place. "Well,I suppose I should leave you to practice. I need to go register for an instrument."

Sukai nodded."I'd recommend the violin.Lovely instrument it is,but maybe you'll take to something else.Have fun."He said.He lifted up his flute once more and began to play again.His foot tapped lightly in beat with the song which was more cheery and full of bounce.

"Violin? Oh, sure," Corrin murmured softly as she headed out. Before she left, she turned around and gazed back at him. "Maybe we could hang out sometime? We are friends, right?" She called back to him, and felt bad about it, because she had interupted that time. But she only smiled and left through the door. After a moment of still listening, she turned on her heels and walked down the corridor.

He stopped and grinned."Sure that'd be great.Hope to see ya around sometime."he called back to her.Sukai didn't mind being interupted.He had all the time in the world to play his flute,but only a rare opportunity to make a new friend.He watched her leave and then went back to playing.
Another friend.How wonderful.

"Thank you very much," Corrin said as she bowed low, a violin case clutched in her right hand. There. She had done what she was asked to do. She had also taken Sukai's advice and had chosen the violin. It looked like a pretty instrument to play, not that she was the 'pretty' type. She waved to the woman at the desk, then turned towards the exit and left. She could still hear Sukai's music faintly, and felt herself smile.
"Right. Looks like I've got the rest of the day to do anything, now. Better start now before it's over."
