Isaac had to stop himself from skipping, not very manly nor did it seem like a thing a hunter aside from Emma would do.
In the cafeteria he had made it out right before Kiro went flying through. Isaac had considerably less on his plate and more in his pack, now tied to his halberd. He had to fight gravity bravely to avoid dropping his plate. And with how much he just spent he would be very angry, though he had enough to feed two for a week in the pack, hence the money issue.
"Hey, Kiro! Watch what you're doin'!" Isaac said as he made his way over, letting Kiro know that he disapproved at this hour.
"Mmmrrff!" Emma said (?) as she strode over to Kiro, Isaac, and William, leaving her usual table with what was left of her food. Fork in hand she sat next to Kiro, her now single plate of pancakes in front of her. Swallowing kinda hard, she exclaimed: "I gotta mission! Why are you guys up so early?" Emma was slow in the mornings, though never physically.
Train, following after Tyrone and Enyo after just grunting to Tyrone, had his hands behind his back as usual. He avoided the 'staging' area, not very hungry at the moment, though he would be starving by lunch. He wasn't too worried, he still had supplies left over from his last mission.
Joining the other group just in time to hear Emma, he scowled. "You haven't figured it out you dolt? They have one too, just as we do. Now quiet down, this isn't in any way your first mission." Train snapped at her, standing a few paces away to has not to invade any bubbles.

Malkin paused in a drag looking at the dog, and then the woman. As the dog sniffed him, he smiled.
"Smell Kairi on me, neh? She gets into all my clothes, no matter how hard I keep them sealed away. Go back to Miss Rules like a good boy. She doesn't like us rule-breakers. Or us rule-benders." he said, looking straight at Yazira as he said the last bit, a cruel smile the only thing visible under his hood. Why am I being mean to her? She probably just wanted to help. But honestly, stepping in like that. She could have been killed. Malkin was slightly irritated that he couldn't understand if he disliked her, or she dislike him. One or the other would make his life just that much easier to deal with.

Kiro glanced at Issac as he first spoke to him, "Don't sweat it rookie." Kiro reassured him with a hand wave. He then turned to Emma on the other side, "What are you doing? Trying to hit on me?" Kiro asked jokingly at first. "Yeah, we got a mission." Kiro added after Train entered and scolded Emma. Kiro then continued to eat furiously in his whirlwinding like style.
Tia was finally on her way out of her room since it took her a long time to shower and do her hair and other female things. She was young, inexperienced, and clumsy. Walking down the main dorm hallway before reaching the stairs, she tripped falling face forwards as usual. She quickly recovered quickly as always by jumping straight back to her feet with her nimble talent, though that was also why she was so clumsy(it's difficult to control her unique leg strength along with her light body on a normal basis living a normal lifestyle, she has more control while she is tensed up during battle).
Enyo very silently stood beside her two teammates, Train and Tyrone. They were extremely large and tall compared to her, perhaps this would make a good strangely effective combination she thought.

Yazira watched Shoba, but made no move to recall him. If she felt stung by Malkin's comment she hid it well under her usual mask of indifference.
"You must like animals. They certainly seem to like you."
She sat down on a bench by the newly ruined bushed and waited for Shoba to get bored.
"I thought you might like to have that black horse as yours for the mission." She still recalled how the stallion had completely ignored her to investigate this unusual character.
"He is saddled and waiting."
Shoba's ears pricked at her voice and he returned to bury his face in her hands a moment later.
Yazira patted him gently for a moment before getting up. This was awkward.
"We'd better get to the front gates soon, they'll be wanting to kick us out of here before the sun gets too much higher."

