“Mara no!!” Sakura had to clear the crowd away from Mara before she was kidnapped. Sakura knew these cities better than Mara as she made her way to the juggler much faster than Mara would have expected considering that Sakura was still highly weakened. She was using the weakness now as a pull to drive her Mara now. “Mara!” She had to get to her in time before she was kidnapped even if it killed her to do it. The water was boiling inside her body as she ran through the crowd following Mara’s trail.
Fuu sniffed the air. “Something’s wrong…despair. You’re child is at the center of that despair. A city…we have to hurry.”

"How do you-" Cho said, looking over in Fuu's direction. Her heart began to race. "Emi is in danger...." The thought made her sick. "How far away are they?" She demanded, lifting Ayaka up into her arms.
Mara caught sight of another spectacle, something that seemed to gleam off in another direction. She stopped her running, and started toward the flash. It had stopped, but from time to time she could see it again, glistening in the distance.

Kyoji immediately took a serious expression and his hand went immediately to Kotetsu's hilt. His eyes narrowed and the weapon sheathed at his waist seemed to become an extension of his body. He remained silent but was kept very aware of when went on.

“I am picking up distance now. We can run it and make it. We have to hurry. You just have to carry your daughter the way there. I’m afraid this time young Ayaka it is for the best we reach your sister. It’s the wind that tells me this. I can smell it in the wind.” Fuu was trying her best to mask the pain she was in from overusing the power of the wind, but it was to her advantage she used it as she ran slightly ahead of the group.
Sakura was falling further into despair. “Gouki! We have to find Mara! Now! If we have to split up to find her, so be it. She must be found! This is no place for a child to be separated from us!”

Cho already had Ayaka in her arms, she prayed that she was not too late. "Fuu, do you know what my daughter looks like?" Cho asked, and to Kyoji she told him, "Imagine myself, but younger, the same age as Ayaka. That is Emi." She was running down the dirt road, her nerves growing.

Kyoji nodded. "Got it." He ran at the back of the group though he was more than capable of matching up to Fuu. But the fact that he had the least intuition over the missing child, it would be best to followed them closely, his hand holding the sheathe of Kotetsu as he ran off. He was thankful that he was wearing the western boots, rather than the usual slippers or sandals.

“I can imagine her features well Cho. I have her image in mind, but more than that. I have her scent! We won’t lose her. Since I both yours and Ayaka’s smell in my body now because of the wind, I incorporated that into tracking your Emi and found her that way. She was not hard to track. She is like you, very much like you.” Fuu took out of the shadows finally as she ran. She had to they were out of trees as she spotted the city up ahead. “Inside the city. She’s in there wandering, but someone is out looking for her now. I smell that woman as well, but she’s in terrible pain.”

"Alright, Thank you both so much for helping." Cho said to them. "How far away is the town now?" the fearful mother asked. She was following on blind faith. She prayed that her mind was not being led astray.

"Calm, Cho." Kyoji said to her. His discipline had always helped during these situations. "I know that you are afraid for your daughter, and you are right to be. But if you focus only on the fear, then it will skew your path and narrow your vision and capability. In this situation you can't have that." He said to her as he followed after them.

“We’re almost there Cho. I see the city now.” Fuu said as she continued to run ignoring the pain she was in. She had to keep going before her body said it was time to rest or before darkness would take over. It would be hard fought as she kept hard vigilant eye for any enemies that might show themselves.

Cho smiled at Kyoji. "Thank you Kyoji." She said trying to calm herself. She found that by calming herself she was more energized. She saw that she could learn a lot from him. "Thank you Fuu." she said, the city was visible ahead of them. Cho could not wait to see her child, and to see her safe again. She owed her companions so much.

Fuu only nodded as she continued into the city. She would not let Cho go through this separation alone for much longer. She wanted to make sure that Emi was found safely. That was her goal and that was her way to make sure that her friend was happy as she smiled on the inside, though she could not let Cho know the pain she felt. “We’ll find her. I can still tell she’s in the city. We’ll find her in time.”

Kyoji nodded to Cho. "Just focus on your goal. Just feed all of those emotions into a fire, and focus on the void." He said giving her a visual to help her keep composure. It was his example, but it would be going to good use. He followed after, keeping his senses peeled for the missing girl as well as any potential foes.

Ain watched the group run by, obviously in a hurry. A sharp pain in his head told him his master wanted the sword now. Ain got up and followed them, keeping his eyes on the man.

Cho nodded, she was feeling better every moment. "Thank you both, so much." The city was coming closer. She felt like she was going to meet her daughter for the first time.
