Just when Azure's emotions were getting under control, Kuno said he loved her. She felt like laughing, screaming and crying all at once, the emotions all catching in her throat. A wide smile lit her face. "I love you, too." She managed. She licked his face. Sudden fear that he would close up again came over Azure, so she curled close to him squeezing her eyes so that she wouldn't cry tears of neither joy nor fear.(I noticed! blaugh )

A large load being lifted off of him as she said the words he so longed to hear for most of his life, Kuno curled around Azure protectively, his nose touching the tip of his tail as she curled up in her own ball. He smiled, closing his eyes.

As Kuno wrapped around her, Azure felt a level of comfort and safety she had never felt before. Not even when Cori had found her. She looked up at Kuno and licked at the bottom of his jaw. "I love you." she said again. It felt so good to say, knowing that he felt the same.

Kuno smiled softly at her. "I love you too." Resting his head on her, he uttered something to the affect of being exhuasted. The emotion rollercoaster had tired him out, and he suspected the same of Azure.

Azure sighed contently with Kuno's head resting on her. He mumbled something about exhaustion. 'How can you be tired?' she thought. Then she noticed that her eyes were having trouble staying open. "Me too." She yawned. "You wanna move to the couch?" She asked, looking at him with one half open eye.

Kuno laughed, his eyes closed. "I don't think I can move." He said quietly, yawning as a result of Azure's. He was quite tired, and it would be nearly impossible to get up. Though, if she wanted him to move - the impossible would become possible.

not knowing what was going on Midnight jumped on the couch and curled up ...after a few hours... Midnight got up and left the room to rp somewhee else

Azure giggled at Kuno's response. "No, I don't think I can either. Besides, I bet you're much cozier than the couch!" She curled into him a little more, quickly falling asleep.

Kuno smiled at Azure, starting to love this moment more and more. Before he fell asleep, he could feel Azure's steady rise and fall - she had fallen asleep. He leaned over and licked her nose, before falling back to where he had been before and going to sleep.

(time elapses.. um..... a couple hours!) 'Warmth, love, strength...'....... Azure slowly awoke from a beautiful dream. She couldn't remember any details, only how it felt. She felt Kuno wrapped next to her and remembered earlier. She nuzzled Kuno's neck lightly and got up to stretch.

Waking to Azure's movement, Kuno yawned and mumbled a 'five more minutes', childishly. Smiling to himself, he groaned and sat up, stretching with yet another yawn. Glancing over at Azure, he gently asked, "Sleep okay?" He was still on cloud nine over the whole event, suprising himself he could ever aquire that feeling.

Azure giggled. "Yes, I slept fine!" She walked over and sat next to him. "You?"

Nodding with another small yawn, Kuno responded, "Yes." He wrapped his tail around her protectively and gently brought her close.

Azure let herself be pulled next to Kuno and they sat in comfortable silence for a moment. Then she shook off the last bit of sleep and playfully nipped Kuno's ear. "Kay. The last game didn't go so well, but you said there was game you wanted to show me, and we did make a deal. A lady always keeps her word. As do brave knights, I assume!" She jumped up, her tail wagging, re-energized from the nap.

Kuno, wagging his tail as she nipped at him, lit up at the idea of playing his game. "Oh yeah! Gem's version of tag!" he yipped, bouncing up too and chasing his tail breifly. They'd need to go somewhere with wooden floors (do we want to avoid the kitchen and pretend these are wooden-tiled floors? Up to you!). "So, basically, we slide around without picking up our paws and play tag! Only, it's really hard to stop, to get going, and to move around." He informed her.