((I definitely do not envy those of you that are attending school again. You all have my deepest sympathies.))
Gene casually observed as one of his teammates for this mission entered the cafeteria. He was leaning against the wall next to the door, so that he could see everybody as they entered. His bows were leaning against the wall next to him, and he was eating bread and cheese while waiting.
Emma... And now Tia as well. What does Valenti have against me that he saddled me with these two over excitable women?...
Tyrone led the way into the cafe. Train went immediately to the gathering of fellow Hunters and Guardians. Ty, on the other hand, went to get himself a cup of dark, steaming, tea. He stood by the food tables, drinking his near scalding tea. e nodded to Gene when he saw the green clad man glance his way. Otherwise he was simply waiting for the team to mobilize. He wanted the mission begun and finished in short order so he could berate Valenti for assigning him a team at all.
Matt entered the cafeteria to see many of his fellows gathered together already. He did not see his teammates, though.
Damn... Guess that gives me time to get a bite to eat, then.
Matt walked over to the food tables and procured himself some toast and juice. He walked over and stood next to Ty while chewing on the crust of his first slice of toast.
"Mornin', Ty." Matt said.
"Yes it it." Ty said back flatly.
"A little ticked about the assignment, huh?"
"I had an agreement with Valenti, and he broke it."
"I don't think he had much choice. We got in four assignments at once. On top of that Sarisol, Leroy, and Mathias are all on leave. They put all of the alternates on teams for the time being."
"I can understand all of that. Doesn't mean I have to be happy about it. And I'm going to see to it that my name is removed from the regular roster as soon as we get home."
"You do that. But for now, just focus on the mission."
"Maybe you should be a little more careful, Kiro" William said from where he had sat down across from him with a glass of water. "No worries, Isaac. Kiro's just worked up to finally have a mission again. It's been too long since our last one. We'll go, we'll take of what needs taking care of, then we'll come home, get paid, and relax for a while before doing it all again. Nothing to it, really."

Isaac huffed as he sat down. They were coming out of the woodwork now. Everybody was just starting to show up, not that he minded, but did everyone generally wake up at this time? "What was your last one? Either for each of you or as a team." Isaac asked. He chuckled a little as Emma arrived. For someone who was supposed to be so great she sure didn't seem like it.
Emma scowled, "Shut up Train. There's no need to be so mean." She glanced over and waved at Gene. He was quiet, not a bad thing. But it would never work if he never spoke to Emma while they were working. Basically she would start talking to him and never stop. Not that she stopped very often either.
"Well then, I guess you'll have to stop being so stupid." Train was not pleased with this day. He didn't really want to go yet.

Nodding to the woman's comments, he took a final drag before dropping the cigarette. It would decompose in time.
"Thanks, I guess. Look, I never meant to be rude, but you walked into something far larger than yourself. You threw some rules at me and I was tired. Using my aura like that tends to drain me more than just melee combat." Shaking his head, Malkin broke off he conversation.
"Thanks for the horse. I'll be at the gates soon." Walking back into the building, he figured he needed to eat something before he took off. Double checking that his hood was low enough, he walked into the cafeteria, a little interested in how he could somewhat sense everyone's location. Their auras were somewhat distinguishable from one another, though only barely. Grabbing some food, he sat down near Emma, chuckling at her eating habits. How in the hell an old woman could eat like that he would never understand.

Kiro sighed after finishing his plate of protein and stretched backward in his seat. "I wanna go as soon as possible." Kiro mumbled as he got up and adjusted and fidgeted with his left katana but lifting it out of it's sheath a few inches and then pushing it back down as if to check that it wouldn't get stuck. Honestly it had just been awhile since Kiro had used his swords and he couldn't help to feel he needed to use them.
Tia entered fashionably last to the cafeteria, the metal on her boots clanging on the marble floor. "Eh heh." Tia laughed sarcastically while she waved to the group shyly with embarrassment. She hadn't really known any of the others due to her newness and so she didn't really know how to socialize with them.

Emma squealed a little as Malkin sat down next to her. She whipped to her side and squeezed Malkin tightly as she hugged him. She was certainly very excitable this particular morning. "Good morning Malkin!!!" Emma said as she stuffed the last of her pancakes in her mouth.
Shortly afterward, she did squeal and wave. She spotted Tia moving towards them. She wasn't a big stranger, but she certainly wasn't as familiar as she was with Tia as she was with Matt and Train. She was hyper, happy, and ready. At this point, it was at Tia and Gene's ready.
Isaac nodded as he too finished off his breakfast, sending his half a glass of milk down in one swig. Cliché, certainly, but Isaac didn't really like much else in the morning. Wiping his mouth with his sleeve he took care of his dishes and leaned on his halberd next to the table as he waited. His pack was thrown over his shoulder. He quickly patted his vest pocket to be sure that his pistol was there, which it was. He waved a little and flashed a smile at Malkin.

"Morning, Malkin." William said when he saw the hooded Hunter take a seat with the rest of their group. "Well, all, good luck on your missions. It's time for Team 4 to head out. Kiro, Isaac." William said and nodded towards the door while picking his pack up and slinging it over his shoulder.
William led the way out of the cafeteria and to the stables. With all of the missions that morning the stable hands had been forewarned to have the horses ready. William went straight to his chestnut stallions' stall and led the animal outside. He checked that it had been properly prepared, going over its coat and shoes, and the saddle. Once he was satisfied he secured his pack to the saddle and then swung up into position.
"Isaac, just go ahead and pick one from one of the unmarked stalls. And let's get going right away. The sooner we finish this mission, the sooner we can start the next one." William said with a grin.
((Gotta go, I'll post with my other characters soon.))

"Alright." Kiro responded to William quickly. Kiro had been waiting for William to say it actually and was eager to leave the grounds. "Later everyone, don't worry, I'll make sure the rookie doesn't die before you get to spar with him." Kiro announced with a wave and followed William and Issac. Entering the stable, Kiro groaned at the sight of the horses. "Man, I hate riding these things. They feel so uncomfortable." Kiro complained to William.
Tia approached Emma slowly, staring at her and then adverting her eyes away every few seconds in embarrassment. She's so pretty, I'm so jealous! I hope I don't make a fool of myself in front of her. Tia thought to herself quickly, her mental processes bouncing from one topic to another at an inconceivable rate. "Ehh... Hi..." Tia greeted Emma weakly with a half smile. "When are we going to get going?" Tia added, trying to quickly strengthen her voice in the presence of her teammates.
Enyo came in and stood close to Tyrone. She stared up at him with her endless gold eyes, giving him the most blank look but it appeared as if she was trying to get the point across that she was bored. "We should be going soon." She suggested plainly.

Malkin didn't notice any of the greetings. He was noticing something else. Emma's armor was giving off a different aura than she was. When he was suddenly hugged by her, he snapped out of his reverie.
"Ahh, Danyo." he said, shrugging off Emma. Eating quickly, he finished faster than normal. Waving to the familiar people, he leaned against the wall outside.
"What in the hell is going on? I can't see as well as I used to, but now I can see auras? The hell is that?" Holding his hand up to his face he froze. Around his fingers was a purplish aura, tinged with dark red.
I told you. You're not human anymore. Now you're at the crossroads. Somewhere up ahead, we must make a decision. The price must be paid. When <------> attacked you as a child, he bestowed his gift upon you. He felt bad for your weakness and fear. Feeling guilty about losing control and attacking your household, he bestowed a power upon you. Soon now, we will ascend to the last stage.
Wha-what do you mean ascend? And what was the name!? What are you talking about? Malkin stood shaking in the hallway, terrified. The way his inner demon described it, the fiend that killed his family didn't mean to do it. And tried to make it up to him. But it was a fiend. Fiends just kill people, right? Shivering slighlty, Malkin limped to the stables, still unsure as what the whole exchange was about. And the lack of a name disturbed him. He knew the inner demon said something. Why couldn't he hear it?

"Yeah, Let's get moving." Ty said to Enyo. "Train," He called to his other partner. "Let's head out."
That said Tyrone turned and walked out of the cafeteria, headed for the stables. He propped his huge sword against the side of the building when he entered and came back out leading a large draft horse.
"Hey, Clyde. Been a while, eh." Ty said to the horse as he checked its saddle and strapped his sword into a partial wrap that went around the middle part of the blade. This left his sword balanced over the horses rear, right behind the saddle. He swung up into his saddle and danced the horse around so that he was out of the way while he waited for his teammates to finish preparing.
Gene returned his plate to one of the tables and then walked back to retake up his bows, slinging them both over his shoulder. He walked up to Tia and Emma, who were both still at the rapidly emptying table, stopping a few feet behind them.
"Ladies. Perhaps we should be moving out as well." He said in his near monotone voice
Matt watched as his friends and allies began to filter out of the room, making their final preparations for their missions that day. He still hadn't seen Yazira, though he was sure that she was about somewhere near. She didn't seem the type to sleep in anyways, to him anyways.
He watched as Malkin was briefly smothered by Emma, pleased that there seemed to be no hard feelings between the two, and then as Malkin rose and left the room.
Matt set his plate and glass down and followed after the smaller Hunter, who appeared to be headed towards the gates, and or the stables that were near the gates.

Kiro jumped straight from the ground and twisting his body to land roughly on top of a black horse, it's legs and stature bulky and powerful. "Well, I'm ready." Kiro announced quietly and rode out of the stables slowly. I wonder if Issac is tall enough to mount a horse... Kiro thought to himself with a smirk.
Enyo walked into the stables, walking straight past horse mounted Kiro without saying a word. Enyo choose the smallest of all of the horses in the stable, mounting the saddle with ease.
